Attaching files to PMs

Is there a particular reason files can't be attached to PMs? It's enabled for regular forum posts, so not really sure why it's not allowed for PMs. Admittedly I don't know much about vBulletin so I don't know if this is a universal problem or if it's just disabled.

I think it is because smogon doesn't have the bandwidth to do this because we all know posters like pope and smz will abused this heavily posting pictures of various internet memes.

EDIT: I saw Firecape Pm a picture of an internet Meme to DXJ09 so maybe you just don't have the Privilege.

I can see the PM spambots abusing this pretty heavily.

We can just require 10-50 posts for PM attachments to be allowed, assuming this is an easy feature to implement at all.
