To be clear, nobody is eligible for an activity win in a team tournament unless the opposing managers (or team as a whole) are notified and given 30 minutes to produce the player or substitute. Given the logs I was showed from temp, this was not done and Skyiew's managers simply said they were claiming activity only after they realized Skyiew was leaving without being compliant with this whatsover. Temp was unable to provide a substitute before Skyiew left, which is not ok.
This should be a dead game or played within the next 35 minutes prior to the deadline (latter being ideal). As a best practice, teams should tag the opposing managers if their player is waiting on someone -- this is the only way you can get an activity or force a substitute in these situations.
