First off, isn't this team technically semi-stall because Mew is the only Pokemon here with an actual offensive prescence? Secondly, this team gets dismantled so hard by almost every wallbreaker I can think of, and is actually really reliant on Mew to try and abuse them with Tera Dark + Cosmic Power. Speaking of which before I get into the wallbreakers, why not Tera Poison + Covert Cloak? It lets you block both Toxic and Salt Cure, letting you use both Alomomola and Utility Garganacl as setup fodder, which is important since you can't break through either of them without Mew's boosts. Anyways, yeah, this team does poorly into a lot of wallbreakers:

:tyranitar-mega: Pursuit traps Chansey and Slowbro, easily dispatches Moltres (who can only Toxic it back) and greatly annoys Mega Venusaur because of Sandstorm chip. Clefable gets 2HKO'd by Stone Edge (252+ Atk Tyranitar-Mega Stone Edge vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Clefable: 187-222 (47.4 - 56.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after sandstorm damage) and Mew has to Tera to actually beat it 1v1 since Body Press doesn't kill (4 Def Mew Body Press vs. 132 HP / 0 Def Tyranitar-Mega: 164-196 (43.8 - 52.4%) -- 16% chance to 2HKO)

:archaludon: Chansey is a pretty poor answer because it doesn't do anything back, and is forced to Tera versus Body Press variants that actively get boosted as you click Seismic Toss. Additionally, Archaludon can spam Electro Shot while you use Soft-Boiled, meaning it can eventually muscle through anyways. Clefable also has to Tera to actually beat this thing, and even then, Electro Shot has a good chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock (+3 188+ SpA Archaludon Electro Shot vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Unaware Clefable: 158-187 (40.1 - 47.4%) -- 53.1% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock)

:gouging-fire: It sets up for basically free versus Moltres, Chansey and even Slowbro to an extent, 2HKOes Clefable with Flare Blitz after Stealth Rock (252+ Atk Gouging Fire Flare Blitz vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Clefable: 174-205 (44.1 - 52%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock) and can just boost and kill everything else. Choice Band sets similarly mash Raging Fury against everything, including Moltres since it 2HKOes with Tera Fire and in Sun. (168 Atk Choice Band Tera Fire Gouging Fire Raging Fury vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Moltres in Sun: 196-231 (51.1 - 60.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO)

:iron-crown: Sets up for free versus Clefable, Slowbro and Mega Venusaur, can probably 1v1 Moltres with Calm Mind boosts + Tera Fighting, and muscles through Chansey and Mew quite easily if its Tachyon Cutter.

:samurott-hisui: Clefable is basically your only check, and if Spikes are up (which they will be) then it gets 2HKOd by Razor Shell
(252+ Atk Sharpness Samurott-Hisui Razor Shell vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Clefable: 156-184 (39.5 - 46.7%) -- 33.6% chance to 2HKO after 1 layer of Spikes) whilst everything else barring Tera Dark Mew gets melted through with Swords Dance.

:ursaluna: Your complete lack of offensive pressure on 5/6 of your team means this guy just insta-kills everything. Not even Mew is a reliable answer because it 2HKOes
(252+ Atk Guts Ursaluna Facade (140 BP) vs. +1 252 HP / 4 Def Mew: 264-312 (65.3 - 77.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO) with this issue being 1000x worse if there's an Alomomola with it.

:tapu-lele: Final one, this one isn't too bad but it's certainly risky since Chansey gets shredded by Psyshock and Slowbro gets hit by Moonblast, meaning your sweeper is the only check into it.

This team is interesting to say the least, but attempting to use Cosmic Power Mew to salvage any sort of offensive pressure is a bad idea for this semi-stall team, especially since Clefable (and sometimes Chansey) are basically your only ways of stopping boosting sweepers, while those two are shaky answers to a lot of things. Rather than Mew, I'd rather have a Dragonite who has significantly more immediate power, especially if it's the Choice Band variant, and the team should probably fit in a Ditto somewhere since boosting threats will always find a way to screw you over. As for smaller changes, you're better off using Heavy-Duty Boots on Clefable because of how annoying hazards are to it, and you should use Giga Drain on Mega Venusaur over Leech Seed or Knock Off to better pressure Alomomola and Garganacl.

Even then, I don't think Semi-Stall is a viable strategy in NDOU anyways, and if I'd have to use a mono-Kanto team instead, I'd rather run something more offense-oriented:

:charizard-mega-y: :venusaur: :ninetales: :dragonite: :sandslash: :starmie: Mono-Kanto Sun Offense
Charizard and Ninetales set up Sun for Venusaur to sweep with Growth. Those two alongside Sandslash break through Steel-types like Corviknight and Ferrothorn for Dragonite to abuse afterwards, with Sandslash being our lead to setup rocks and Rapid Spin opposing Rocks too. Starmie also does this while being our main pivot with Eject Button, and our status absorber with Natural Cure.
yes this team insta loses to Gouging Fire I actually cannot do anything versus that

First off, isn't this team technically semi-stall because Mew is the only Pokemon here with an actual offensive prescence?

Bob appreciates your take, Sami, no mistake.
And yeah, you're right, it is Semi Stall for language's sake.
He just wants to post this term in style,
'Semi Hyper Balance' has that funky vibe, it's worthwhile!

Secondly, this team gets dismantled so hard by almost every wallbreaker I can think of

Once again, Sami, you're spot on, no doubt.
That's why this team’s stuck at 1300, roundabout.
Threats are everywhere in NDOU, it’s a hard for real,
When Bob faces viable picks, it’s an uphill ordeal!
