Alolan Ninetales is essential to Ice teams as a fast Aurora Veil setter capable of providing helpful offensive utility. Aurora Veil halves damage from oncoming attacks for Alolan Ninetales and its teammates. Freeze-Dry allows Alolan Ninetales to beat Water-types like Seismitoad, Gyarados, and Pelipper. Moonblast is its strongest Fairy-type STAB move, letting it beat Fighting-types like Keldeo and Kommo-o, as well as other threats to Ice teams like Cloyster and Duraludon. Lastly, Encore is essential for taking advantage of setup sweepers like Grimmsnarl, Snorlax, Corviknight, and Bisharp. Maximum Special Attack and Speed investment is optimal for Alolan Ninetales's role as an offensive support Pokemon, and a Timid nature lets it outspeed Keldeo and Kyurem-B. Snow Warning and Light Clay provide the conditions for Alolan Ninetales to set Aurora Veil and maximize its duration.

Setup sweepers like Kyurem-B and Cloyster greatly benefit from Aurora Veil. Galarian Darmanitan can dispatch of threatening Steel-types like Excadrill, Corviknight, and Ferrothorn, and appreciates Aurora Veil to survive hits from faster Choice Scarf users that would OHKO it otherwise, such as Gengar and Dragapult. Additionally, Aurora Veil allows Avalugg to fill its defensive role more effectively, being able to remove entry hazards that threaten Alolan Ninetales. Mamoswine greatly appreciates Alolan Ninetales's ability to beat Water-types like Keldeo and Seismitoad while being able to beat Aegislash and Bisharp in return. Choice Scarf Weavile is an excellent teammate that can remove faster Choice Scarf users like Jirachi and Gengar, which would prevent Alolan Ninetales from setting up Aurora Veil.

- aurora veil doesn't raise the teams defense stats per say, it just weakens oncoming attacks. fix that in moves section
- add Gyarados to freeze dry targets
- moonblast does more than just hit fighting-type pokemon for ninetales, for example, its the best move to use against like cloyster which threatens ice a lot. rewrite this to say hits fighting types and list other threats that it can help manage
- would mention snow warning and light clay as the last sentence of paragraph 1 since its so important as the veil setter
- choice scarf jirachi still flinches darm behind screens so thats not the best example

Need to mention Corviknight for Encore.

Hydreigon rarely runs Choice Scarf, use Gengar as an example over it for Galarian Darmanitan.

Would use Choice Scarf Weavile as a teammate, it can beat Pokemon like Choice Scarf Jirachi and Choice Scarf Gengar that prevent Aloaln Ninetales from getting Aurora Veil up as a result of OHKOing it.

"Mamoswine greatly appreciates Alolan Ninetales' ability to beat Water-types like Keldeo and Seismitoad, while being able to beat Bronzong and Bisharp in return."
Use like Aegislash over Bronzong, the latter's pretty uncommon due to Jirachi being released and Trick Room Steel being bad with Melmetal leaving.

good work QC 2/2

Alolan Ninetales is essential to Ice teams as a fast Aurora Veil setter capable of providing helpful offensive utility. Aurora Veil grants reduced halves (more specific and less verbose) damage from oncoming attacks for all of Alolan Ninetales and its teammates. Maximum Special Attack and Speed investment are is meant to optimize its role as an offensive support Pokemon, and a Timid nature lets it outspeed Keldeo and Kyurem-B. Snow Warning and Light Clay provide the conditions for Alolan Ninetales to set Aurora Veil and maximize the turns Aurora Veil stays active its duration (only Light Clay maximizes the turns of Aurora Veil, therefore I changed this to improve flow and be less vague).

Setup sweepers like Kyurem-B and Cloyster greatly benefit from Aurora Veil's defensive boosts Aurora Veil (I feel like this is wrong, as Aurora Veil doesn't really increase defenses, but rather reduces damage taken from enemies). Galarian Darmanitan can dispatch of threatening Steel-types like Excadrill, Corviknight, and Ferrothorn, and appreciates Aurora Veil to let it survive hits from faster Choice Scarf users that would OHKO it otherwise, such as Gengar and Dragapult. Additionally, Aurora Veil allows for Avalugg and Piloswine Mamoswine to fill their defensive roles more effectively, with the former being able to remove entry hazards that threaten Alolan Ninetales. Mamoswine greatly appreciates Alolan Ninetales' Ninetales's ability to beat Water-types like Keldeo and Seismitoad,(RC) while being able to beat Aegislash and Bisharp in return. Choice Scarf Weavile is an excellent teammate that can remove faster Choice Scarf users like Jirachi and Gengar, who which would prevent Alolan Ninetales from setting up Aurora Veil.
