Basically, ngl I really dislike these scenarios. When we have this set up and there's the list of people, I know it's my own town game to go back and read too deeply into each person and find some mess up and get paranoid about that person being mafia and then usually end up tunneling a town, getting said town lynched and then getting myself lynched as a result, losing the game. So really for the answer is I do as a player want to look primarily at the mechanical side because at least personally, the mechanical side seems primarily free of biases and paranoia since it focuses primarily on hard data. Which is why my lynch pool has been Proph, Epik and maybe Earlio, because those are the only 3 people I can realistically see fitting into the mechanical side.Gun to my head, epik. But ealrio as a close second. (I want to also reread epik, but if I had to use a vig shot right now, that'd be my choice)
Will answer the other point and expand on this in a bit
Blending that point to this, first part is that it's because Jalmont has calmed down and been less random/spastic. Which is good because I really don't care for wildcards who help or hurt town regardless of their alignment (see: Haruno right now, if he makes it to the final 3 then honestly I'm not sure if he's even reading the game enough to make a good choice, I just would hope he listens to moody). Besides that though, there's also the mechanical side. It would mean that, according to his claim, he 'persuaded' a scum D1. Someone else D2 (did he D2? I forget), D3/D4 or w/e tries to 'persuade' the same scum twice. Then there's also his role conflict with KOC in which they basically have the same role. That said, if I were to have the lynch order be my way. I would still do Vanilla towns > Voyer > Messanger > everyone else (I think this is just Haruno?)Also what happened to your original stance that you didn't want Jalmont in lylo?
Anyways, I asked epik that question for background as there is something else that came to mind to consider, the original scum team composition. Where I then wrote up way too many paragraphs of analysis, deleted, rewrote and deleted again. Essentially because it felt way too presumptuious in terms of 1. Assuming the mafia team wasn't completely randomized 2. If it wasn't, what MS thought of people, 3. Assuming how the mafia team would be balanced experience wise (ie, in XX/KOC/Aubisio two of those players have lost games before just because they idled and while my gut would say to me that they would likely then have someone else with more experience to have a mafia of 2 possible idlers/2 more active users, frankly that's just speculation and my own opinion) and 4. Some metagaming stuff that got to a point I wasn't comfortable using it. So yay on spending time writing things I just ended up deleting anyways and turning a long post into a short one.
