[SET COMMENTS]
Calm Mind Alcremie serves as a physical wall that is able to check foes like Sawk, Shiftry, and Gurdurr thanks to its typing while doubling as a threatening setup sweeper. Mystical Fire threatens Steel-types like Ferroseed and Perrserker, which take little damage from Dazzling Gleam, while also heavily damaging Frosmoth. Alternatively, Aromatherapy allows Alcremie to sponge status and break through walls like Toxic Clefairy and Audino while also supporting partners that dislike getting statused, such as Miltank, Tangela, and Coalossal. However, without Mystical Fire, Alcremie is unable to beat Steel-types. Aroma Veil provides a Taunt immunity, allowing Alcremie to set up against foes such as Jellicent and Froslass. Sweet Veil is an option, giving Alcremie an immunity to sleep-inducing moves used by Tangela, Eldegoss, and Jynx.

Alcremie fits well on balance and bulky offense teams that appreciate its sweeping potential and defensive utility as a Fairy-type. Ground-types like Silvally-Ground, Piloswine, and Rhydon threaten Poison-types such as Garbodor and Skutank. Partners such as Cramorant and Altaria deal with Fire-types such as Centiskorch and Ninetales, which can break through Alcremie. Teammates such as Rapidash, Qwilfish, and Manectric, which can check Steel-types, also make for great partners. Strong special wallbreakers such as Basculin, Thievul, and Frosmoth can heavily weaken special walls, putting them in range of Alcremie's attacks. This can be very important if Alcremie is not running Aromatherapy to disregard Toxic from threats such as Audino, Clefairy, and Wishiwashi.

[SET COMMENTS]
Double Dance Alcremie is great against stall and balance teams and has the potential to muscle through most teams once Dark-types have been removed. The combination of Calm Mind and Acid Armor bolsters Alcremie's bulk and Stored Power's base power to incredible levels. Stored Power is preferred for its ability to bypass Unaware Pyukumuku. Rest is used over Recover in order to play around Toxic and other status moves. Leftovers provides passive recovery, which is extremely valuable when Alcremie is asleep for two turns. However, Chesto Berry is an alternative that lets Alcremie fully heal once without drawback.

Because of Alcremie's inability to hit Dark-types, this set appreciates teammates weakening them. Attackers such as Thievul, Silvally-Ghost, and Shiftry can weaken Dark-types, especially with entry hazard support from setters such as Ferroseed, Piloswine, and Uxie. Toxic Spikes from Garbodor, Runerigus, and Qwilfish put Dark-types on a timer, although Skuntank is immune to them and some Dark-types like Morpeko run Heavy-Duty Boots. Fighting-types such as Gurdurr, Poliwrath, and Sawk check Dark- and Steel-types for Alcremie. Leftovers variants of Alcremie value having a sturdy defensive core to counteract its passivity and benefits from partners like Tangela, Audino, and Altaria. Offensive Steel-types, mainly Perrserker and Klinklang, need to removed before Alcremie can sweep; therefore, teammates such as Rapidash, Centiskorch, and Silvally-Ground are appreciated.

[SET COMMENTS]
Offensive Alcremie is the best choice for an offensive Fairy-type. Mystical Fire nails Steel-types like Ferroseed, Perrserker, and Klinklang and 2HKOes Frosmoth. Psychic destroys Poison-types like Garbodor, Qwilfish, and Golbat, while Calm Mind lets Alcremie break through special walls like Articuno, Audino, and Clefairy. Heavy-Duty Boots makes it easier for Alcremie to utilize its great defensive typing and switch in against foes like Thievul, Sawk, and Gurdurr, while Life Orb makes Alcremie a better wallbreaker.

