It's a bit tricky to beat Gurdurr 100% due to counter, but you can chip away, roost all damage, and taunt (as you are faster) to prevent Bulk up.

Snorlax does no damage and doesn't have recovery, it gets blasted by Body press after 3 ID (which are totally free).

Edit for below : I haven't run the calcs with brave bird on Hydreigon (which is the tough one here), but body press here barely nails the very necessary 2 shot here (with 95% chance, so still good) despite being super effective. Do you mean I should ditch roost here ?
