An OU team, semi-suspect minded

Dragonite (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 252 HP/56 Atk/72 Def/130 SDef
Careful nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
- Roost
- Thunder Wave
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
---
Dragonite leading off like this is immune to the Fake Out leads and other flinches, paralyzes offensive leads, and can soak a bit of damage with his bulkiness and resistances with Roost. He can also come back in if there's any problem with me getting Togekiss/Jirachi flinch haxed. It's got decent firepower if I need it too, being able to 2HKO Agility Metagross and Latis respectively with EQ and Dragon Claw. Considering Dragon Rush over Claw for the greater power.
---

Vaporeon (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 164 HP/252 Def/94 SAtk
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Ice Beam
- Haze
- Wish
- Surf
---
Bulky water type, helps out against dragons and stat buffers. Can survive anything Latias throws at it and hit back very hard with Ice Beam. Usually I'll go to Crescelia to paralyze a Lati first so Vaporeon (or Hippowdon/Dragonite) has no trouble with it.
---
Zapdos @ Choice Specs
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Extrasensory
- Heat Wave
- Thunder
- Hidden Power [Grass]
---
Specs Zapdos. I used to run Heatran here (also Specs) but I kept getting shut down by Suicune, so I added this. Thunder over T-Bolt to 2HKO through the CM in a sandstorm, and will survive a CMed Surf from the ones that Roar. If it doesn't Roar Vaporeon can wall it to death. Can 3HKO standard Blissey with Thunder, so Blissey will get killed when it thinks it can survive another hit and Softboiled to heal back up. I'm finding myself walled by Latios though and it is somewhat irksome. I may go with Signal Beam over something.
---
Hippowdon (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP/114 Atk/144 Def
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Slack Off
- Earthquake
- Ice Fang
---
I'm considering running Roar over Slack Off on this, but I need Slack Off as it is a major force in beating physical threats. Often it is coupled with Dragonite and Zapdos to drop Blissey as I have issues with her. Also downs Latios with Ice Fang after Crescelia paralyzes it. Hippo also allows me to smack a Sasher with Dragonite and then switch this in to kill it.
---
Cresselia (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 198 HP/54 Def/100 SAtk/156 SDef
Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Thunder Wave
- Psychic
- Signal Beam
- Rest
---
Went with Rest > Moonlight because of Sandstorm interfering with Moonlight. Crescelia, with its new EV spread, can withstand more hits on the physical side than she could before and thus can avoid being Pursuit killed because of Signal Beam. Signal Beam hits SE on Latis and other Crescelia and often will 3HKO other Crescelia in a sandstorm to rid me of Rest variants.
---
Probopass (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Magnet Pull
EVs: 212 HP/24 Def/100 SAtk/172 SDef
Sassy nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Gravity
- Earth Power
- Explosion
- Hidden Power [Fire]
---
Probopass is a counter to the now omnipresent Steel type to counter Latis. Steels get owned by Earth Power or HP Fire (if they're part Bug). Gravity pulls down Steels that are immune to Earth Power (Magnet Rise Magnezone, Bronzong). Replaced Thunderbolt with Explosion as I have no need for T-Bolt with Gravity. Explosion can now OHKO Latios since changing Calm for Sassy. After getting paralyzed Scizor is OHKOed by HP Fire now that the EVs have been changed.

Overall this team has been working pretty well for me. Knowing when to zap and when to smack is a big thing, and often times with a team like this you may sacrifice something to cripple an enemy major threat. Knowing when to do that is a key to using this team properly. Luck can be a major factor too. I use two paralyzing Pokemon and most of my offensive moves have a secondary effect, so if the RNG is on my side battles immediately become hellish for my foes. If it's not, well paralysis still cuts speed and the attack moves still hurt.

First off, I'd like to point out that 5 of your Pokemon are Mixape weak. To remedy this, I suggest a Dusknoir tank in over Vaporeon, as it can take hits at least as well, if not better, and packs a nice punch as well. If you don't like that, use Slowbro over Vappy. The following set works well:
Slowbro @ Leftovers
Bold | Own Tempo
216 HP, 252 Def, 12 Spd, 28 SpAtk
- Surf
- Slack Off
- Thunder Wave
- Fire Blast / Ice Beam / Grass Knot
Slack Off for recovery, Surf for STAB and Mixape (+Tran) countering, T-wave is paralysis, and Fire Blast to hit Steels and Celebi, Ice Beam for other Dragons, and GK for Bulky Waters. Slowbro can take hits better than Vappy, and dish out some nice stuff as well.
EDIT-You can replace Cressy with this in case you used Dusknoir as well.
EDIT2-Yache Berry on D-nite. HP Ice is your only weakness from Mixape, as EQ can OHKO. Yache Berry keeps you from being OHKOd by HP Ice, then lets you OHKO back with EQ. Other Ice users will mean trouble as well, if you don't give it Yache Berry.
Other than that, looks nice :)

I'm not home right now so i'll just point out a few nitpicks I have.

I suggest dropping Haze for Protect on Vappy, the only thing I can see it being useful against is CursePert, but then again I'm thinking quickly.

Having Thunder on SpecsZap is already quite ballsy, but Thunder in the Sandstorm where it's accuracy is lowered is relying a lot on luck. Thunderbolt > Thunder imo.

Cressy with Moonlight is dead in a Sandstorm, and with a Sandstorm starter of your own, it isn't going to be able to utilize it too well. Coupled with the fact that Hippo is the pokemon that starts your SR, I see sandstorm being a major problem with Cressy's healing. So switch it to a Rester, probably the ResTalk set.

I don't know about your Probopass, the thing with trappers is that they are effective in setting something up, or they have a usefulness past trapping. With Probopass I see it not being too effective at either trapping or being any useful to your team. I suggest you replace it with something more useful to your team.

I'll add some advice that is more helpful later tonight if I get home in time, or sometime tomorrow. I hope what little advice I've given you so far is useful.

Went with Rest on Cressy, moved some EVs around, made Probo Sassy > Calm and gave it Explosion. Edited OP to show changes.

Slowbro will be considered, Dusknoir will not because it isn't too great in a sandstorm or with all my other statusers. Burn is not a status I want to give to Heracross either. Paralysis is OK to give Hera since then I can just go to Zapdos and OHKO it with ExSensory however. Dusknoir could run a set like Shadow Punch/Ice Punch/Pain Split/T-Wave though. However Slowbro seems a better fit.

Thunder on Zapdos is one of those "six of one, half dozen of the other" decisions. The added firepower has proven itself very useful, but the miss haxing associated with it is equally irritating. I'll keep it for now though.
