Pokémon: Taillow
New Typing: Water/Flying
New Abilities: Flare Boost (Liquid voice)
New Stats: 40/30/30/65/30/75 (0/-25/0/+35/0/-10)
New Moves: Water Pulse, Water Gun, Hydro Pump
Removed Moves: Endevior, Quick Attack, Reversal

Pokémon: Swellow
New Typing: Water/Flying
New Abilities: Flare Boost (Liquid Voice)
New Stats: 60/65/60/105/50/115 (0/-20/0/+30/0/-10)
New Moves: Surf, Scald, Ice Beam, Hydro Pump, Water Gun, Water Pulse, Aqua Jet, Hyper Voice (+8)
Removed Moves: Double Edge, Heat Wave, Pursuit, Reversal, Rage, Quick Attack, Pluck, Brave Bird (-8)
Flavor/Design: Swellow in the Alola region have adapted to island life by changing its hunting strategy. Instead of Dive bombing grounded prey, it knocks Flying prey out of the sky with its deafeningly loud vocalizations, pressured blasts of water, and gusts of air from its gigantic wings. Because of this, it has a reduced need for flying speed that Hoen Swellows are known for, instead focusing on sheer power of it's long ranged attacks.

Alolan Swellow has a greater wingspan, allowing it to fly longer using less energy. It's feather coloration has changed to become more camouflaged against the sky. Sky Blue replacing the blue, and a grey replacing the red markings on its breast and face.

Gastly / Haunter only have one ability (Levitate), so their Alolan forms can also only have one.
to be fair gengars ability changes so the alolan forms would follow the same format correct? so it could be prankster up till gengar which it is dark aura or vise versa I don't know which you would do but haunter to gengar changes its ability from levitate to cursed body.

If you want to give Haunter and Gastly one ability and then change upon evolving into Gengar, you can, but you don't have to. In fact, you can change abilities upon evolution even if the regular mon doesn't (See the Alolan Charmander line, for an example)

Pokémon: Alolan Gastly
New Typing:

New Abilities: Levitate
New Stats: 40 / 20 / 40 / 95 / 50 / 65 (+10, -15, +10, -5, +15, -15)

Added (13): Scald, Surf, Hydro Pump, Bubble, Bubble Beam, Water Pulse, Brine, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Bite, Memento, Nasty Plot, Heat Wave
Removed (13): Lick, Astonish, Curse, Confuse Ray, Grudge, Spite, Nightmare, Night Shade, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Venoshock, Smog, Poison Jab

Pokémon: Alolan Haunter
New Typing:

New Abilities: Levitate
New Stats: 55 / 35 / 55 / 110 / 70 / 80 (+10, -15, +10, -5, +15, -15)
New/Removed Moves:
Added (16): Scald, Surf, Hydro Pump, Bubble, Bubble Beam, Water Pulse, Brine, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Bite, Crunch, Memento, Nasty Plot, Heat Wave, Overheat, Hyper Voice
Removed (16): Lick, Astonish, Curse, Confuse Ray, Grudge, Spite, Nightmare, Night Shade, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Venoshock, Smog, Poison Jab, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch

Pokémon: Alolan Gengar
New Typing:

New Abilities: Fluffy
New Stats: 70 / 45 / 70 / 120 / 100 / 95 (+10, -20, +10, -10, +25, -15)
New/Removed Moves:
Added (30): Scald, Surf, Hydro Pump, Bubble, Bubble Beam, Water Pulse, Brine, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Hail, Bite, Crunch, Memento, Nasty Plot, Heat Wave, Overheat, Weather Ball, Hyper Voice, Thunder Wave, Thunder Shock, Volt Switch, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Fly, Sky Drop, Gust, Air Slash, Hurricane, Tailwind, Defog
Removed (30): Lick, Astonish, Curse, Confuse Ray, Grudge, Spite, Nightmare, Night Shade, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Venoshock, Smog, Poison Jab, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Headbutt, Strength, Body Slam, Take Down, Double Edge, Skull Bash, Giga Impact, Brick Break, Power-Up Punch, Counter, Drain Punch, Submission, Dynamic Punch, Focus Punch

Pokémon: Alolan Mega Gengar
New Typing:

New Abilities: Galvanize
New Stats: 70 / 45 / 90 / 160 / 120 / 115 (+0, +0, +20, +40, +20, +20)

