Well the GSC UU Tournament is coming to a close, so it is time to make the sign-ups for this. I've already hosted 2 successful UU Tournaments in each of RBY and GSC here at Smogon. Now that Advance has a tier list, it is time for an ADV UU Tournament. I am expecting to get 64 people easily. So you can sign up now.

No Evasion moves (No Double Team or Minimize)

Species Clause
XD moves WILL be allowed
Freeze Clause
No Self-KO allowed on last pokemon
Only pokemon in the underused section and BELOW may be used.
That means you cannot use borderlines
