The next step is to level the rest of your pokémon to lv1. You can do that by posting on the Prize Claiming thread with a link to this post and the rewards you got from the battle. You can spend the 1 TC you got leveling another one of your mons to lv1 but you'll need to play more in the Battle Tower to level your third mon.

A core part of leveling in BBP is deciding what content you want to take on then getting pokémon that are good vs said content.
I would advise scouting out the Safari Zone for level 1 content that you'd like to challange then grind a bit in the Battle Tower so you can adopt a pokémon that is good in that habitat and to get some items to challange it as well. Alternatively, the Realgam Tower is another place where you can start however it gives much less TC than the Safari Zone and doesn't let you obtain high level pokémon as quickly.