Description/Lore: In Alola, Gastly didn't find enough smog and poisonous gas to feed on, so they learned to benefit from vapor and sulfur gasses that came out in some places on the ridge of the many volcanoes in Alola. Entire families of Haunter established near hot springs in Alola, but they still kept their evil nature inside, and it mainly comes out with the evolution. This time tho, it manifests with the Dark type, instead of Ghost. Eventually, the jaws of Haunters got stronger, so they learnt to bite their opponents instead of licking them. Gengar acquires the ability to become a cumulonimbus, and consequently to generate lightnings, because some Gastlys and Haunters became friends with Miniors that thaught them how to reach the atmosphere, so their body suddenly attracted electricity. The ability to generate lightings becomes more evident with evolution and reaches its finest stage with Mega.
Justification: I kept Levitate for Gastly and Haunter because it looks like it fits more with the unconsistency of vapor, and for this same reason I also removed most of the physical moves from their movesets. Gengar has Fluffy because of fluffy clouds (and is especially good because, since Water resists Fire, Fire-type moves will inflict normal damage instead of 2x). Mega has Galvanize because clouds produce lightnings. For what concerns movepools, I tried to keep both the vapor and cloud theme, since with Gastly and Haunter it's only vapor: Overheat, Water moves and Ice-type moves (just because all Water types learn Ice Beam and Blizzard), while with Gengar the cloud and weather theme enhances: Electric-type moves, Flying-type moves and Weather Ball are added to the moveset.

I'll draw them all.
EDIT2: A first rappresentarion for color scheme has been added to each submission.

Really like these, specially the sketches. Good job

Minor note tho, Gengar can only have one ability, since Kantonian gengar only has Cursed Body. (Imo keep either Fluffy or Lightning Rod)

Pokemon: Scyther
New Typing: Bug / Psychic
New Abilities: Magic Guard / Technician / (HA) Tinted Lens
New Stats: 85 / 90 / 95 / 45 / 110 / 75 (+15 / -20 / +15 / -10 / +30 / -30)
New Moves: Heart Stamp, Psychic Fangs, Psycho Cut, Lovely Kiss, Psychic, Calm Mind, Cosmic Power, Trick Room, Heart Swap
Removed Moves: Aerial Ace, Air Slash, Wing Attack, Pursuit, Night Slash, Vacuum Wave, Reversal, Steel Wing, Ominous Wind

Flavor/Design: Scyther began to grow tired of always being on the prowl, and getting pummeled by rocks, so it adapted and is now focused on love and meditation. Scyther's wings take a heart shape, and are now pink. Scyther's scythes are now half hearts, which can be put together to attack and also show that Scyther will do no harm. Scyther is now a dusty rose color, with bright pink wings and scythes, rounded out spikes, and tired eyes because of all of Scyther's meditation. Scyther also emits a small pink glow.

Pokemon: Scizor
New Typing: Steel / Psychic
New Abilities: Levitate / Technician / (HA) Tinted Lens
New Stats: 90 / 110 / 110 / 40 / 110 / 40 (+20 / -20 / +10 / -15 / +30 / -25)
New Moves: Heart Stamp, Psychic Fangs, Psycho Cut, Lovely Kiss, Psychic, Calm Mind, Cosmic Power, Trick Room, Heart Swap, Stealth Rock
Removed Moves: Aerial Ace, Air Slash, Wing Attack, Pursuit, Night Slash, Vacuum Wave, Reversal, Steel Wing, Ominous Wind, Venoschock, Acrobatics

Flavor/Design: Like Scyther, Scizor was tired of being on the aggressive side and is now dedicated to being meditation and love oriented. Its wings are now bright pink hearts, and its "chompers" are now pink hearts. Scizor also has tired, less intense eyes, and levitates. Scizor is now a developed rose pink color, with gold undertones, and deep red instead of its black parts. Scizor also emits a pink glow.

Pokemon: Scizor-Mega
New Typing: Steel / Psychic
New Abilities: Levitate
New Stats: 90 / 130 / 150 / 50 / 130 / 50 (+0 / +20 / +40 / +10 / +20 / +10)
New Moves: Heart Stamp, Psychic Fangs, Psycho Cut, Lovely Kiss, Psychic, Calm Mind, Cosmic Power, Trick Room, Heart Swap, Stealth Rock,
Removed Moves: Aerial Ace, Air Slash, Wing Attack, Pursuit, Night Slash, Vacuum Wave, Reversal, Steel Wing, Ominous Wind, Venoshock, Acrobatics

