Battle Rules:
Bring 4, Pick 3 Singles. You PM 4 pokemons to the ref from your profile, but the battle will be 3vs3 singles. You will choose and send out your mons as the battle develops.
ASB Arena
Strict 72h Disqualification.
One warning per player. After the warning is used (any tag after DQ interval is passed will be counted as warning), the Player has one hour to post (with full orders/pokemon, just saying "orders coming watch this space" doesn't suffice) after DQ is called to rescind it. If one hour passes, the player is DQ'd regardless of the ref posting or not. User calling DQ must tag DQ'd player. Referees please tag the combatants when you have finished your reffing. Players, if you know you're going to be away you better post a Leave of Absence BEFORE you leave, or give a very good reason in case of an emergency. I will say this only once: don't test me
2 Month Time Limit: After two months I reserve the right to forcibly end any matches that don't seem like ending anytime soon. Said matches will be judged by the voters.
Infinite Recoveries/Chills per Pokémon.
Three Substitutions per player excluding KO Substitutions.

IAR sent in his Meklord with a Metal Coat, and unleashed powerful blows at Chihiro.

Chihiro burned the Meklord, and switched himself out for a better match up while splitting his pain with Meklord. Although, Meklord was being roode and didn't listen readily to Chihiro's telepathic attempt, which made Chihiro expend a ton of energy in draining the vitality away from the Meklord.

Round 3: Blocked!
Meklord blocks the Kingpin, while Kingpin manages to do some chip damage on the Meklord.

Meklord found itself against a massive Kingpin who carried a Full Incense with him all the time. The sight of his think skin, belly and his lazy smirk; made Meklord to reconsider trading blows with the Kingpin and instead it decided to setup and trap the Kingpin for its ally.

Setting up a green veil that would protect itself and its allies from any major status meant that IAR's team can now be unafraid of any crippling effects on his pokemon, and so he ordered Meklord to do so. While, Kingpin was just too full and sugar high, that by the time he managed to send a large ball of electricity towards Meklord, Meklord had already setup the green veil to protect itself. That green veil of safeguard and the Light Screen of Elincia meant that Meklord took a meager damage from the attack.

Seeing that his attacks weren't doing much damage, and already getting hungry over using a concentrated ball of electricity, the Kingpin started to Crunch on the Meklord. Meklord saw this coming yet again, and setup a reflective screen to shield itself from the power of the Kingpin. And thus when one screen disappears, a new screen is setup in its place by IAR. All this screening is making me impatient :s

Having done all the setup that he wanted Meklord to do, he didn't want Kingpin to switch out in the end as it would deter is plans for the future, and so IAR ordered the Meklord to block all exists for the Kingpin. Thus trapping the Kingpin in a check, and ready to be slaughtered by one of his mates.

Kingpin, still did not care about what was happening around him, and he happily crunched on Meklord once again to get some tasty Iron into his belly. The chip damage may not have been what SimonSays expected, but a completely healthy Kingpin is sure a good sight for him. Although, the mate stepping in for Meklord may not have such a defensive approach towards the kingpin, so he better shake the Kingpin to full consciousness sooner rather than later.

Could you list Light Screen for my side, please? You did have it in the calcs though so it's just for inventory.

What's important is that I haven't outright misplayed. I've been completely outplayed, but absolutely everyone was expecting that so that can't be helped.
