This is an interesting team, I'm gonna basically add onto Olie's rate to help you out a bit.
The dual-screen Bronzong lead is very situational. You have the chance to set up everything, or completely be screwed over by faster taunters (think Aerodactyl, Deoxys-S, etc). Since you don't have Gyro Ball on Zong, you're virtually forced to explode, never a good thing turn one of the battle.
A much more effective form of the lead you are using is Deoxys-S. You are virtually guaranteed SR setup, and can likely set up one of the screens for sure (possibly two). The advantage of this suicide lead is that it can also prevent the setup of SR by the opposition due to Taunt, helping keep your sweepers undamaged.
With the addition of Outrage to Salamence, Brick Break has virtually become obsolete, with Earthquake being the only competitive option for the moveslot solely for Heatran. If you do choose the suicide lead I presented, I would consider running an all-out attacking Salamence, with Earthquake, Outrage, Fire Blast, and Draco Meteor. The advantage of this set is that it effectively takes out all common walls, and with the rise in the defensive DD Salamence, an all-out attacker might be surprising to say the least.
On Gliscor, I too agree that Aerial Ace is the better option over Ice Fang in this "Garchompless" metagame. There has been an influx of SD Heracross for some reason (from what I've seen anyway), and if it sets up, you're losing a pokemon for sure. Since your strategy is to set up screens and sweep with the protection, you cannot afford to waste turns taking out the opposition. Besides, you have Mesprit as a counter to all the dragons (at least at full health, and even then the screen support should be super helpful).
On Tyranitar, consider Stone Edge over Earthquake to hit stuff like Skarmory before they WW you out. Every little bit of damage helps. EQ only hits Heatran hard, who Stone Edge massacres anyway.
Good luck, overall looks very solid if you execute the strategy properly.