Flavor/Design: Scizor now has his heart chompers in front of him, like a praying mantis. Scizor's spikes are rounded out and is also levitating with a soft pink glow. The wings are still hearts, and retains Seizor's previously mentioned colors.
Hum... It's not actually ffa for the moment, so, hum, yeah, maybe wait a little

Oh, don't worry, it happens. It's not a problem or anything

Hey, just to let you know, I refined their movesets to be definitive, changed typings and added the Dream-World-like artworks (?).
I love the art, like, A LOT! (Tho gengar still has one more ability than it should, it cannot have an HA since K Gengar also only has one ability slot, with no HA)

Pokémon: Fletchling

Pokémon: Fletchinder
New Typing: Fire/Psychic
New Abilities: Magic Guard (Slush Rush)
New Stats: 56/85/49/68/46/78 (-6/+12/-6/+12/-6/-6)
New Moves: Pychic, Zen Headbut, High Jump Kick, Telekinesis, Miracle Eye (5)
Removed Moves: Razor Wind, Natural Gift, Me First, Flail, (4)

Pokémon: Talonflame
New Typing: Fire/Psychic
New Abilities: Magic Guard (Slush Rush)
New Stats: 68/101/68/94/59/116 (-10/+20/-10/+20/-10/-10)
New Moves: Pychic, Zen Headbut, High Jump Kick, Telekinesis, Miracle Eye, Blizzard (6)
Removed Moves: Razor Wind, Natural Gift, Me First, Bulk Up, Flail, Solar Beam(6)

Flavor: Many Fire types that have moved to Mt. Lanakila have adapted to their new habitat by lowering their internal body temperature to match the surrounding environment. Talonflame has taken a very different approach. Alolan Talonflames have had their mental fortitude tried by the intense cold, and have become more reliant on their mental abilities then on the raw flight speed that Talonflame is known for. Unable to see through the blinding winter storms, Alolan Talonflame have adapted to be able to sense creatures and objects using psychic abilities.

Design: The orange Feathers on Alolan Talonflames body now glow like embers, and it has an orange glowing aura around it. Its sprite stands on the ground, occasionally lifting into the air. It now has something resembling a falcon blinder covering its eyes.

Pokémon: Pidove-Alola
New Typing:
/

New Abilities: Cute Charm / Harvest / Gluttony
New Stats: 56 / 55 / 40 / 30 / 40 / 43 (+6 HP, -10 Def, -6 SpA, +10 SpD)
New Moves: Leafage, Trop Kick, Razor Leaf, Leaf Blade, Solar Blade, Charm, Disarming Voice, Play Rough, Drill Run, Brave Bird, Swords Dance, Dazzling Gleam (+12)
Removed Moves: Gust, Air Cutter, Air Slash, Razor Wind, Tailwind, Sky Attack, Fly, Heat Wave, Hypnosis, Night Slash, Detect, Taunt (-12)
Flavor/Design: Upon flying to Alola, Pidove found an abundance of berries in piles under many Alolan trees. With no natural predators, they gradually lost the ability to fly, their wings shrinking and their bodies getting larger and heavier. The main competition they faced was from the Crabrawler that also liked the berry piles under the trees, though there were so many berries to go around that this competition was minimal. When people came to Alola, they decided the chubby Pidove were very cute and took care of them, and the Pidove were glad to become popular companions for children and the elderly alike. Alolan Pidove love eating berries, fruits, bread, and pretty much anything sweet. Their bodies are mostly pinkish with smaller green wings that look like leaves.

Pokémon: Tranquill-Alola
New Typing:
/

New Abilities: Cute Charm / Harvest / Serene Grace
New Stats: 72 / 77 / 52 / 40 / 52 / 65 (+10 HP, -10 Def, -10 SpA, +10 SpD)
New Moves: Leafage, Trop Kick, Razor Leaf, Leaf Blade, Solar Blade, Charm, Disarming Voice, Play Rough, Drill Run, Brave Bird, Swords Dance, Dazzling Gleam (+12)
Removed Moves: Gust, Air Cutter, Air Slash, Razor Wind, Tailwind, Sky Attack, Fly, Heat Wave, Hypnosis, Night Slash, Detect, Taunt (-12)
Flavor/Design: Alolan Tranquill, while not as chubby as the Pidove, are still much beloved by their owners for their loving demeanor and playfulness. They are darker pink than Pidove.

