Blakos-No, don't keep the heatran. Go for a +sp. atk nature with a much better speed IV. Remember that synchronizers also work on heatran IIRC.

What's a better special wall, Gardevoir or Milotic? (Not including Blissey and Regice). I have Weavile and Skarmory, Physical Sweeper/Wall, so I need something that can hit/defend from the other side of the spectrum.

If it's for the Wifi Tower, I'd go with Milotic. It takes physical and special hits better.

Also, every team I've battled so far (3 of them) have had either all dragons, or all pokemon that have a 4x ice weakness. Milotic can get Ice Beam, Gardevior can't.

If you're making a Battle Tower team, I personally would go with 3 sweepers, as walls are usually screwed by OHKO attacks. But out of those 2, I'd go with Milotic. It's got a great balance of attack+defense IMO.

What Power item is it holding? If it's the one that raises attack, it will get 8 EVs per battle.

Yes, the natures of them are still randomized if you lose to them and come back later, even if you save.

I could've sworn it was 2 Base EVs x2 from Pokerus x2 from Macho Brace = 8

2 Base EVs x2 from Pokerus + (4 EVs from Power x2 from Pokerus) = 12.

otherwise the power items have barely any advantage over macho brace
