Breloom @ Life Orb
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Spore
- Bullet Seed
- Mach Punch

After being unbanned, Breloom has solidified its role in UU as a potent wallbreaker due to its access to Swords Dance, which allows it to threaten a large portion of the metagame with its Technician-boosted attacks at +2. Bullet Seed allows it to pressure bulky Water-types such as Alomomola, Suicune, and Quagsire and hit most non-resistant foes hard. Breloom can also act as a cleaner with Mach Punch, picking off threats like Mega Sharpedo, Hydreigon, and Mega Aerodactyl after some chip damage; in addition, Mach Punch can severely dent Blissey and Empoleon. While Breloom does have the ability to dismantle defensive teams, it struggles against Amoonguss, which is rising in popularity, so a check like Latias, Infernape, or Mega Aerodactyl benefits Breloom. Breloom's STAB combination hits many Pokemon neutrally, but Flying-types such as Togekiss and Crobat can take any one hit and KO Breloom; as such, answers to them such as Mega Manectric and Nihilego make good partners.

Bullet Seed allows it to pressure bulky Water-types such as Alomomola, Suicune, and Quagsire and hit most non-resistant foes hard.
