Alolan Raichu is critical to the success of Electric teams, as its solid coverage and Speed make it an incredible revenge killer in Electric Terrain. Its Terrain-boosted Thunderbolt heavily damages foes that don't resist it such as Galarian Corsola and Hatterene. It especially is needed to deal with Poison teams, as having STAB Psychic-type coverage alongside Electric Terrain permits Electric teams to threaten Toxtricity and Vileplume with greater consistency. Focus Blast is great against Dark- and Steel-types like Tyranitar and Excadrill. Grass Knot is great against Ground-types in Gastrodon, Hippowdon, and Seismitoad. Maximum Special Attack and Speed investment, a Modest nature, and Surge Surfer ensure that Alolan Raichu hits foes as hard as possible while also outpacing foes like Choice Scarf Dragapult and Sand Rush Excadrill.

Alolan Raichu is heavily dependent on Electric Terrain and is Electric's only true check to Choice Scarf Excadrill, so Pinchurchin must always be paired with it. Not only does Pinchurchin provide it with Electric Terrain through Electric Surge, it also supports it with utility in Memento, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, and Thunder Wave, which can greatly hinder Alolan Raichu's checks like Drapion and Mimikyu. Choice Band Zeraora uses its solid Attack, blistering Speed, and great coverage to take on various troublesome foes like Choice Specs Dragapult, Ferrothorn, Indeedee, and Snorlax more reliably, especially when Electric Terrain isn't present. Rotom-H relieves Alolan Raichu with a Ground-type immunity and uses Nasty Plot to muscle through foes that Alolan Raichu may struggle against, such as Aegislash, Celebi, and Mew. Galvantula and Vikavolt set up Sticky Web to make Alolan Raichu faster than foes like Swift Swim Barraskewda and Choice Scarf Trace Gardevoir with Electric Terrain, and Choice Scarf Galarian Darmanitan and Salazzle without Electric Terrain.

Need to specify Surge Surfer in the first line and highlight how incredibly fast it is.

Need a line about Thunderbolt, especially talking about Electric Terrain boosting its power and what type of Pokemon it can beat using that.

"It especially is needed to deal with Poison teams, as having STAB Psychic-type coverage alongside Electric Terrain would permit Electric teams to take on the likes of Choice Scarf Gengar and Vileplume with greater consistency."
Don't use Choice Scarf Gengar as an example, because you beat it with Thunderbolt regardless if you're under Electric Terrain.

Focus Blast hits Excadrill and Kyurem-B, two huge threats to Electric teams.

Gastrodon should be mentioned for Grass Knot, as it can be problematic to deal with otherwise.

Snorlax should be mentioned for Zeraora.

Mew should be mentioned for Rotom-H.

Sticky Web allows Alolan Raichu to outspeed Barraskewda under rain and Choice Scarf Trace Gardevoir when Electric Terrain is up.

- would slash nasty plot after grass knot as the 4th move, with terrain extender being legal it can force a switch and setup and then becomes very hard to wall

Maximum Special Attack and Speed investment, a Modest nature, and Surge Surfer ensure that Alolan Raichu hits foes as hard as possible while also outpacing foes like Choice Scarf Dragapult and Sand Rush Excadrill under Electric Terrain.
- would also mention dragon dance boosted kyurem-b as something surfer helps with as +1/+2 destroy the rest of electric

- in the first sentence of paragraph 2 i would mention it is the only scarf excadrill check electric teams have, all of em def appreciates its ability to take on the mole menace
