Alright will be the first to go. Power ranking the 7 Other teams other than my own.

7. Rangpur Roaring Moons: The Roaring Moons are far from a bad team. Entrocefalo and Ruffles easily justify their price tags. Even with my limited knowledge of smogon players I do know of them. Likeable team, well balanced but I do feel they remain exposed in certain tiers. Their SV overall feels weaker than the rest. SS and SM should also find it challenging. Some adapting will be required from the local players to get used to some of the lower tiers. I think the team will be united but when I look at other teams, I do feel this one maybe a little behind.

6. Jessore Jirachis: I think this is going to be a very fun team to follow. Lot's of young energy. Maverick Shooters is a builder I rate from the little I have seen of him. Savouras is pretty good at the game and Esteb4n may dominate NU. They've spent a lot on the local pool but I don't think that budget was used adequately to buy specialists in tiers. Draft may be left with a bit to be desired.

5. Barisal Brelooms: You have to start 5 locals every week and I do not see 5 here that I believe should be starting every week tbh. Kaif is a solid buy and maybe Raiyan could catch up if he wasn't so busy. But the rest do not actually fill you with confidence based on their trend of development. With that being said team has a lot of good players. Devin, Paprikaflow, Ming, Rudi, Slowpoke Fan, Jojen are some very good players and their overseas pool is filled with more. You expect Trichotomy to dominate the monotype pool. So overall I think the consistency of results in some tiers will make up for some of the lackings in other ones.

4. Chittagong Charizards: a team full of members from a secret society called the garden of lichees. Do not underestimate them. They control more of this world than you know. Aside from that, CM Reuniclus is good from what I remember teaming up with him once before over a year back. Almost all their foreign players are good and the locals are somewhat competent. One last kiss, 8truc, Tuthur and Kustavan are among some well rated players and Calambrito when he is serious can play seriously well. Some of the local pool such as Silent Sparrow will have good tournament. Expect this team do very well.

3. Dhaka Diancies: Dhaka came in with one of the finest strategies you could've approached the draft with. Buy some of the best local players no matter what because the overseas pool was filled with fantastic players anyway where you could find good players for even 3k. The rest of the team doesn’t exactly have weaknesses either. The manager duo can be a bit immature at times. So will be interesting to see how they manage the team. Both are good players but will have a job to do as well with preparing their teams to play. Memphis Depay, Raiyan, Skyiew, LBN, Spooky Z should have very good tournaments and I've heard good things about Flabeuf too. So yeah a team with no visible weak slots. Should do well.

2. Rajshahi Raikous: Feen made a lot of big guys in the auction but then got guys like Mada for 6k and got away with it. Once again a team with no big visible weakness. The back up local players may be a bit inactive but the starters are fine. Mada, Comp and Tenebricite are 3 names that I think will have a very good tour and I have fond memories of baddy being a pretty good teammates the one time I teamed up with him. Once again one of the best local player lineups in the tour and the other slots don't look week. More experience and feen being a better manager is why I'd have them over Dhaka.

1. Comilla Ceruledges: I look through Comilla's line up and I do not see an obvious weak slot. Overseas slots were planned very well. I'm a big fan of Pinecoishot having played him in ladder countless times in 2023. I believe he is one of those difference makers who can play well and build well. Watched TJ a bit in world cup pokemon and It's not easy to start for one of the us teams. Always was always there when I looked at tournaments for player scouting before the auction. Emoxu should be one of the players dominating the ubers pool and I know Metallica plays well across different tiers. Overall solid team. Good across the board. Good bench. These guys look like the obvious no. 1 pick from these 7 teams.

I'm not really good w words but now that our run has officially ended, long aahh yapping session brief s/o post here we go:

1st of all thanks July for your time with managing and specially planning the draft despite being busy in the early weeks. You supported me well and a bunch of thanks for that.
Also thanks for agreeing to manage w me in such short notice... really appreciate it

Kaif I wanted a naturally good clicker that can play multiple tiers when needed and you were an easy choice. Despite a rough start, the Ws u brought were pure vibe for the whole chat. (Also sorry for kinda shuffling you around tiers)
Similar with RaiyanGotNo3DS altho another reason was I don't recall working w you before and I believe u would've easily done better if not for being busy w life

Ahsanul and Username2344. U guys we're my development investment and I still believe u both have good potential to get better. Thanks for saving my face by not going 0-X altho I could've seen yall do much better if not for some blunders but hey we learn smth everyday (next time better na korle yk who I'm sending to u)

Whatsmath? My Deer, my GOAT. I made u sign up just so that I can get u and ik I couldn't give u enough game time and u were busy in general w uni yourself, yet u nvr complained about anything whenever I asked u to play/sudden sub for any tier... but I know how good u can be if u take it seriously.
I didn't do justice by slotting/subbing u in a semi-familiar tier w/o any good support but dw you're still my GOAT

graynium-Z and Abele, nvr thought I'd get a solid SM core for so cheap and even tho the results didn't always go your way despite being so close so many times, u guys were good vibes and I hope to see you around
Prateekkp thanks for being available standby whenever we needed a sub at any tier and altho we didn't need that too often and u didn't get enough gametine.

