Brokemons is a Pet Mod where we make every single pokemon broken in the NatDex OU Tier. A pokemon is broken if it has no checks or counters. ANY Pokemon can be submitted, whether it's Dragapult or Caterpie.

Basic Mechanics:
  1. EVERY Pokemon can and will be buffed
  2. LCs and NFEs are "Unchained" meaning they no longer get Eviolite boosts and will be broken.
  3. New Moves, Items and Abilities can be submitted at anytime to shake up the metagame.
  4. Old Moves, Items and Abilities can be buffed at anytime to shake up the metagame.
  5. Pokemon have access to all past moves with no restrictions (ex. Gen 4 Event Moves can be used with Gen 6 Egg Moves)
  6. For now Mega's and Ubers will be ignored
  7. Megas are now their own seperate pokemon can be buffed or reworked to fit in the meta.
  8. Gigantamax pokemon are now treated as their own seperate pokemon but lose G-Max moves and the immunities of G-Maxing.
  9. Pokemon with two forms like Meloetta can now access either form as it's base form.
  10. Rules Pokemon are made to be broken
Stage 1: SUBMISSIONS
  • Slates of 5-10 with quick turnaround will be done to compensate for the massive size of this Pet Mod.
  • Users can submit new or buffed moves, items and abilities individually or include them in a Pokemon submission shown below.
  • Limited to 5 individual move, ability or item submissions per slate (you can submit more if you include them in a pokemon post).
  • Generally aim for 570-600 BST with exception to Huge Power, Fur Coat etc.
  • Don't overdo it. EX: randomly giving Lotad 150 Atk and Huge Power.
  • Explanations can be as formal or informal as you want.
  • Don't bash other peoples submissions (just make yours better than theirs)

  • [NEW] Draconate: This Pokemon's Normal-type moves become Dragon type and have 1.3x power.
Added Moves: Dragon Dance, Dragon Claw, Liquidation, Outrage, U-Turn
New or Buffed Moves:
  • [NEW] Amphibious Anger(110 BP|Dragon|Physical|5PP|80 Acc|10% chance to flinch the target)
  • [BUFFED] Poison Sting (40 BP|Poison|Physical|30 PP|+1 Priority)
New or Buffed Items:
  • [NEW] Dragon Charm: If the holder is hit by a dragon-type move it is granted immunity and raises it's attack by one. Single Use.
  • [BUFFED] Dragon Fang: Holder's dragon-moves have 1.5x power.
Explanation: Changed fighting type to Dragon type because frogs are kinda like dragons. Added Liquidation because frogs like water and U-turn because a lot of random pokemon get U-turn. Dragon charm is like a buffed dragon version of Snowball or Absorb Bulb. Buffed anticipation because it should be better, made draconate to parallel pixelate, aerilate etc. Poison Sting now gives Croagunk some STAB priority.

Pokemon: Victreebel
Stats: 80 / 105 / 115 / 130 / 70 / 100 (600 BST)
Type: Grass/Poison
Abilities: Prankster / Chlorophyll | Drought
Added Moves: Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Nasty Plot, Earth Power
Explanation: Each ability functions differently for this one, Prankster sets can easily come in on stuff like Conk and then fire off priority Strength Saps to indefinitely wall and non-Dark physical mon while still hitting virtually everything with one STAB+EPower and Fire Blast. Chlorophyll sets are just a jacked up Venusaur, while Drought sets are an actually good Sun Setter and gives it a psuedo-STAB on Fire attacks. Can't imagine a strong Sun setter and/or priority Sap would be particularly appreciated in an OU environment.

Fuck yeah time to break my boy Typh (and the partners I guess)

Pokemon: Typhlosion
Stats: 90 / 85 / 70 / 150 / 70 / 125 (590 BST)
Type:

Abilities: Blaze / (Tough Skin)
New or Buffed Abilities:
  • Buff
    • Blaze - Fire type moves have their power multiplied by 1.5x
  • New
    • Tough Skin - Contact Moves do 3/4 damage.
Added Moves: Earth Power, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Hurricane, Explosion, Flicker, Flame Burst
New or Buffed Moves:
  • Buff
    • Flame Burst (40BP | Fire Type | Special | 30 PP | +1 Priority)
  • New
    • Flicker (70BP | Fire Type | Special | 20 PP | Switches the user out after use)
New or Buffed Items:
  • Buff
    • Charcoal - Holder's Fire-type attacks have 1.5x power.
Explanation:
  • Stats - Broke this off from Charizard as much as possible. Still a special attacker but now has enough special attack and speed to absolutely blow through teams. Other stats have around 10 points changed.,
  • Typing - Fire type is the staple of the, well, fire starters, so that's an obvious keep. Ground comes from the fact that Typh is based on a honey badger, and they dig a lot.
  • Abilities - Kept Blaze to keep a trait of starters which is Blaze/Torrent/Overgrow and a hidden ability. Blaze was buffed massively to be a Steelworker clone which makes it a lot more prevalent. Tough Skin is another thing that's due to honey badgers irl, but also gives it physical bulk if it wants it.
  • Moves - Earth Power is coverage yay, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Hurricane and Explosion all come from the name. Typhoon and Explosion. The Flame Burst buff gives a lot of Fire type Pokemon priority but also helps out Tyhlosion should it need it. Flicker is pivot yeet.
  • Items - Charcoal buff because nobody in their right mind would use it otherwise.

Pokemon: Feraligatr
Stats: 110 / 130 / 100 / 70 / 100 / 80 (590 BST)
Type:

Abilities: Torrent / (Strong Jaw)
New or Buffed Abilities:
  • Buff
    • Torrent - Water type moves have their power multiplied by 1.5x
Added Moves: U-turn
New or Buffed Items:
  • Buff
    • Mystic Water - Holder's Water-type attacks have 1.5x power.
Explanation:
  • Stats - Buff everything except special attack which it doesn't need. Looks tanky so gets tankiness.
  • Typing - Water for same reason as Typhlosion. Dragon because it's an alligator, which is a lizard, which is quite draconian.
  • Abilities - Strong Jaw because it's an Alligator duh. Torrent buff for the same reason as Typhlosion
  • Moves - Not many changes here because not many were really needed. Coverage wouldn't really help and I'm not giving this fucking thing Fishious Rend. So U-Turn because pivot and other mons get it
  • Items - See typhlosion.

Pokemon: Meganium
Stats: 140 / 60 / 130 / 60 / 130 / 70 (590 BST)
Type:

Abilities: Overgrow / Magic Guard
New or Buffed Abilities:
  • Buff
    • Overgrow - Grass type moves have their power multiplied by 1.5x
Added Moves: Calm Mind, -Dragon Tail
New or Buffed Items:
  • Buff
    • Miracle Seed - Holder's Grass-type attacks have 1.5x power.
Explanation:
  • Stats - Tank. A mixed tank with stupid bulk, but middling attacking stats.
  • Typing - Grass Fairy is the most common typing given to Meganium in mods because it makes sense. Hence why the same is here
  • Abilities - Overgrow yadda yadda. Magic Guard because fairy and now it's bulk is just dumb.
  • Moves - Calm Mind is all I'm giving it, and I'm actually taking away Dragon Tail to try and bring this thing down a little. With Dragon Tail gone it's no longer able to not give a shit about setup, meaning it actually has to do something such as switch.
  • Items - See above.

Pokemon: Delibird
Stats: 85/125/90/80/90/100 [570]
Type: Ice/Flying
Abilities: Ice Body/Insomnia/Hustle
Added Moves: Bolt Beak, Holiday Spirit, Icicle Crash, Roost
New or Buffed Moves:
  • [NEW] Holiday Spirit: - BP|Fairy|Status|5 PP|- ACC| Raises the users Atk, Def, SpA, SpD by one stage
  • [Nerfed] Bolt Beak: 75 BP|Electric|Physical|10 PP|100 ACC| Does 1.5x damage if the user moves first.
New or Buffed Items:
  • [NEW] Mining Helmet: Rock, Steel and Ground type moves do 0.8x damage to the holder.
Explanation: Delibird sucks now he doesn't. Removed Vital Spirit because it's just an Insomnia clone which Delibird already gets. Giving it Bolt Beak because Delibird has a beak but nerfed it so it's not crazy broken. Holiday Spirit is just busted and giving it roost for recovery. Mining Helmet is great for it's weakness to rock, as well as being good for other pokemon however Heavy Duty Boots are arguably superior in this case.