Dark-types such as Shiftry, Silvally-Dark, and Morpeko enjoy Alcremie's ability to take on Fighting- and Dark-types such as Gurdurr and Alolan Persian. Physical wallbreakers such as Cinccino and Choice Band Basculin can force in physical walls and pivot, providing Alcremie with wallbreaking opportunities, while also threatening special walls such as Audino and Clefairy, which can handle Alcremie. Ground-types such as Silvally-Ground, Rhydon, and Piloswine check Fire- and Poison-types such as Rapidash and Silvally-Poison. Partners such as Qwilfish, Rapidash, and Appletun can also wall problematic Fire-types for Alcremie.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

Alcremie can run a specially defensive set, making good use of its insane special bulk, access to Aromatherapy, and immunity to Taunt; however, this set is usually outclassed by Clefairy, which has Magic Guard and a superior support movepool. Draining Kiss, while far weaker than Dazzling Gleam, makes Alcremie less reliant on Recover. Grassy Seed is an option on Calm Mind sets when paired with Thwackey; however, there are better Grassy Seed sweepers,(AC) namely Galarian Rapidash and Thievul. Flame Orb can be used to avoid Toxic without resorting to Rest or Aromatherapy, but the constant chip damage jeopardizes Alcremie's bulk and limits its setup opportunities.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Poison-types**: Unless Alcremie is carrying a Psychic move, Poison-types like Garbodor and Silvally-Poison can take on its attacks and retaliate back with their super effective STAB moves. However, passive ones like defensive Qwilfish lacking Poison Jab and Golbat lacking Toxic are usually unable to beat Alcremie, especially Double Dance sets. Skuntank is noteworthy, as its Psychic immunity allows it to handle every Alcremie variant.

**Steel-types**: Steel-types like Perrserker and Klinklang can take an unboosted Mystical Fire from Alcremie and OHKO back with their super effective STAB moves. They can even break through Acid Armor Alcremie by setting up.

**Fire-types**: Fire-types such as Centiskorch, Ninetales, and Rapidash resist Dazzling Gleam and Mystical Fire. They easily break through Alcremie with their STAB moves or use it as setup fodder.

**Physical Wallbreakers**: Even with maximum Defense investment, Alcremie is unable to take on powerful physical wallbreakers such as Silvally-Ground, Thwackey, and Cinccino. However, it can easily wall most of them after Acid Armor.

**Dark-types**: Even though Dark-types such as Silvally-Dark and Shiftry are obliterated by Dazzling Gleam, they completely wall Alcremie's Double Dance set thanks to their immunity to Stored Power. They can take advantage of it to set up.

Mystical Fire lets Alcremie threaten Steel-types like Ferroseed and Perrserker that take little from Dazzling Gleam, while also heavily damaging Frosmoth. Alternatively, Aromatherapy allows Alcremie to sponge status and break through walls like Clefairy and Audino carrying Toxic, though Steel-types will completely wall Alcremie. (Also allows Alcremie to provide a more supportive role for teammates) Aroma Veil provides a Taunt immunity, allowing Alcremie to setup versus the likes of Qwilfish and Golbat. Sweet Veil is an option, giving Alcremie an immunity to Sleep inducing move used by the likes of Tangela, Eldegoss, and Jynx that could stop an Alcremie sweep. I think Aroma Veil is too good to give up honestly. Trading the immunity to Taunt/Encore for those matchups is not favorable because they aren't as common (i.e Mystical Fire forces out Tangela, Jynx and Eldegross aren't common enough to make Sweet Veil viable imo)

Alcremie fits well in balance and bulky offense teams appreciating its sweeping potential and coveted Fairy-typing. (While I understand what you mean by "coveted Fairy typing", I think it would be clearer if you specified something like "defensive utility as a Fairy-type") Ground-types like Silvally-Ground, Piloswine, and Rhydon are able to threaten Poison-types such as Garbodor and Skutank that take on Alcremie. The likes of Cramorant and Altaria can deal with Fire-types that can break through Alcremie. Steel-types checks such as Rapidash, Qwilfish, and Manectric make also for great partners. The combination of Calm Mind and Acid Armor bolster to Alcremie's bulk and Stored Power's base power to insane levels. Stored Power is the prefered move for its ability to bypass Unaware Pyukumuku and its Unaware ability. Rest is used over Recover in order to remove play around Toxic poison and other status moves. Leftovers are the main item for the passive recovery that is extremely valuable when Alcremie is sleeping and can't do anything asleep for two turns. However, Chesto Berry is an alternative that lets Alcremie fully heal once without drawback.