Slowpoke Fan SS was one of my least played and least liked OU so I wanted smone who understands the meta really well and boy did u deliver. Even tho you didn't play many games yourself but your contribution with the SS and Bo3 slot was incredible. Thanks a bunch for acting as a 3rd pseudo manager too, not to mention always keeping a positive vibe in the chat... Really appreciate all your works and hope to work w u again soon if the opportunity arrives

xdRudi.exe I really wanted to work w u again cus I like how well u understand the meta and are up for challenge beit getting lead early in the week or clutching up at the weekend. Altho the end results weren't in our favour but your Ws in the early weeks were really crucial as well as your contribution with the other OU and Bo3 slots... Thanks a lot and see you around

Ming549 and Trichotomy absolute GOATs, U guys were amazing both in terms of chat presence, vibe and performance... I was right in prioritizing getting you two for RU and Mono respectively with Ming being able to support NU asw, sorry we couldn't reward your efforts unfort

Jojen my fren, as smone who plays his fair share of Ubers, Ik how unstable and luck based it can be... And I nvr worried for a second with u starting Ubers. 3-4 record doesn't justify how good u are and u know it... Ubers just is like that.

devin altho you were busy early weeks with irl stuffs but the way u picked up those early Ws in SS after returning was refreshing to get the momentum going at that time, also the option to be flexible to play pmuch any tiers was really helpful

Paprikaflow ik u don't feel the best about your performance but don't be, u faced some of the toughest matchups and your record's not negative despite that.

Lastly Ampha quite not your luck with those 50/50s throughout the season but you'll bounce back... Trust
Alleast your solo tours went well and gl in your other tours

As for me, sorry I wasn't a good manager in particular but thanks to yall I learned a lot as it was my 1st managing assignment... Hope you don't have anything against me but if u do, pls feel free to lmk

Unfortunately we as a team couldn't perform as we wanted to and things didn't go our way but it's fine. Just wasn't our year, but the next will be. So see yall around and till next time, Good Luck Have Fun...

Our run ends in the semifinals. Not the ending we wanted, but what a ride it’s been. Everyone gave their time, prep, and energy to make this season both fun and competitive. I’m proud to have been part of this group.

entrocefalo – You’re one of the absolute goats of this team. I loved having you here, even though you don’t talk much—I know you care and always showed up with important wins. That clutch against Barishal Breloom that won us the week was unforgettable. You’re truly the Ubers goat. Hope we meet again in future tours and maybe talk a bit more, teehee.

stroikerrr – One of my closest friends, and my friends are always top-notch at Pokémon. No doubt you’re easily top 5 among Bangladeshi players right now. I know you stay busy with university and other things, but I loved your presence which includes testing teams, trash talking, VC laddering. I’m really going to miss all of that.

Crash Override – Sorry if I ever sounded harsh. I know how close you and Soumav are, and I’m grateful for every win you brought. I’ll always remember your Week 1 win vs Dhaka. You’re one of the OG members of this group and one of the most reliable. Even while busy, you always knew what you were doing. If you played regularly, I believe you’d surpass the entire USUM roster—regular Crash is easily SPL level.

Leroipolux – Hey fam, you did well. Bo3 is one of the toughest pools and you gave it your best. The last weeks were unfortunate, but I know how solid you are. There were some misunderstandings between teammates, but that’s just being human. No hard feelings—you’re a strong player and a great teammate.

Arik – You’re one of the OGs and one of the most respected members of this entire group. I have nothing but respect for you. You’re the head of your family and still passionate enough to give us your time through mons. The season was rough, but let’s be real—the beatdown you gave Ignizard was so smooth it carried your whole season. Hope to see you soon and that you can spend more time with us next time.

Mukit69 – Dude, I bought you for 8k so you could go 0-2 in ORAS and ghost the entire tour? What happened to shame?

Fangs1747 – My bro, sorry fam. I know you’re too busy with your career, but next year you, me, and Stroikerr will dominate. Till then, stay with us.

Mik3y – Hope you learned something from us. I appreciated your UU teambuilds and support. You did well, but a little improvement is always welcome. The UU pool was tough this time. Hope we meet again next time so you can show your full worth.

Rabib19.5 – Kinda ashamed and sorry for benching you for the rest of the season. You’re a high-potential player and one of the most known faces in the Bangladesh community. You showed your worth in your only game and did it flawlessly—finishing the match with a 100% HP favourite Mega is not everyone’s cup of tea.