Pokémon: Unfezant-Female-Alola
New Typing:
/

New Abilities: Intimidate / Harvest / Serene Grace
New Stats: 90 / 100 / 80 / 50 / 75 / 93 (+10 HP, -15 Atk, -15 SpA, +20 SpD)
New Moves: Leafage, Trop Kick, Razor Leaf, Leaf Blade, Solar Blade, Charm, Disarming Voice, Play Rough, Drill Run, Brave Bird, Swords Dance, Dazzling Gleam (+12)
Removed Moves: Gust, Air Cutter, Air Slash, Razor Wind, Tailwind, Sky Attack, Fly, Heat Wave, Hypnosis, Night Slash, Detect, Taunt (-12)
Flavor/Design: Female Alolan Unfezant display a particular ferocity in battle that frightens opponents. Then they unleash a flurry of sharp leaf attacks as well as powerful kicks and jabs with their hooked beaks. In the wild, they easily scare Crabrawler and Alolan Rattata away from berry piles.

Pokémon: Unfezant-Male-Alola
New Typing:
/

New Abilities: Dazzling / Harvest / Serene Grace
New Stats: 82 / 115 / 72 / 50 / 65 / 104 (+2 HP, -8 Def, -15 SpA, +10 SpD, +11 Spe)
New Moves: Leafage, Trop Kick, Razor Leaf, Leaf Blade, Solar Blade, Charm, Disarming Voice, Play Rough, Drill Run, Brave Bird, Swords Dance, Dazzling Gleam (+12)
Removed Moves: Gust, Air Cutter, Air Slash, Razor Wind, Tailwind, Sky Attack, Fly, Heat Wave, Hypnosis, Night Slash, Detect, Taunt (-12)
Flavor/Design: The head plumes of male Alolan Unfezant shine with a beautiful pink luster that makes them highly prized among breeders and. The Unfezant compete for the best berry piles by comparing their plumes, where the male with the brightest plumes typically wins. Better berry piles attract more female Alolan Unfezant, but also tend to attract males and other Pokemon, so the males have developed a powerful fighting style to fend off rivals.

Pokémon: Qwilfish-Alola
New Typing:
/

New Abilities: Water Absorb / Volt Absorb / Poison Heal
New Stats: 75 / 95 / 75 / 45 / 70 / 80 (+10 HP, -10 Def, -10 SpA, +15 SpD, -5 Spe)
New Moves: Wild Charge, Zing Zap, Discharge, Charge, Volt Switch, Recover (+6)
Removed Moves: Poison Sting, Toxic Spikes, Venoshock, Sludge Wave, Sludge Bomb, Acid Spray (-6)
Flavor/Design: Instead of containing powerful poisons like their ancestors, Alolan Qwilfish developed swim bladders that rub against their internal organs to store electrical charge. They store this charge in the tips of their spikes, giving a shock to anything that touches them. While they no longer create their own toxins, some Alolan Qwilfish maintain small amounts of poison in their bodies, which appear to be sourced from Pokemon like Mareanie and Toxapex. It has been proposed that these individuals have retained their ancestor's ability to store poison without being harmed by it, and these Qwilfish possibly harass Mareanie into poisoning them to store their poisons. Why this occurs is still a mystery. Alolan Qwilfish are mostly dark blue with yellow spikes, which light up when releasing stored electricity.

Pokémon: Gastly-Alola
New Typing:
/

New Abilities: Levitate
New Stats: 30 / 35 / 30 / 90 / 35 / 90 (-10 SpA, +10 Spe)
New Moves: Hail, Ice Beam, Ice Shard, Blizzard, Freeze-Dry, Frost Breath (+6)

Alright, with that settled, we may start the next slate! (Tiebreakers will be done later).

As mentioned earlier, this slate is a Free For All, so you may make an Alolan Form for any mon who doesn't have it already (Pokemon who already are from Alola obviously shouldn't have an Alolan Form. So basically, no Gen 7 mons).

Pokémon: Klefki-Alola

New Moves: Aqua Jet, Scald, Hydro Pump, Razor Shell, Recover (+5)
Removed Moves: Metal Sound, Mirror Shot, Flash Cannon, Iron Defense, Magnet Rise (-5)

Alolan Klefki are often seen searching for new shells along beaches in the early morning, before people and Pokemon can get them first, and they sometimes run into Shellder and Clamperl who don't appear too fond of them. There have also been sightings of especially meticulous Alolan Klefki which will surround themselves in water bubbles in an attempt to keep the shells as clean as possible.
Alolan Klefki are pale tan rather than silver, with long straight horns and various seashells rather than keys.