Because of its inability to hit Dark-types, this set appreciates having teammates weakening them. Therefore, attackers forcing damage on Dark-types such as Thievul, Silvally-Ghost, and Exeggutor make for great partners, especially with entry hazard supports from the likes of Ferroseed, Piloswine, and Uxie. Toxic Spikes from Garbodor, Runerigus, and Qwilfish are noteworthy as they put opposing Dark-types on a timer, even though Skuntank is immune to them and some like Morpeko run Heavy-Duty Boots. Fighting-types such as Gurdurr, Poliwrath, and Sawk are also enjoyed for checking Dark-types for Alcremie. (Mention they also check Steel-types for Alcremie) Alcremie needs several boosts before being threatening, therefore it can benefit from dual screen support to boost more easily, especially Chesto Berry variants. (With the Light Clay ban, you're better off removing this. Meanwhile, Leftovers variants like to have a sturdy defensive core to back up for its passivity, hence defensive partners like Tangela, Audino, and Altaria. (Adjust this line since the previous one was removed)

Qwil can be troublesome if Pjab and uses you as fodder to set hazards. I get why since they are two of the more relevant taunt users but examples like Jellicent or even Froslass fits better since they aren't Poison-types you lose to and have an awkward interaction with in general) Sweet Veil is an option, giving Alcremie an immunity to Sleep inducing move used by the likes of Tangela, Eldegoss, and Jynx that could stop an Alcremie sweep.

(It is worthwhile to mention Double Dance w/ Dazzling Gleam over Stored Power as a way around counterplay reliant on Dark-types though this comes at the cost of being able to bypass pyuku and such.)

Alcremie can run a specially defensive set making good use of its insane special bulk, access to Aromatherapy, and immunity to Taunt, however this set is usually outclassed by Clefairy, its superior ability in Magic Guard, and superior support options. (I've never actually seen this used but my first impression is that I don't think this is really worth it over like Rest w/ Chesto Berry most of the time. I could be wrong so I'll leave it up to you.

(What I mentioned before, Golbat and sometimes Qwil will beat the standard Calm Mind variants based on moveset. Its more so Acid Armor variants these 2 struggle to break past so reword accordingly.) Skuntank is a noteworthy Poison-type for its Psychic-immunity, therefore being able to beat every Alcremie variant.

Flame Orb can be used to avoid Toxic without resorting to Rest or sacrificing a moveslot for Aromatherapy, however the constant burn chip will jeopardize Alcremie's bulk, limiting its setup opportunities.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Poison-types**: Unless Alcremie is carrying a Psychic move, Poison-types like Garbodor and Silvally-Poison can take on its attacks and retaliate back with their super effective STAB moves. However, passive ones like defensive Qwilfish lacking Poison Jab and Golbat lacking Toxic usually are are usually unable to break Alcremie, especially Double Dance sets. Skuntank is a noteworthy Poison-type for its Psychic-immunity, therefore being able to beat every Alcremie variant.

**Steel-types**: Steel-types like Perrserker and Klinklang can take an unboosted Mystical Fire from Alcremie and OHKO back with their super effective STAB moves. They can even brute force through an Acid Armor boosted Alcremie by setting up themselves.

**Fire-types**: Fire-types such as Centiskorch, Ninetales, and Rapidash resist Dazzling Gleam and Mystical Fire. The They can easily break through Alcremie with their STAB moves or use Alcremie as setup fodder.

**Physical Wallbreakers**: Even with a maximal defensive investment, Alcremie is unable to take on powerful physical wallbreakers such as Silvally-Ground, Thwackey, and Cinccino. However, it can easily wall most of them after an Acid Armor.

**Dark-types**: Even though Dark-types such as Silvally-Dark and Shiftry are obliterated by Alcremie's STAB move, they completely wall its Double Dance set thanks to their immunity to Stored Power. Thus they can setup in front of Alcremie and break through it.

