Pending Adding a way to disable avatars in game

Is there a way to add a command like /disableavatars in game which basically makes it look like this? No offense but sometimes I found certain avatars, both public and custom, disturbing.

No offense to the artist, but xerosic has been extremely disturbing to me after one permbanned user keeps evading and using it with offensive names in many rooms.

I personally don't see much need for a hide avatar tbh, but as far as disturbing avatars go there's a few of them. These avatars below are probably the best exampl. There's a few other avatars that are kind of 'unnerving' (xerosic is another one) but I mean they are so rarely used for this very reason so I don't think it's a big deal really.

Associating a user with an avatar does happen though as people tend to stick to a single avatar and there's so many it's basically your own, so for really egregious cases perhaps the best course of action is to turn off avatars for said perma-banned user by forcing the banned account to only use the default avatars set for new accounts.
