Hello, everyone, to the battle between two legends and the little guys they're looking after!
On Engineer's side we see what is considered one of the best legend species that have been caught, the powerful Easter the Regirock! Accompanying this monstruosity is Danmari the Mime Jr. who, despite being fresh, already carries multiple nasty tricks under his sleves. Oh, and he has Encore twice, which makes him twice as evil.
On the other side of the arena, the one corresponding to Texas, we can see the less imposing Phione, who has no name and is therefore Unloved. While less impressive stat-wise than Regirock (which is starting to look enormous when compared to all the small Pokémon that are sorrounding it), it does have a type advantage against the opposing legend and knows the dreaded Grass Knot, to you can be sure it can deal some nice damage to the rock golem. And at its side we can see the small Noibat, who just like Phione remains Unnamed, who not wanting to fall back to Mime Jr. also has a move twice: in this case, Snatch.
And the battle is starting!
The first to move is Phione, who dashes towards the little Mime and Knocks Off its item, while dealing ok damage thanks to it being a SE hit.
Wanting to support its team, Danmari places a Screen of Light which will apparently weaken incoming special attacks, and considering the opponents' moves and Easter's obscene physical defense this should be a good idea.
Unnamed, who is surprisingly slow (at least for me) inserts his Fangs in Danmari's flesh, trying to look Super and show his worth. However, the move didn't deal such great damage given the psychic type's low starting hp and the damage it had taken from the Phione's previous attack.
And, in the end, Easter brings forth a Rock Slide over its foes, dealing great damage to the little dragon and okish damage to the other legend.
Easter, being a boring rock, just does the same time and time again, but the same can't be said about the other guys.
... Well, maybe about Phione, who just sent Beams of Bubbles toward Danmari twice in a row, but at least one of those got a critical hit, bypassing the protective screen.
And since a little hax isn't enough, Noibat got a Special Defense drop courtesy of the Ball of Shadows he shot at the Mime Jr. before firing a Beam powered by Solar energy.
Mime Jr. retaliates with a Psybeam before sending something towards Unnamed's Future.
Oh, what a lovely Sight: those two cute LCs and two legends duking it out.
While Engi set up the field a little in his favor and dealt more damage, he is now going to order second. Texas could make a comeback, so let's sit down and watch.