Premonitions – I’ll be honest: out of all the players, you were the most active. I think we almost ran 5–6 games every week. Teamwork and activity mean more to me than record, and you nailed both. Rough season though—the Ubers pool was tough, plus some misunderstandings with teammates that might have hurt your morale. I also heard you were in the hospital for a bit—we all pray and hope you come back safe and strong.

velvet – Uhh, what do I say? Thanks for being with us.

SEROO – This guy would easily go for around 10k in any other tour. I don’t know how he went unnoticed. He basically carried my NU slot and was a positive presence in chat. Really nice guy ! I’d love to team up with him again.

Corvikafka – Pookie Kafka, a genuinely nice person. Being good at mons means nothing if you’re not positive and warm-hearted, and Kafka offers both. He’s a bit inexperienced, but trust me, his kindness makes up for that. When I was disappointed about something, he always listened.

PTKmoekyuun – One of my bros and one of the few close friends I have in the Pokémon scene. And as I always say, my friends are always good at mons. Definitely the top player in the Rands pool. Before the season I told him to farm Ws, and of course he did. Sad that you got unlucky in one game and lost to some rando.

Heatranator – SEROO, Kafka, Heatranator! three of the sweetest people around. 10/10, draft this guy next year. Never complains, always listens, always helps, and most importantly gives effort. Effort in a team tour is a luxury nowadays, but Heatran nailed it. Five stars, absolutely lovely.

Silent Waltz – No complaints! You’re definitely one of the well-known players in the community. Thanks for staying with us. Nice wins despite a rough season. Bad matchups happen, but you’re easily top 10 in this BDPL OU format.

RifatBD – Sorry, vai. I couldn’t give you many games because of inconsistent records across the weeks, but good luck with everything in real life.

Soumav – Thanks for sticking with me. I know how busy you are. You, Arik, and Crash Override are three of the OGs of the BD community ; without you, the BDPL scene would have absolutely collapsed, no cap. I also learned a lot from you in team management, and I hope I can put it to good use both in Smogon and in real life.

Musa Sensei (me) – And lastly, me. I tried my best and have no complaints. I’m closing my story with a 6–2 record. Adios.

also special shoutouts- shoutout to Genhui ! He might not be the strongest, but he’s an excellent helping hand. Draft him if you want a reliable scout and team tester. Also, he’s one of my friends, and as I always say, my friends are good at mons.

"ROARING MOON WILL ROAR AGAIN! Remember, it’s the strongest mascot of them all! Hax or flinches might cause it to lose a 1v1, but stronger mons will always come out on top."

Mushfiq :There's really not much more I can say about Mushfiq. There aren't many players that have me go wow when I watch them play. He is one of them. Enjoys competition, enjoys pressure, big game player. Reliable if you need test games and just wanna talk about ideas in mons. Best player in the country and when he is co-managing you sort of get him at a price far below what he would go for in an auction. Always fun to play with as a friend. Always chill. Maybe having him schedule games is the only challenge but everything else is 10/10.

Jeza.p: I knew Mushfiq and I were gonna have time constraints. So I was pretty excited when I learned Jeza was interested in helping. Manages other tours as well but he always made sure to be available for this one. Key to Zephyr's success in UU. Some nice recommendations during draft and was always there to boost team morale. Incredible teammate.

Fusien: Most expensive player in the auction for a reason. I don't care what the spreadsheet says. Almost every week I could spar vs someone who would punish every bad play I made, provide solid team critic and play his games to every out he could find even in bad match ups. That's a level of reliability you dream of from your player. Lovely guy too from our interactions in the team. Great to have him on the team.

NoName6293: I've had the least amount of headache with Noname all tour. A bit unlucky early on but came back strong and played solid throughout the tournament. Like Fusien everyweek I'd be confident that this guy is better than his opponent. I didn't even have to worry much about what team he would load. Likable teammate too.

Samuel Norton: I played Norton a few times before this year in SM ladder. I randomly ladder old gens a lot. Not usually focusing and just clicking buttons. So I usually lose a lot. But I always know if I'm playing a good player or not. With norton, It just immediately clicked that damn this guy is good. So I reached out to Norton to talk with him and realized he didn’t even have a smogon id. Now, after years of playing football manager I sort of have a disease where I'm looking for wonderkids and bargains. Norton, I knew would dominate the sm pool and as the tournament came around, I'm glad he chose this tour to make his smogon debut. Everyone will know him pretty well soon enough. Hope you had fun buddy.

dragonitenb: Pre-draft I had Dragonite on my list of potential players to get. Specially for the lower tiers. But when looking for an SS option, Jeza told me he could play SS as well. Over the course of the tour, dragonite has been fantastic in terms of results. Has gotten us key wins and finished with a pretty good record. Some nice team choices throughout the tour as well. Accepted criticism whenever he made mistakes. Lovely character, lovely player.

