(You made a few of errors in your reffing that may make a big difference in the match. Firstly, Charge's use counts as one of its actions, thus Charge has ended. Secondly, my Hex should deal (10+3+3) x 1.0 + 3 - 1.5 = 17.5 ~ 18 damage because of Flatter's boost against Charge's SpD boost. I also noticed a few rounds ago that you made Hex do 9.5 damage, when it should have dealt (5+3+3) x 1.0 + 1.5 - 1.5 = 11 damage. The net effect of all of this is that Mareep should have 4 fewer HP and Charge has ended.)
