EV training system - Not needed at the moment

You need to earn my trust before being able to EV train for me, I can ask you some references or some kind of proof that you can EV train perfectly by battling and using pkrus / vitamins / power items. You can't keep a copy of what you train unless you have my permission, you must keep the egg moves and avoid levelling up more than level 50.
I'm willing to give you 2 credits every 4 pokemon trained but this can vary depending on how reliable you are.

PokeShifting system

You'll need an active trade thread if you want to PokeShift some pokes for me, you can't keep copies of what I need shifted. Don't use any strange program in order to pokeshift, I want you to do it the "regular way" with two DS.
I usually pay 2 credits for a bunch of 6 pokes shifted from 4th gen to 5th gen.
