Basically mixed ray but with sky plate and toxic, sky plate allows you to bluff scarf and lure in steels and fat dragons like celesteela, dusk mane, steelceus, zyg and gira (e: as long as you don't go for dascent, which is admittedly actually kinda debilitating). toxic allows it to beat lugia 1v1, which is usually the main ray switch-in on lugia stall, and allowing it to easily break holes in those kind of teams. it also helps ensure rolls vs max def supportceus, and also helps bluff scarf.

I guess? Basically you have Specs Focus Miss to hit Steels and Rocks which is nice so you don't get walled depending on your coverage. Specs Draco also hits very hard. Disadvantage is you get walled by FairyCeus so maybe Toxic last slot?
252 SpA Choice Specs Rayquaza-Mega Draco Meteor vs. 252 HP / 200 SpD Groudon-Primal: 361-426 (89.3 - 105.4%) -- 31.3% chance to OHKO

By replacing Extreme Speed for Draco Meteor, you lose to Scarf Rayquaza, and when you're weakened, Extreme Speed Rayquazas and even weakened Ekillers. So why use it? Easy, Draco Meteor lets you destroy Zygarde-Complete and a slightly chipped Tyranitar - both pokemon which can stop the sweep due to being able to easily live a hit and revenge. Additionally, it lets you bluff the set, which could be beneficial late game and is a good lure if paired with pokemon which are also stopped by tyranitar or zygarde (Lunala, Ekiller, Physical Necrozma Ultra, for example)

4 SpA Life Orb Rayquaza-Mega Draco Meteor vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Zygarde-Complete: 640-751 (100.6 - 118%) -- guaranteed OHKO

+1 252+ Atk Life Orb Rayquaza-Mega Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Shuca Berry Tyranitar: 201-238 (49.7 - 58.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock

Compared with:

4 SpA Life Orb Rayquaza-Mega Draco Meteor vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Tyranitar: 305-360 (75.4 - 89.1%) -- 12.5% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock

TTar can be played around to lower its HP enough to quite easily by luring it out twice while having SRs, and on the 2nd time you sweep. Or, you can predict the switch and nuke it with DMeteor, and then do your sweeping another time.

Edit: accidentally posted this 3 times sry

As much as I like the set, bluffing scarf with sky plate doesn't work in practise if the opponent knows how to use a pokemon calculator. For example, looking at this calc 252+ Atk Sky Plate Rayquaza-Mega Dragon Ascent vs. 252 HP / 204+ Def Ho-Oh: 267-315 (64.1 - 75.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery and this calc 252+ Atk Rayquaza-Mega Dragon Ascent vs. 252 HP / 204+ Def Ho-Oh: 222-262 (53.3 - 62.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery, the min roll of sky plate is still higher than the max roll of scarf. I don't mean to critique the set or say it's bad I just think the idea of bluffing scarf in general with sky plate is misleading and doesn't work.

My set:
Rayquaza-Mega @ Life Orb
Ability: Delta Stream
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Ascent
- Earthquake

This is a variation of ice's dd draco set. The advantage of using this set over DD Draco is that you're able to nuke Celesteela much easier due to access to Swords Dance. DD Earthquake is not really capable of breaking Celesteela but SD certainly is, if you SD on the switch and then SD again the roll is in your favour to OHKO (calcs below). By using SD you still retain the ability to OHKO Zygarde and Giratina, and while it's not quite so good against Tar if you can predict correctly EQ is a 2HKO. Another nice thing about this set is you don't have to run a spdef nature so it means you can set up slightly easier on support arc forms such as Ground and Dark. Finally, the main advantage of this set is that you're able to nuke max defence arc forms after an SD, which would ruin your sweep otherwise. This set is great as SD and DD can be used against different teams to great effect, SD against more bulkier balances/semi stalls and DD for more BO type builds. It just gives you more flexibility and you're almost guaranteed to deal damage with this set against almost any team.

Calcs:
+2 252+ Atk Life Orb Rayquaza-Mega Dragon Ascent vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Arceus-Fairy: 454-536 (102.4 - 120.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+2 252+ Atk Life Orb Rayquaza-Mega Dragon Ascent vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Zygarde: 450-530 (107.3 - 126.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO
+2 252+ Atk Life Orb Rayquaza-Mega Dragon Ascent vs. 248 HP / 208+ Def Giratina: 469-554 (93.2 - 110.1%) -- 62.5% chance to OHKO after Leftovers recovery
+4 252+ Atk Life Orb Rayquaza-Mega Dragon Ascent vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Celesteela: 377-445 (94.9 - 112%) -- 68.8% chance to OHKO after Leftovers recovery
252+ Atk Life Orb Rayquaza-Mega Earthquake vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Shuca Berry Tyranitar: 134-159 (33.2 - 39.4%) -- 100% chance to 3HKO
252+ Atk Life Orb Rayquaza-Mega Earthquake vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Tyranitar: 268-317 (66.5 - 78.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Tailwind doesn't give you the attack boost from dd, but it does double your speed so really fast scarfers like ray and marsh are slower. V-create is ideal for the 3rd slot since you'll still be fast even after the speed drop. After you've caused a bunch of damage and ray dies, you might still have a turn or two of tailwind left, so another strong breaker like primal-kyogre can take advantage of it afterwards. Best suited for hyper offense.
