HydrogenHydreigon just a few things! I think you may have forgotten to apply かたわれ時's last substitution for A1 meaning Cincinno should use Work Up Action 1 and all moves should go back an action so Cinccino will use Knock Off action 2

It also appears that you've forgotten Flame Orb's activation, so Ursaring should become burned at the end of Action 1 and consequently have Guts applied for Covet.

Finally for multi hit moves, each hit of the move adds to initial BAP of the move rather than adding the modifiers each time! In addition critical hits for those moves only add 1BAP rather than the usual 3. This means that the damage calculation for Tail Slap would end up being 20[BAP after Technician and 5 hits]+3[STAB]+1[Rank Difference]+1[The critical hit]

Although it shouldn't end up mattering because Tail Slap won't occur because of that A1 substitution.

Did you roll for which mon is forcibly sent out? I'm not seeing any mention of it.
Also, while it's quite a hidden rule, the use of self-switching (UTurn and friends) and forced switching (like Roar here) means the user of these moves orders first the next round, so GT should order first.
