So this is more or less the time of the year where we'd start thinking about getting a new Ask the Admins going; however, since we're out of fresh admins, we're trying this instead this year, and Finchinator, TonyFlygon, and martha have agreed to participate! You can ask questions to all of them or direct questions at a specific person; feel free to ask about a range of topics, such as what leading a major section is like, what they do, what they enjoy about it, opinions on Smogon, etc. Note that due to the volume of questions asked from both this thread and social media, your question may not be answered, but it'll definitely be considered.

Question to everyone! What do you think about Draft Format? I am asking because Smogon players just started out pretty recently to compete in bigger Draft Tours. Do you think it could have a more serious competetive future and what do you think about the format in general in a competetive environment?