125.gif

Pokemon: Electabuzz
Stats: 87/121/92/79/89/112 (580)
Type: Electric/Fighting
Abilities: Static/Electric Surge/Vital Spirit
New or Buffed Abilities:
  • [BUFFED] Vital Spirit: This Pokemon's Normal-type moves become Fighting type and have 1.3x power.
Added Moves: Bulk Up, Charge
New or Buffed Moves:
  • [BUFFED] Strength: changed to fighting type
  • [BUFFED] Charge: Electric|Status|20 PP| Heals the user by 50% of max HP
Explanation: Electabuzz looks like a fighter so I gave it the fighting type. Made Vital Spirit into a Aerilate, Galvanize type ability for the fighting type because it sounds fitting, also because Vital Spirit was just Insomnia. Changed Strength to a Fighting type which seems pretty obvious. Charge because I'm obsessed with giving random pokemon recovery. This would be the first Electric/Fighting type in the game and a pretty brainless sweeper. Oh yeah and Electric Surge because Electric types go brrrrr.

Pokemon: Croagunk
Stats: 105/130/110/70/90/90 [595]
Type: Poison/Dragon
Abilities: Anticipation/Poison Touch/Draconate
New or Buffed Abilities:
  • [BUFFED] Anticipation: On switch-in, this Pokemon raises its attack if any foe has a supereffective or OHKO move.

Ability: Gale Wings
Change: Remove the max HP requirement.
Explanation: #freetalonflame.

Ability: Pure Power
Change: This Pokemon's Special Attack stat is doubled
Explanation: No point in having a clone of an ability.

Ability: Pick Up
Change: This Pokemon picks up hazards on entry.
Explanation: Pretty self explanatory.

Ability: Aerilate, Pixilate, Refrigerate and Galvanize
Change: Change the buff back to 1.3x aka Gen 6 standard.
Explanation: It would be fun.

Ability: Aerilate, Pixilate, Refrigerate and Galvanize
Change: Change the buff back to 1.5x aka Gen 7 standard.
Explanation: It would be fun.

Pokemon: Sharpedo :sharpedo: :sharpedo-mega:
Stats: 70 / 120 / 40 / 95 / 40 / 95
Type: Water/Dark
Abilities: Rough Skin / Speed Boost
Added Moves (Optional): Fishious Rend

Explanation: Speed Boost once or twice into Strong Jaw with a base 140 Attack and 105 Speed (consider Dracovish's comparatively lackluster 90 Attack and 75 Speed) is plenty to make Sharpedo broken, and it fits all too well as far as flavor goes.
Sample Set:
Sharpedo @ Sharpedonite
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Fishious Rend
- Crunch
- Psychic Fangs
- Protect

Pokemon: Tapu Koko
Stats: 70/115/85/95/75/130 [BST 570]
Type: Electric/Fairy
Abilities: Electric Surge / Telepathy
Added Moves: Bolt Beak, Play Rough, Close Combat (the latter two juuuust in case)
Explanation: Free Bolt Beak Koko. (in all seriousness an electric-type 170bp physical stab off of 115 attack is quite scary tbh, need we mention u-turn if a ground mon comes in on it)

Time to break the usual suspects:

:sm/slaking:
Pokemon: Slaking
Stats: 150/160/100/95/65/100 (670) (Unchanged)
Type: Normal
Abilities: Oblivious / Comatose / Unaware
Added Moves: -Sleep Talk
Explanation: I really only changed the abilities to something that isn’t Truant and also to make more sense. Oblivious and Unaware are from it being so lazy, with Comatose because it presumably sleeps a lot. Sleep Talk is removed so it cannot run Sleep Talk + Roar and phaze at 0 priority.

:sm/regigigas:
Pokemon: Regigigas
Stats: 110/160/110/80/110/100 (670) (Unchanged)
Type: Normal
Abilities: Iron Fist
Buffed Abilities: Iron Fist boosts punch moves by x1.5 damage. (Basically a Strong Jaw clone for punching moves)
Added Moves: High Horsepower, Rest, Protect, Heat Crash, Body Press, Darkest Lariat, Hammer Arm, Double Iron Bash
Changed/Buffed Moves: Double Iron Bash: No secondary effects. Otherwise the same.
Mega Punch: 120 BP, 90% accuracy, 5-8 PP
Explanation: Regigigas gets Iron Fist and Hammer Arm due to its already decent pool of punching moves, Rest and Protect because those are universal TMs, and High Horsepower, Body Press, Heat Crash, and Darkest Lariat are due to it being common on large Pokemon. Double Iron Bash has no flinch rate because that’s seriously dumb. (Inevitable Virgin uncompetitive vs Chad broken incoming) Mega Punch gets buffed so that Gigas can use an Iron Fist boosted STAB.

