Really cool mod idea! Should be fun breaking some of my favorites :)
Pokemon: Swampert
Stats: 130/120/95/85/100/60 (590)
Type: Water/Ground
Abilities:
Muddy Spirit/Sap Sipper (H)
New or Buffed Abilities:
Muddy Spirit: When sandstorm is active, gain *1.5 defense. Alternatively, when rain is active, gain *1.5 special defense.
Added Moves (Optional): Shore Up, Spikes, Toxic Spikes
New or Buffed Moves (Optional): N/A
New or Buffed Items (Optional): N/A
Explanation: I really like the idea of a pokemon that can abuse multiple weathers. I also wanted to mess around with defensive weather abilities, which is how I came up with this new broken Swampert. Swampert has an excellent typing with plenty of hazards as well as other great utility moves such as scald, toxic, and now reliable recovery in shore up. Sap Sipper is mainly there because it's fun to not be weak to anything. I also increased Swampert's bulk to further solidify its broken status.
Pokemon: Magcargo
Stats: 90/75/160/110/90/10 (535)
Type: Fire/Rock
Abilities:
Sun Deity/
Magma Armor (H)
New or Buffed Abilities (Optional):
Sun Deity: Basically a fire-type water bubble (2x damage to all fire moves, immune to all water moves, solarbeam only takes one turn to use)
Magma Armor: This pokemon is immune to all types that hit fire super effectively (water, ground, rock)
Added Moves (Optional):
Supernova, Power Gem, Fusion Flare, Blue Flare
New or Buffed Moves (Optional):
Supernova (250 Power Special Fire Move, kills the user after use) Basically fire special explosion
New or Buffed Items (Optional): N/A
Explanation: Magcargo's skin is truly as hot as the surface of the sun. This gives it incredible fiery abilities reflected in its new ability and in its new move.
Sun Deity along with Magcargo's great base 110 special attack make Magcargo truly a force to be reckoned with. Magma Armor is for defensive purposes mainly, as Magcargo also packs impressive physical bulk. Supernova is a simple nuke move that will most likely OHKO every pokemon.
Pokemon: Seedot
Stats: 50/50/210/50/190/50 (600)
Type: Grass/Rock
Abilities: Bulletproof/Overcoat/Poison Heal (H)
New or Buffed Abilities (Optional): N/A
Added Moves (Optional): Stealth Rock, Strength Sap
New or Buffed Moves (Optional): N/A
New or Buffed Items (Optional): N/A
Explanation: He stalls with toxic and leech seed and can get back to full health easily with strength sap. It can also use poison heal for even greater passive recovery.
Pokemon: Carnivine
Stats: 70/170/70/60/70/130 (570)
Type: Grass
Abilities: Puppeteer/Levitate (H)
New or Buffed Abilities (Optional): Puppeteer: bug type steelworker, 1.5x bug attacks
Added Moves (Optional): Fly Trap, U-Turn, Thunder Fang, Fire Fang, Ice Fang, Psychic Fangs
New or Buffed Moves (Optional): Fly Trap: 80 power physical bug move, 32 max pp, traps the opponent on successful hit
New or Buffed Items (Optional): N/A
Explanation: Carnivine seems like a bug type already, but I didn’t want to burden it with the horrendous bug/grass type. Puppeteer is an ability native to Pokemon Clover that basically acts as a bug type steelworker, giving Carnivine all the offensive capabilities of a bug type while not being hampered by having the bug type as a defensive type. Very high attack coupled with a good speed stat makes Carnivine an effective wallbreaker with trapping and setup in swords dance. It can also function as an effective pivot with stab u-turn.
Pokemon: Sobble
Stats: 60/60/70/95/70/245 (600)
Type: Water/Ghost
Abilities: Sobbing Retreat/ Sniper (H)
New or Buffed Abilities (Optional): Sobbing Retreat: When Sobble reaches 50% health or less, it puts up a substitute. (This substitute doesn’t take 25% of health like a normal sub would)
Added Moves (Optional): Nasty Plot, Shadow Ball, Water Shuriken, Shadow Sneak, Ice Beam, Stored Power, Agility
New or Buffed Moves (Optional): N/A
New or Buffed Items (Optional): N/A
Explanation: Baton Pass Mon!!! Best ran with focus sash, as its crazy speed but bad bulk usually means that it won’t survive to put up a substitute. Nasty Plot, Agility, and Stored Power make Sobble potentially very dangerous, and it also has the capability to baton pass those boosts along with a free substitute. Kinda gimmicky, but it’s a fun concept nonetheless.
(added some more because I'm having way too much fun making broke pokes)
