[OVERVIEW]
It might not seem like there's much reason to use Blissey over Chansey, as Eviolite allows Chansey to be generally more bulky. However, in 1v1, Chansey can't have Charm and Seismic Toss or Charm and Psywave on the same set, while Blissey can use both together. Because of this, Blissey's niche is its ability to use Charm and Seismic Toss, making it a more reliable Charm wall than Chansey, and with Fairium Z, Blissey is also rotected from being crippled by Trick or Switcheroo. This differentiates Blissey from Chansey. However, Blissey still almost always loses to these Fighting-types like Mega Lopunny and Sawk.

Moves
========
Z-Charm gives Blissey a better matchup against physical attackers, as Blissey already has a great matchup against special attackers such as Mega Charizard Y. Physical attackers that don't do enough damage to Blissey before a Z-Charm will find themselves unable to KO Blissey unless they get a critical hit. Seismic Toss is a very consistent attack that does 100 damage every turn, unlike Psywave, which isn't very reliable, and also doesn't affect one of the best Pokemon in the tier, Mega Gyarados. Blissey appreciates this consistent form of damage, as its offensive stats are low. Soft-Boiled is mandatory for reliable recovery, it helps keep Blissey healthy and allows it to stall opponents out successfully. Confide is a good option on Blissey, as it allows it to neutralize Calm Mind users like Magearna making Blissey an even better special wall. Counter is a bit niche, but is helpful for strong Z-Move users like Dragonite.

Farium Z allows Blissey to boost its Defense when using Charm, allowing it to tank more physical hits. It also lets Blissey be less afraid of Taunt from Pokemon like Mega Gyarados, as Z-Charm goes through Taunt. Additionally, it prevents Blissey from becoming useless with Trick, as if Blissey is locked into a move after receiving a Choice Item, it will often lose the game. Both of Blissey's abilities are pretty useless for it, so Natural Cure is chosen so Serene Grace cannot be used against Blissey by opposing Trace or Skill Swap users. The EV spread and Bold nature maximizes Blissey's physical bulk, as its special bulk is already enough to take hits well.
Usage Tips
========
Against physical attackers like Mega Gyarados which are the most common Pokemon in 1v1, Blissey should start the match off by using Z-Charm. However, if the attacker is extremely strong and will bring Blissey to 25% or lower, Blissey should use Counter if it has it, as Z-Charm isn't enough against Pokemon like Dragonite. If facing Charizard, Charm first, as you can't risk it being Mega Charizard X, and Blissey wins against Mega Charizard Y anyways. However, Substitute and Belly Drum are problematic. If you have Counter and are facing Mega Metagross, you should always Counter first, as if you use Z-Charm, a smartly played Mega MetagrossMetagross will wait before Mega Evolving to use Clear Body to prevent its Attack from being lowered by Z-Charm. Send out Blissey if you're predicting either a special attacker or a physical attacker Z-Charm would beat, like Magearna or Mega Tyranitar. It's also wise to keep your Blissey at high health as much as possible to prevent it from losing to Critical Hits.
Team Options
========
Blissey likes having Steel-type partners like Mega Metagross or Magearna, as Tapu Lele is a particularly obnoxious special attacker that's easily stopped by Steel-types, while Pokemon like Dragonite can overpower Blissey but lose to Steel-types. Because of this, Mega Mawile is a good partner by being able to beat more Physical Attackers with Intimidate. Blissey also likes being with generally bulky physical walls, as they often struggle with special attackers, which Blissey usually doesn't have problems against. Examples of these physical walls would be Mega Slowbro and Kee Berry Mew, which both beat Fighting-types well.

Other Options
=============
Toxic is helpful in theory, as though Seismic Toss ends games more quickly, Toxic beats Pokemon with recovery like Roost Mega Altaria. Psywave helps get possibly higher damage while hitting Ghost-types like Mega Gengar. Flamethrower beats Aegislash, and be used with Serene Gracefor an increased burn chance. Blissey can also use Ice Beam to have a better chance against Pokemon x4 times weak to Ice, as well as take advantage of its 20% chance to freeze with Serene Grace. Ice Punch, while not the most appealing option because it's a physical move, can be used because it has more PP, meaning more opportunities to freeze, and solidifies the matchup against other stall Pokemon. Rest can be used to PP stall Pokemon like Chansey, opposing Blissey, and Zygarde-C. Sing, while inaccurate, induces sleep, which can be very helpful if it hits Pokemon that use Substitute like Mega Charizard X and Landorus-T.
Checks and Counters
===================
**Fighting-types**: Fighting-types such as Mega Lopunny, Sawk and Mega Heracross can OHKO Blissey with their strong physical STAB moves.
**Substitute**: The Attack-lowering of Z-Charm doesn't go through Substitute, meaning after using Substitute, some Pokemon like Landorus-T and Mega Charizard X get free turns to boost their Attack stat.
**Strong Z-Moves**: Assuming Blissey doesn't run Protect, moves like Dragonite's Devastating Drake can either OHKO Blissey or do enough damage to get Blissey to a point where it cannot win. Even some special attackers have the ability to beat Blissey, as Pokemon like Tapu Lele and Magnezone can use Strong Z -Moves that can break through Blissey, with Calm Mind and Metal Sound respectively.
**Ghost-types**: Marowak-A and Mega Gengar will be able to beat Blissey if its only attack is Seismic Toss, albeit slowly. However, if Blissey is running an attacking move like Flamethrower or Ice Beam, it can have a better matchup against Mega Gengar.
**Taunt Users**: Taunt only lets Blissey use Seismic Toss and Z-Charm, so even special attackers like Tapu Lele or Tapu Fini can overpower Blissey once it can't use Confide or Soft-Boiled.
**Clear Body or Hyper Cutter Pokemon**: Pokemon like Metagross get Clear Body, while Pinsir and Mega Mawile can use Hyper Cutter to prevent their Attack from being lowered.