And a new guy:

:sm/darmanitan-galar-zen:

Pokemon: Galarian Darmanitan-Z
Type: Ice/Fire
Abilities: Anger Point
Stats: 105/200/55/25/55/160 (600)
Stat Changes: +40 Attack, -5 Special Attack, +25 Speed
Explanation: Decided to make Zen Mode a stand-alone Pokemon. Stats give it more power to make up for the lack of Gorilla Tactics. Anger Point is because its dex entry says anger reignited its flame sac.

:sm/darmanitan-galar:

Pokemon: Galarian Darmanitan
Type: Ice
Abilities: Gorilla Tactics / Sheer Force
Stats: 105/160/55/30/55/135 (540)
Stat changes: +20 attack, +40 Speed
Explanation: Buffed up the stats to be on par with Zen Mode, due to that being a stand alone Pokemon. Weaker than Zen Mode due to Gorilla Tactics. Sheer Force carries over from the Unovan variant.

Moves: Guillotine, Fissure, Horn Drill, Sheer Cold
Base Power: 130
PP: 5-8
Accuracy: 90%
Effect: Lowers the user’s attack (Special Attack in case of Sheer Cold) by two stages after successful use.
Z-move BP: 195 for all.
Reasoning: OHKO moves are outrageously uncompetitive.

Modified Move(s): Steel Beam
Base Power: 130
Accuracy: Unchanged
PP: Unchanged
Effect: Lowers the user’s Special Attack by two stages.
Z-move BP: 195
Reasoning: It’s like Draco Meteor in terms of distribution, so the effect should be similar too.

Move: Tri-Attack
Base Power: 40
Accuracy: 100%
PP: 5-8
Effect: Hits three times. The first hit has a 6.67% chance to burn the target, the second one a 6.67% chance to paralyze, and the third hit a 6.67% chance to freeze.
Reasoning: I thought of it as each status effect being a separate hit, which is where I got the “hits three times” effect from.

Move: Dynamic Punch
Base Power: Unchanged
Accuracy: 95%
PP: Unchanged
Secondary Effect: Has a 50% chance to confuse the target.
Z-move BP: Unchanged
Reasoning: With Dynamic Punch being a Sacred Fire equivalent, it’ll have usage outside of No Guard sets.

Move: Zap Cannon
Base Power: 100
Accuracy: 95%
PP: Unchanged
Secondary Effect: Has a 50% chance to paralyze the target.
Z-move BP: 180
Reasoning: See Dynamic Punch

Move: Inferno
Base Power: Unchanged
Accuracy: 95%
PP: Unchanged
Secondary Effect: Has a 50% chance to burn the target.
Z-move BP: Unchanged
Reasoning: Special Sacred Fire pretty much. Should be usable now.

formerly the someone
:sm/spheal:
Pokemon: Spheal
Stats: 140 / 100 / 110 / 50 / 100 / 50 (550)
Type: Water / Ice
New or Buffed Abilities: Sphere Speed / Gluttony / Refrigerate
[NEW] Sphere Speed: This Pokemon's moves affected by Defense Curl have +1 Priority. (Replaces Ice Body)
[ADDED] Gluttony (Replaces Thick Fat)
[ADDED] Refrigerate (Replaces Oblivious)
Added Moves: Icicle Crash, Liquidation, Body Press, Slack Off, Ice Shard, Quick Attack, Happy Hour, Rapid Spin, Recycle
New or Buffed Moves:
[BUFFED] Defense Curl (Increases Defense by 2. Rest is unchanged.)
[BUFFED] Rollout (60 BP. Doesn't lock the user into the move. Doubles in power if used twice in a row like the Metronome item, but only twice, for a max of 240 BP. Rest is unchanged.)
[BUFFED] Ice Ball (60 BP. Doesn't lock the user into the move. Doubles in power if used twice in a row like the Metronome item, but only twice, for a max of 240 BP. Rest is unchanged.)
New or Buffed Items:
[BUFFED] Figy Berry and variants are back to Gen 7 mechanics. (Restores 1/2 max HP at 1/4 max HP or less. Rest is unchanged.)
Explanation: Spheal is designed to be a bulky set-up sweeper that can double as a revenge killer. Gluttony combined with Belly Drum and Figy Berry is a tried and true combination on Snorlax. Sphere Speed combined with Ice Ball and Rollout offers high risk but high reward, since you need Defense Curl and/or multiple turns to do considerable damage. It can also act as a revenge killer with this ability. The Refrigerate set can be used as a more utility oriented mon, with unblockable Rapid Spin and... Super Fang? Lastly, there is also a Z-Happy Hour set that I doubt will see use, but if Spheal is happy, so am I.