[SET COMMENTS]
Double Dance Alcremie is an insane stall and balance breaker stallbreaker and that great against stall and balance teams and has the potential to muscle through most teams once their Dark-types get have been removed. The combination of Calm Mind and Acid Armor bolsters Alcremie's bulk and Stored Power's base power to incredible levels. Stored Power is the preferred move for its ability to bypass Unaware Pyukumuku. Rest is used over Recover in order to play around Toxic and other status moves. Leftovers are the main item for the provides passive recovery,(AC) that which is extremely valuable when Alcremie is asleep for two turns. However, Chesto Berry is an alternative that lets Alcremie fully heal once,(RC, add space) without drawback.

Because of its Alcremie's inability to hit Dark-types, this set appreciates having teammates weakening them. Therefore,(RC) Attackers(capitalize) forcing damage on Dark-types such as Thievul, Silvally-Ghost, and Shiftry make for great partners can weaken Dark-types, especially with entry hazard support from the likes of setters such as Ferroseed, Piloswine, and Uxie. Toxic Spikes from Garbodor, Runerigus, and Qwilfish are noteworthy as they put opposing Dark-types on a timer, although Skuntank is immune to them and some,like Morpeko, run Heavy-Duty Boots some Dark-types like Morpeko run Heavy-Duty Boots. Fighting-types such as Gurdurr, Poliwrath, and Sawk are also liked as teammates for checking check Dark- and Steel-types for Alcremie. Leftovers variants like to have a sturdy defensive core to back up for its passivity, hence defensive partners like Tangela, Audino, and Altaria are good to have. Leftovers variants of Alcremie value having a sturdy defensive core to counteract its passivity and benefits from partners like Tangela, Audino, and Altaria. Offensive Steel-types, mainly Perrserker and Klinklang, need to removed before Alcremie can sweep;(comma to semicolon) therefore,(AC) the likes of teammates such as Rapidash, Centiskorch, and Silvally-Ground are appreciated.

Offensive Alcremie is the best choice for any team looking for an offensive Fairy-type. Mystical Fire lets it nails Steel-types like Ferroseed, Perrserker, and Klinklang,(RC) while 2HKOing and 2HKOes Frosmoth. Psychic destroys Poison-types like Garbodor, Qwilfish, and Golbat, whereas while Calm Mind lets Alcremie break through special walls like Articuno, Audino, and Clefairy. Heavy-Duty Boots allows Alcremie to make more use of its great defensive typing to come on the likes of Thievul, Sawk, and Gurdurr, whereas Alcremie can more easily break with a Life Orb, needing less chip damage on its checks. Heavy-Duty Boots makes it easier for Alcremie to utilize its great defensive typing and switch in against foes like Thievul, Sawk, and Gurdurr, while Life Orb makes Alcremie a better wallbreaker.

Dark-types such as Shiftry, Silvally-Dark, and Morpeko enjoy Alcremie's ability to take on Fighting- and Dark-types such as Gurdurr and Alolan Persian for them. Physical wallbreakers such as Cinccino and Choice Band Basculin can force in physical walls in and pivot on them, providing Alcremie with wallbreaking opportunities,(period to comma) In return,(RC) they can break through while also threatening special walls such as Audino and Clefairy,(AC) that which can handle Alcremie. Ground-types such as SIlvally-Ground Silvally-Ground, Rhydon, and Piloswine can check Fire- and Poison-types that wall Alcremie.(add examples?) Sturdy Fire-type checks Partners such as Qwilfish, Rapidash, and Appletun can also wall the problematic Fire-types for Alcremie.

Other Options
=============

Alcremie can run a specially defensive set,(AC) making good use of its insane special bulk, access to Aromatherapy, and immunity to Taunt;(comma to semicolon) however,(AC) this set is usually outclassed by Clefairy, its superior ability in Magic Guard,(RC) and superior support options which has Magic Guard and a superior support movepool. Draining Kiss, while far weaker than Dazzling Gleam, makes Alcremie less reliant on Recover. Grassy Seed is an option for on Calm Mind sets when paired with Thwackey;(comma to semicolon) however,(AC) there are better Grassy Seed sweepers,(AC) namely Galarian Rapidash and Thievul. Flame Orb can be used to avoid Toxic without resorting to Rest or sacrificing a moveslot for Aromatherapy, however but the constant burn chip damage will jeopardizes Alcremie's bulk,(RC) limiting and limits its setup opportunities.
