Sketch in rentals tournaments is banned from Sketching pre-battle. So Smeargle just has 50x Sketch, and Necturna would have 1x Sketch if she desired. Good question.

Kitsunoh in Ubers: eh, it's just a good mon in general. Remember that not every match will be about the type vs type specifically matchup but sometimes about the performance neutrally.

That's super unbalanced imo if Smeargle can sketch 50 times mid-battle. Either nerf it or ban it pls, otherwise Normal mono is going to run rampant. Keep in mind you already have stuff like Chansey and Wigglytuff and even two different variants of Raticate x__x

Sketches don't last between battles, and there is nothing broken about literally not being able to attack for about the first round or so of combat.

Withdrawing my entry. To put it simply, I don't have the motivation to build a team and I don't think I will have the motivation to commit to this Tournament to be honest. I'm probably better off focusing on what's on my plate now, especially AOT where I have a golden opportunity to win a Lati.

ANNOUNCEMENT FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS

In order to make this tournament a bit... fairer, so to speak, I'm going to have to adjust a few things about the tourney.

Phase 1
  • Now is only 1 round long. Still 3 Battles though.
  • Participation in round 1 requires you to ref at least 1 battle. Please let me know if you are able to take more however, and specify what your maximum is. Exemption rules are as follows:
    • New players who have not taken Reffing 101
    • Players who contact me/Exclaimer with a valid reason as to why they will not be able to sustain 1 reffing
  • 24 Players will move on from this phase rather than 12.
Phase 2
  • Now 4 rounds long.
  • Round of 24 -> Quarterfinals -> Semifinals -> Finals
  • Finals, as were before, in the format of a Round Robin