Pokemon: Pikachu
Stats: 40 HP / 68 Atk / 45 Def / 63 SpA / 55 SpD / 105 Spe
Type: Electric
Abilities: Static / Lightning Rod
Added Moves (Optional): Meteor Mash, Icicle Crash, Flying Press, Splishy Splash, Floaty Fall, Pika Papow, Zippy Zap, Swords Dance
New or Buffed Moves (Optional):
  • [NERFED] Zippy Zap: Revert to Gen 7 mechanics.
New or Buffed Items (Optional):
  • [BUFFED] Pikanium Z: Doubles Attack stat of Pikachu
  • [BUFFED] Pikashunium Z: Doubles Special Attack stat of Pikachu. Works on Pikachu.

Explanation: Pikachu is a broken Pokemon, but all of the tools it needs to be broken are kept away from it. So now I simply combined all of that together into one Pokemon. I gave it access to all of the moves different forms got over the years. I nerfed Zippy zap because its Gen 8 mechanics it raises evasion, and we are making broken Pokemon not uncompetitive ones. The stats are an average of base Pikachu and Partner Pikachu. It gets Swords Dance because it already learns Nasty Plot.

Pokemon: Raichu
Stats: 110 HP / 115 Atk / 65 Def / 110 SpA / 80 SpD / 120 Spe
Type: Electric / Dark
Abilities: Galvanize / Lightning Rod | Sheer Force
Added Moves (Optional): Dark Pulse, Sucker Punch, Taunt, Darkest Lariat, Close Combat, Snarl, Pursuit, Parting Shot
Explanation: Raichu gets a sexy Dark typing to be a pretty scary wallbreaker or a powerful revenge killer depending one what you are feeling for. I gave it Galvanize because Raichu has a surplus of Normal type moves and is a powerful electric type. Sheer Force references Raichu's more aggressive nature in contrast to Pikachu. Gave it a bunch of Dark type STABs + utility. Close Combat is also very cool.

Pokemon: Metagross
Stats: 80 HP / 55 Atk / 130 Def / 175 SpA / 90 SpD / 70 Spe
Type: Steel / Psychic
Abilities: Energy Fist / Analytic | Intimidate
New or Buffed Abilities:
  • [NEW] Energy Fist: This Pokemon's punching moves become special and have 1.4x power.

Added Moves (Optional): Cosmic Power, Calm Mind, Nasty Plot, Stored Power, Steel Beam, Psionic Fist, Self Repair
New or Buffed Moves (Optional):
  • [New] Psionic Fist - 80 BP | Psychic | Physical | 10 PP | 100 Acc | Target's user's lower defensive stat
  • [New] Self Repair - - BP | Steel | Status | 10 PP | - Acc | Heals user for 50% of Max HP and raises both defenses by 1 for every stat deduction this Pokemon has

Explanation: Metagross is a super computer, so it having Analytic makes sense. Special nukes aren't common in Pokemon these days, so I decided to go all in with Metagross on that, as its special movepool is pretty great as is. Metagross is also a punching maniac, so to keep them useful I made Energy Fist as an alternative ability for use (special priority Bullet Punch yum). Gave it good Psychic moves that it may get but just in case you know. Psionic Fist means it gets Psychic STAB to abuse Energy Fist with, and Self Repair because a sentient supercomputer should be able to fix itself and bolster its defenses so it can't be hampered again.

Oh ho ho, finally a pet mod I can truly enjoy!

