I'm surprised nobody else has asked about the nicknames yet, Herocross. The answer is, only after hours of agonizing over them! I'll pull names from mythology, movies, anime, cartoons, and other media, various colors and objects translated into other languages, names of all sorts of random foods, plants, animals, and even people. Sometimes I'm creative enough to make my own up: Chanterelle is a kind of bright orange/ yellow, edible fungus, + umbrella = Chanterella, a perfect fit for a shiny Breloom.