Chaos23333: Chaos was another player who impressed me when I lost to them before. Actively cared about the tour and had some pretty good results. Gameplay can be a bit inconsistent though and I feel like It's an experience issue over anything. Really good when it comes to predictions. Ceiling as a player is really really high. I think improving on planning is easier than improving on honing the psychological side of the game. In that sense, chaos could become one of the best players in this website in near future.

Daharan: Another player I always just felt confident about. A difficult start to the tour but he adapted and turned things around. I knew how good he was from the test games we would have. So always felt comfortable with him starting knowing he can and most likely will beat all his opponents. Sorry for not being off better help in RU. But you killed it anyway.

Greenytg: Norton introduced me to Green and my first impression was that maybe he doesn’t get drafted. In my initial interactions with green, I criticized his gameplay and how well he took it was what impressed me the most back then. So I wanted to give him another chance and asked him to hit top 5 on a dead oras ladder which tbh was a bit unreasonable for someone who didn’t even play oras. He managed to do it in no time though. After that I knew I had to get him. Not because it meant he was ready or better than others. But because it was proof that he would care. The second part of the story was when I realized the mono slot needed more quality if we were going to beat the best mono players in the pool. So I had green learn Monotype. The amount of time he put in, the quick results, the call sessions I loved all of it. These are the kind of players you want to work with as a manager. They make the tournament more enjoyable for you and you actually have fun. This is just the start though. With his talent, he will be one of the best players on this website in no time as well.

SASAGEYO: On quality alone, Sasageyo is too good to start in as few games as he did. But because he was so good in so many tiers I wanted Sasageyo to cover in case we someone needed to be subbed out. Another wonderful teammate. Always available to help. Very good player. Another reason I enjoyed the tour so much. We just randomly played each other for hours on some days. Had plenty of fun. Will be playing spl in at most 2 seasons I'm sure.

Dugtrio Is Broken: This guy might be some encyclopedia for teams. Has everything anyone has ever used. Pretty much supplied teams to all the SV slots. He will keep improving based on how much he just enjoys this game. You always want someone like that in the team.

Satanic Beast: Had to drop out of the tour for unfortunate reasons. Maybe we team up again in the future.

Zephyr Moonbeam: The protagonist himself. You can't find an anime protagonist with more plot armor than this guy. Finished this tour with a record of 7-2. Always enthusiastic about playing. Displayed evident excitement for not just his own game but for everyone elses. Made Jeza's life miserable but ended up ensuring his efforts didn’t go to waste as he consistently brought results with his teams. What more can I say? This guy has some magic in him. Brought some much needed energy in to the team.

sonataism: It's football manager disease again. Whenever I see a promising new player I feel like investing some time into them. In this case, Sonataism had potential and showed glimpses of that potential throughout the tour. The next step is start approaching games with more long term thinking and you can get much better. Probably the player I had invested most time into. Hopefully that shows some good results within a few months. Another player who was a joy to work with.

Roadto15oo: I took another gamble and drafted Roadto15oo just because I really liked his personality. Also noticed that he was a quick learner. So it was a gamble I had a bit of confidence in. Loves playing the game and boy did he show improvement as the tour went on. Rands felt like a weaker slot early on in the tour but his improvement made sure it was no longer the case. Won us the deciding game in the finals. Only the start for him.

Sadi Tonmoy: A teammate I could rely on a lot in previous editions played his 6th consecutive final this year. Unfortunately he was a bit busy with irl stuff (congrats on marriage) and wasn’t as active as he usually is. Still got us an important win when he was asked to play.

Flapple1: Another project I wanted to invest time towards. Did well whenever he played. If not more being busy irl and timezone issues, we could've spent much more time working on gameplay. But I hope you will continue to play and improve for future tours. Personality wise pretty likable to have around and gameplay wise can easily improve to be very good.

GrabTheSpeed: Not as active this year due to not preferring discord. But love this guy anyway. Always wants to play. Tries his best to get games whenever he can. I wanted him to get that custom avatar the most. Because I have a feeling he would be pretty happy about it.

I don't know if I could've done better as a manager or fell short in certain situations. But I hope you all enjoyed the tour. That's the most important thing for me. More than 2 months together as a team, family forever. Proud of you all Mausholds.

Also additional shoutouts for the support staff:

Wincon-z : I love wincon. Always felt that he was part of the team. Gave a lot of time to help both Flapple and Green. Lovely guy and a good player as well. You deserved a separate shoutout of your own.
Vlarcheops too supported the team in the mono slot.

Then the SM community Ahy Wddicted Proftreez Fdmw Eelektrone Zaza I might've missed one or two because I don't know everyone's smogon.

Pigbeeef thank you being by Sonataism's side throughout the tour. Thanks to your help, I knew we could be more confident in the ubers slot.