Pokemon: Vikavolt
Stats: 90 / 60 / 110 / 150 / 110 / 80 (600 BST)
Type:
/

Abilities: Levitate / Battery / No Guard
New or Buffed Abilities (Optional):
  • [BUFFED] Battery - User's Electric type moves gain 1.5x power
Added Moves (Optional): Quiver Dance, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Focus Blast, Hurricane
New or Buffed Moves (Optional):
  • [BUFFED] Zap Cannon - now 10 PP
New or Buffed Items (Optional):
  • [BUFFED] Magnet - now boosts Electric type moves by 1.5x
Explanation: Vikavolt now has Battery like its predecessor, and I gave it a huge buff so it can actually be useful in competitive. I also gave it No Guard to take advantage of Zap Cannon, the same reason why I doubled its PP to 10. Quiver Dance because it has wings and to alleviate its low speed. Flamethrower and Fire Blast are because electrical devices and batteries are known to catch fire if they overload. Focus Blast and Hurricane is for new coverage. Magnet buff is so pokemon can actually be inclined to use it. Anyway, this can be run as an offensive pivot set with Magnet and Battery for ridiculously powerful Volt Switches, or a Quiver Dancer with No Guard to alleviate the middling speed and raise that ludicrous Special Attack.

Pokemon: Wishiwashi
Stats: School Form: 90 / 160 / 150 / 160 / 150 / 60 (770 BST)
Solo Form: 90 / 80 / 70 / 80 / 70 / 110 (500 BST)
Type:
/
(pure
in Solo)
Abilities: Schooling
New or Buffed Abilities (Optional):
  • [BUFFED] Schooling - now gains a Regenerator effect
Added Moves (Optional): Crunch, Knock Off, Darkest Lariat, Throat Chop, Sucker Punch, Pursuit, Dark Pulse, Obstruct, Aqua Jet, Crabhammer, Snipe Shot, Water Spout, Swords Dance, Nasty Plot, Switcheroo, Close Combat, Focus Blast, Grass Knot, Earth Power, Psychic, Psychic Fangs, Ice Fang, Thunder Fang, Gunk Shot, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Rock Slide, Stone Edge
Explanation: Dark type was added due to it supposedly being the beast of the sea and ability to terrorize even Gyarados, and Dark type often means menacing in Pokemon. Buffed Schooling so it can have more opportunities to wreak havoc on foes and because schools of fish will often try to regroup as quickly as possible if they feel threatened. I gave it a crapton of new STABs to take advantage of its new type and to not be cursed by a pathetic movepool. Added setup moves and Switcheroo for extra unpredictability, and gave it a heap of coverage so it has options to go both special and physical. Solo form also has a slight BST increase so if you're feeling cheeky, you can try to KO a severely weakned foe with it.

Pokemon: Dusclops
Stats: 120 / 50 / 170 / 60 / 170 / 30 (600 BST)
Type:
/

Abilities: Frisk / Pressure / Magic Guard
New or Buffed Abilities (Optional):
  • [BUFFED] Frisk - Any item identified no longer functions, includes Mega Stones and Z-Crystals
Added Moves (Optional): Recover, Strength Sap, Knock Off, Spectral Thief, Parting Shot
Explanation: Dusclops can finally become the wall it was meant to be, with a great defensive typing, new options for utility, and great abilities in Magic Guard and the newly buffed Frisk. Spectral Thief is because of its pokedex entries saying anyone who peers in its body will have their spirit stolen away. Recover because it's about time this thing gets recovery, Strength Sap for annoying foes with high attack stats, Knock Off because it has hands and Parting Shot is to cripple foes reliant on Choice items.

Ability: Corrosion
Change: Poison-type moves are now super-effective on Steel-types in addition to the effects before
Explanation: Corrosive materials eat away at metal quickly.

Ability: Battle Armor / Shell Armor
Change: Boosts user's Defense and Sp. Def by 1.5x
Explanation: MOAR BULK.

Ability: Technician
Change: Now applies the boost to moves up to 75 BP
Explanation: Now users of this ability can have a crapton of new options thanks to the new moves boosted. Notable examples include the elemental punches and Drain Punch, and the pivoting moves.

Ability: Reckless
Change: Recoil moves have their power doubled, but the recoil taken doubles as well
Explanation: Just give it a reason to be used over Tough Claws ffs.

