Any advice on catching a ditto of every nature and iv breeding?

I'm trying to hatch my entire team and i want the right natures so i've decided to catch a ditto of every nature but i want the ditto's to have good iv's. Any advice on how to do that? And how do i use breeding to help control my iv's?
 
Well about the dittos do what I did mass whore them you're guaranteed at least two double flawless per 3 boxes but it's time consuming just ask for dittos instead unless they're hard to find like relaxed ones I'm forced to whore for them again :(.
