I wanted to bring up an alternate way in which staffing, especially on phone/tablet staffing, could be made a bit easier.
What I had in mind is being able to click on a username in the chatroom and then choose to either warn/mute/ban etc. Upon clicking the particular punishment you want to apply, it could open up an optional space where you drop in the reason as to why you're punishing. There are instances where moderating using some buttons will prove to be so much easier for many people as it will take less time and fewer errors will occur on disadvantaged (phone/tablet) staff members.
Another point is: tabbing. Not possible on select few devices like the ones I mentioned and having to type out either long or gibberish-like names is such a hassle sometimes. I personally know a few users who usually only come on PS with cellphone/tablet and those are the users I think this function could really be of use.
Perhaps there could be space to implement punishment buttons here? Maybe after clicking "..." it could open up those punishment options when clicking on a username in the main chat.