Item: Protector
Change: Boosts Defense by 1.5x, but cannot use status moves
Explanation: Simply a physically-based AV for foes that need to check a physical threat or simply want to shore up their weak defense.

Pokemon: Arctovish
Stats: 100 / 160 / 120 / 40 / 120 / 25 (BST: 565)
Type: Water / Ice
Abilities: Strong Jaw, Adaptability

Added Moves (Optional): Trick Room, Swords Dance

New or Buffed Items (Optional):

  • [REWORKED] Room service now extends Trick Room to 7 turns, and does not drop the user’s speed.

Explanation: Arctovish, once an underlooked member of the Vish family, no longer needs to be overshadowed by its big brother. With drastically boosted bulk and Attack, coupled with two deadly boosting abilities, almost nothing can check Arctovish once it has set up Trick Room. The addition of Trick Room to its movepool is intended to make it the opposite to Dracovish, which relies on speed to net KOes, by allowing it to be effective while incredibly slow. Adaptability helps to ensure that all of Arctovish’s attacks are ludicrously powerful, letting it break through walls with ease. Adding Swords dance allows Arctovish to take advantage of forcing switches by setting up, allowing it to potentially overwhelm even the bulkiest water immunities. Room Service is buffed to extend Trick Room, maximizing the amount of time Arctovish has to sweep.
+2 252+ Atk Adaptability Arctovish Fishious Rend (170 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Slowbro: 320-377 (81.2 - 95.6%) -- 56.3% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
Slowbro, once a reliable answer to the Vish family, now just dies.
+2 252+ Atk Adaptability Arctovish Icicle Crash vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Gastrodon: 434-512 (101.8 - 120.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO
After one boost, Arctovish can break through Gastrodon, a strong water immunity.

This is really all I need to say lol

This Pet Mod is actually one of the few that gives off an extremely good first impression! Best to try it out!
:ss/shiinotic:
Life moves too quickly in this modern world! Folks should slow down and smell some spores!
Pokemon: Shiinotic
Stats: 100/60/90/140/140/70 (600 BST)
Type: Poison/Fairy
Abilities: Debilitating Spores / Effect Spore / Rain Dish (HA)
New or Buffed Abilities (Optional):
NEW:
Debilitating Spores - When this pokemon is hit with a super-effective move, the opposing pokemon has its speed and its highest attacking stat lowered by 1 stage each.
Added Moves (Optional): Psychic, Earth Power, Mystical Fire, Recover, Calm Mind
Explanation: Debilitating Spores because Shiinotic is based on a mushroom, and mushrooms are known to, after all, produce deadly side effects. Psychic because mushrooms sometimes have mind-altering effects, and Psychic is after all intended to be an attack via psychological power, Earth Power and Mystical Fire for additional coverage, likely not much flavor implication but that's my question, Recover because mushrooms can recover relatively quickly, and Calm Mind because yes. Poison/Fairy because mushrooms can be poisonous and even deadly.

Flavor implications aside, Shiinotic is the same Choice Specs attacker you've grown to know and probably hate, or the defensive wall that one would say "failed", but better.

Pokemon: Mawile
Stats:
105 / 170 / 125 / 50 / 115 / 20 (585 BST)
Abilities: Trick Master (Summons Trick Room on Switch-In, replaces Hyper Cutter) / Prankster (Over Intimidate) / Sheer Force
Added Moves: Parting Shot, U-Turn, Trick Room, Spikes, Memento, Earthquake, Wish, Topsy-Turvy, Heart Swap, Teleport, Copycat
Explanation: Mawile becomes a solid TR backbone in teams, while also being a great abuser itself to even more crazy levels with Sheer Force if you can afford someone else covering the TR role. It being known for its tricks to others is what makes it get this nice ability that allows to push the TR team staple as something legitimate to consider, and the same applies to Prankster for more suicide/support based roles.

Added Moves: Gunk Shot, Flash Cannon, Knock Off, Dark Pulse, Earthquake, Earth Power, Psychic, Brick Break, Aura Sphere, Stone Edge, Liquidation, Extreme Speed, Nasty Plot, Calm Mind, Refresh, Volt Switch

With the hyper beam buff..
Even without it, its a deadly set up sweeper or specs set that faces problems with speed and (relatively) lackluster bulk even after +1. Z-Conversion or No Retreat your way to the V
