[OVERVIEW]

* Baxcalibur is one of the most dangerous physical threats in the Series 1 metagame, with a monstrous base 145 Attack stat and exclusive access to Glaive Rush which can rip through Pokemon not prepared for it.

* Baxcalibur's ability, Thermal Exchange, is an absolute boon for it offensively, being able to shrug off Will-O-Wisp from Arcanine and boosting its Attack against common Fire-types such as Ceruledge and Armarouge.

* Baxcalibur generally struggles against the metagame's Water- and Steel-types such as Azumarill and Gholdengo, making partners like Rotom-H and Tera Grass Armarouge valuable.

[SET]
name: Dragon Dance
move 1: Icicle Spear / Glaive Rush
move 2: Tera Blast / Glaive Rush
move 3: Dragon Dance
move 4: Protect
item: Loaded Dice / Life Orb
ability: Thermal Exchange
nature: Adamant
tera type: Electric / Fire / Dragon
evs: 132 HP / 108 Atk / 12 Def / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]

* Icicle Spear is Baxcalibur's most consistent Ice-type STAB move, taking down the likes of Garchomp and Hydreigon. Glaive Rush can be used instead of this for a consistently high base power move that allows Baxcalibur a more free choice of item.

* Tera Blast gives Baxcalibur some much needed coverage. Electric Tera Blast lets Baxcalibur take down Azumarill, meanwhile Fire Tera Blast lets it take down Kingambit and Gholdengo, all of which resist its STAB moves.

* Loaded Dice is Baxcalibur's preferred item when using Icicle Spear, making it one of the strongest physical attacks in the game with zero drawback. Life Orb is preferred when using Glaive Rush over Icicle Spear as Baxcalibur's STAB move as the extra damage is appreciated and Loaded Dice is no longer needed.

* The defensive investment allows Baxcalibur to take a Dragon Claw from Garchomp. Adamant is preferred for the extra damage output, however Jolly is an alternative option that may be used to outspeed Dragapult after a Dragon Dance at the cost of some Attack.

* Both Electric and Fire Teras are good on Baxcalibur, as they afford it a resistance to Gholdengo's Make It Rain. An Electric Tera type helps break through the likes of Azumarill and Gyarados much easier, whereas a Fire Tera type lets Baxcalibur beat Steel-types such as Gholdengo and Kingambit which wall its STAB moves. A Dragon Tera type is also valid to make Baxcalibur's Glaive Rush even stronger.

[SET]
name: Assault Vest
move 1: Glaive Rush
move 2: Icicle Spear / Icicle Crash
move 3: Earthquake
move 4: Ice Shard
item: Assault Vest
ability: Thermal Exchange
nature: Adamant
tera type: Dragon
evs: 132 HP / 244 Atk / 12 Def / 92 SpD / 28 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]

* Icicle Spear is the preferred Ice-type STAB move thanks to its perfect accuracy and the ability to break through the Focus Sash of , though Icicle Crash is a stronger move with a chance to flinch slower targets such as

* Earthquake lets Baxcalibur break through Steel-types such as Gholdengo and Kingambit, which resist its STAB moves.

* Ice Shard is great for picking off weak foes, such as Kilowattrel and Meowscarada after they have been brought to their Focus Sash. It also lets Baxcalibur have constant pressure on Garchomp, as it OHKOs 50% of the time.

* Assault Vest with the defensive investment allows Baxcalibur to survive Modest Choice Specs Gholdengo's Make It Rain. It is also capable of taking a Dragon Claw from Garchomp before hitting it back for big damage with one of its STABs. 28 Spe EVs allow Baxcalibur to outspeed uninvested Annihilape, and 2HKO it with Glaive Rush.

* Dragon is Baxcalibur's preferred Tera type as it boosts the output of its strongest move, while also removing its Steel weakness.

The EVs of the first sets are suboptimal numbers, 112 shouldn't be a thing. Also i've seen so much Mimikyu + Bax + Tauros-A, don't you think they're worth mentioning in the overview?
