This team uses Diglett as a stealth rock lead. Since that thing is way faster than anyone would expect it almost always has time to set up rocks and then get a memento off. From there Larvitar (An extremely underrated Pokémon in my opinion) can attempt to sweep by setting up a rock polish. Earthquake and Rock slide give great coverage and Power-up-punch is to try and get free boosts, usually via pawniard. It was originally meant to deter defensive Pokémon but it doesn‘t seem as good at that as I wanted but it’s hard to say why. Eevee seems better on paper then in practice, I think this is mostly due to the extremely annoying factor that Last Resort doesn‘t work if you don’t have other moves (Pokemon database lied to us) meaning you cannot hold a choice item and Eevee is slow and would probably have made great use out of a scarf. This is a big shame because I was really looking forward to using it. Frillish is to do big damage with STAB water spout but Grookey is proving to be a big annoyance. Aron seems to be somewhat lacking but I suspect this is mostly due to the fact that since I wanted more accurate Head Smash I wanted to run Zoom lens so I ran Curse instead of Rock Polish (If I did run Rock polish then I would have two rock polishers and a scarfer). Archen is just a good attacker in general.
