Are you staying dehydrated?

then drink some water. trust me. I know this might sound revolutionary, but water actually rehydrates you and quenches thirst very well. I'll give you some insight into what I've discovered. when I forget to drink and only realise much later that I have a headache and my mouth is dry, nothing feels better than grabbing a cold one (a cold one being a glass of cool or cold water) and drinking it down to the last drop. does anyone else have similar experiences to this?
