Balance is the way to go

Hello everyone, and I'm back with another RMT. This team has seen quite a bit of success, and hopefully it'll see more with some help. Without delay, here's the team!

In Depth look:

Golem (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 200 HP / 252 Atk / 56 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Stealth Rock
- Rock Blast
- Sucker Punch
- Earthquake

Golem is my go-to guy for a lead. This is a standard set from the site, with a few more Speed EVs to make sure I outspeed opposing Golem if I see them. Golem sets up rocks as soon as possible, and then takes on the role of a physical tank, using Rock Blast to break through Subs, EQ to round out some amazing coverage, and finally Sucker Punch to get one last hit in if I know he's gonna go down.

Amoonguss (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 140 Def / 116 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Spore
- Giga Drain
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Sludge Bomb

Amoonguss serves as this teams dedicated physical wall, as well as a bulky special attacker. Spore allows me to effectively take an opposing pokemon out for a while. Giga Drain is the primary STAB of choice, while allowing me to recover off some damage. Sludge Bomb is the other STAB move, though I'm thinking about giving him Clear Smog instead to halt set-up sweepers in their tracks. HP Ice allows Amoonguss to hit Altaria harder than his other moves. Amoonguss also acts as a pivot switch, due to Regenerator healing 33% of his health every switch.

Ampharos (M) @ Choice Specs
Trait: Static
EVs: 204 HP / 252 SAtk / 52 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Volt Switch
- Thunderbolt
- Focus Blast
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Every successful team I've made has always had Choice Specs Ampharos on it. The sheer power of it is just amazing. Thunderbolt is my main STAB move, roasting everything that doesn't resist it, while Volt Switch allows me a switch advantage, due to Ampharos's low Speed. HP Ice gives him psuedo BoltBeam coverage, and also allows me to hit most SR users hard. The few SR users HP Ice misses out on are covered by Focus Blast.

Samurott (F) @ Lum Berry
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 196 HP / 252 Atk / 60 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Waterfall
- Aqua Jet
- Swords Dance
- Megahorn

Ah, Jolly SD Samurott. THe EV spread is from the site, but I use Jolly over Adamant to outspeed other Samurott, as well as some other threats. Swords Dance is obvious, allowing her to boost her Attack to great levels in one turn. Waterfall is my primary STAB of choice, while Aqua Jet gives her some priority. Megahorn allows me to hit Psychic and Dark types hard. I opted for Lum Berry over Leftovers and Life Orb to make sure Samurott wasn't crippled by Burns.

Golurk @ Leftovers
Trait: Iron Fist
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Shadow Punch
- Hammer Arm

Golurk is this team's spinblocker and my other physical tank. His defenses are pretty good uninvested, so he can take quite a few hits. Earthquake and Stone Edge give Golurk the EdgeQuake combo, while Shadow Punch serves as a primary STAB and another way to deal with Psychic types. Hammer Arm rounds out Golurk's coverage, allowing him to hit Dark and Normal types hard. Out of my whole team, he is probably the most replaceable.

Cinccino (M) @ Choice Band
Trait: Skill Link
EVs: 4 HP/ 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Bullet Seed
- Tail Slap
- Rock Blast
- U-turn

Banded Cinccino. With great Attack and Speed, Cinccino acts as this team's revenge killer, boasting a Base 115 speed, further enhanced by a Jolly nature. The moveset is self-explanatory, and works even better due to his DW ability being released.

And that's it. Feel free to leave suggestions, comments, anything so long as it isn't negative :P

You team seems a bit weak to opposing Golurk, especially Choice Band variants. It can switch in easily on Cinccino or Ampharos and proceed to KO a member of your team every time it comes in. To fix this, I would suggest using Tangela over Amoonguss. This gives you a reliable answer to Golurk and other troublesome physical attackers such as Life Orb Cinccino. The loss of a fighting resistance is covered by Golurk, who is an excellent switch-in to Sawk and other fighting types.

Your Golurk set seems like it could benefit from a Choice Band. Using four attacks with Leftovers isn't really a good idea and it leaves you vulnerable to revenge-killing. Golurk is better used as a hit-and-run attacker with Choice Band. Also, it should be using Ice Punch over Stone Edge to hit Grass-types harder and Drain Punch over Hammer Arm since it is generally more useful.

I would suggest running 252 Speed EV's on Samurott instead of 60 to outrun Adamant Braviary and other threats in that speed range with a Jolly nature. More Speed EV's could also be used on Golurk (44 to outrun Weezing, 84 to outrun Alomomola, or 176 to outrun max Speed Golem), but Golurk has nice bulk so I'll leave that up to you.

Tangela (F) @ Eviolite
Trait: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Leech Seed
- Giga Drain
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Sleep Powder / Synthesis

Samurott (F) @ Lum Berry
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Waterfall
- Swords Dance
- Megahorn
- Aqua Jet

Golurk @ Choice Band
Trait: Iron Fist
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Shadow Punch
- Earthquake
- Drain Punch
- Ice Punch

Hope I helped!
