[SET COMMENTS]
Blissey is a potent wall in the metagame thanks to its high HP stat and access to recovery and Teleport. Teleport allows Blissey to safely pivot into other teammates and makes it more difficult for opposing Pokemon to take advantage of its passive nature. Soft-Boiled is Blissey's main form of recovery and allows it to stay healthy while checking threats such as Volcarona and Latias. These two move options give Blissey a Normal / Psychic typing, which grants it an immunity to Ghost-type attacks and causes it to take neutral damage from Focus Blast. Heal Bell is another option that gives Blissey a pure Normal typing, provides a neutrality to U-turn and Knock Off, and lets it act as a cleric. Seismic Toss provides valuable chip damage against offensive Pokemon such as Dragapult, Landorus-T, and Pheromosa. Toxic is used to to put foes on a timer while allowing Blissey to check setup sweepers with recovery such as Volcarona, Mew, and Tornadus-T. Stealth Rock is an alternate option that allows Blissey to fill the role of a entry hazard setter. On pure Normal-type Blissey sets, Teleport is used in the last move slot to ensure Blissey can still pivot against foes. Natural Cure, in conjunction with Heavy-Duty Boots, keeps Blissey healthy from status and entry hazards throughout the match.

Physically defensive Pokemon like Slowbro, Cresselia, and Clefable appreciate Blissey's ability to wall strong special attackers such as Dragapult and Latias. In return, these physical walls are able to check physical attackers that threaten Blissey such as Lycanroc-D, Arcanine, and Landorus-T. Strong attackers such as Lycanroc-D, Dragapult, and Latios appreciate Blissey's ability to pivot them in safely with Teleport, which allows them to capitalize on their wallbreaking capabilities. Dark-resistant partners such as Clefable and Dark-type Toxapex are necessary, as Blissey is vulnerable to Knock Off.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============
Shadow Ball is another option for Blissey, as a Normal / Ghost typing gives Blissey useful immunities to Fighting-, Ghost-, and Normal-type attacks. Dazzling Gleam grants Blissey a Normal / Fairy typing, making it one of the best checks to Nasty Plot Spectrier, which otherwise can threaten Blissey with Dark Pulse. Thunder Wave is an option to hinder attackers such as Garchomp, Tornadus-T, and Latias, although Toxic is generally the more reliable status move for Blissey. 8 HP / 252 Def / 248 SpD is an alternative EV spread that allows Blissey to more reliably wall special attackers at the cost of some physical bulk. Blissey can run Aromatherapy and Toxic to gain a Grass / Poison typing, which allows it to wall metagame threats such as Latias, Cresselia, and Electric / Fairy Clefable. However, outside of walling these threats, that typing is not a desirable defensive typing.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Knock Off**: Knock Off users such as Tornadus-T, Landorus-T, and Heracross as well as Clefable and Toxpex can threaten Blissey. On top of Psychic-type variants being weak to Dark-type attacks, Blissey generally relies on Heavy-Duty Boots to remain healthy while entry hazards are on the field, so it fears Knock Off from any Pokemon.

**Poison- and Steel-type Pokemon**: Poison- and Steel-type setup sweepers with recovery such as Latias, Cresselia, Buzzwole, and Hydreigon make it difficult for Blissey to make progress, as it cannot cripple them with Toxic or do enough damage to stop these threats with Seismic Toss.

**Lycanroc-D**: Lycanroc-D is able to threaten Blissey with Tough Claws-boosted STAB Crunch and has a variety of typings that can make it difficult for Blissey's partners. Even pure Normal-type Blissey is vulnerable to STAB Close Combat from some Lycanroc-D.

**Strong Physical Attackers**: Strong physical attackers such as Lycanroc-D, Pheromosa, Scizor, and Zeraora can all break through Blissey with ease.

**Taunt**: Since Blissey is passive and heavily reliant on chipping foes with Toxic and pivoting with Teleport, Taunt is a strong option to exploit it.

Soft-Boiled is Blissey's main form of recovery, and allows it to stay healthy while checking threats such as Volcarona and Latias. I think you should mention what Normal / Psychic typing is good for. Ghost-immunity, Focus Blast neutrality etc and then you can mention how pure Normal-type takes away U-turn and Knock Off weakness Heal Bell is another option for the second move slot that gives Blissey a pure Normal-typing, and lets Blissey act as a cleric for the team. Seismic Toss is Blissey's main attack and provides valuable chip against offensive Pokemon such as Dragapult, Landorus-Therian and Pheromosa. Toxic is used to to put foes on a timer, while allowing Blissey to double as a check setup sweepers with recovery such as Volcarona, Mew, and Tornadus-Therian. Stealth Rock is an alternate option for the last move slot, which allows Blissey to fill the role of a hazard setter on teams. On pure Normal-type Blissey sets, Teleport is used in the last move slot to ensure Blissey can still pivot against opponents. Heavy-Duty Boots (is used in conjunction) pairs well (I see what you are saying here but don't love the wording. You could say something like Natrual Cure is Blissey's most useful ability and it along with Heavy Duty Boots keep Blissey healthy from status and hazards throughout the match) with Natural Cure to ensure that Blissey remains healthy throughout the match, and both options pair well with Teleport.

Physically defensive Pokemon like Slowbro, Cresselia and Clefable appreciate Blissey's ability to wall strong special attackers such as Dragapult and Latias. In return, these physical walls are able to check physical attackers that threaten Blissey such as Lycanroc-Dusk, Arcanine, and Landorus-Therian. Strong attackers such as Lycanroc-Dusk, Dragapult, and Latios appreciate Blissey's role as a pivot to bring them onto the field safely and capitalize on their breaking capabilities. One of the biggest threats to Blissey is Knock Off users, so Dark-type resists like Knock Off Clefable and Toxapex are necessary to support Blissey.

**Strong Physical Attackers**: Other strong physical attackers such as Dracovish, Pheromosa, Scizor, and Zeraora can all break through Blissey with ease, which stresses the importance of strong physical wall partners when using Blissey.

**Substitute and Taunt**: Since Blissey is passive, relying heavily on chipping opponents with Toxic damage and usually needing mulitple hits to break Substitutes, Substitute and Taunt are both strong tools to exploit it. I just stole this from the pex page, but you can reword it if you want to change it up.

This lets Blissey more effectively check Dragon-types such as Specs Dragapult and more importantly, hard counter Spectrier, which can otherwise threaten Blissey with Dark Stab while being immune to Seismic Toss. I suggested a paragraph to be added to mention the niche normal/fairy set, since we also mentioned Grass/Poison. Other than that good work, QC 2/2 once implemented. Also feel free to reword it if you think the wording could be improved.

The biggest thing here is about Landorus/Tornadus-T and Lycanroc-D(usk). Remember that when referring to them it is Landorus / Tornadus-T and Lyncanroc-D :) Furthermore, "opponent(s)" can only refer to the player so "foes" or "Pokemon" work here instead! Fixed some spacing as well.
