awesome gaming
Hyper Beam / Eternabeam and their clones: If you KO a sub or a 'mon, you do not recharge.\
reason: a classic change

:silvally:
110 in all stats (660 BST)
Ability: Omnipotent: Multi Attack ignores all type matchups. Gain 1/8 HP every turn. Can only be damaged by direct attacks. Recieves 3/4 Damage from Super Effective attacks. This ability can not be negated by Mold Breaker, Neutralizing Gas etc. Silvally can change form with a memory out of battle.
*Multi Attack works like Revelation Dance
Added Moves: Gunk Shot, Flash Cannon, Knock Off, Dark Pulse, Earth Power, Psychic, Focus Blast, Aura Sphere, Hurricane, Leaf Storm, Stone Edge, Liquidation, Extreme Speed, Nasty Plot
Explaination: Omnipotent is Arceus' ability in Conquest (though info on it is scarce). Mini arceus, baby, moves to increase coverage.

:snorlax:
160 / 130 / 100 / 85 / 120 / 5 (600 BST)
Normal
Comatose / Steelworker / Gluttony
+Recover, Heal Bell, Spectral Thief, Gyro Ball, Replenish
Replenish is a 100 BP 10PP normal physical move with the same effect as G-Max Replenish.
Explanation: RECovERRRR already makes this thing really strong, now patch up that low defense stat snorlax has been known about and you got yourself a god tier wall.
flavor suggestion for lax: slack off instead of recover

Pokemon:Flygon
Stats:102/140/90/60/90/118 BST:600
Type:Dragon/Ground
Abilities:Levitate/Adaptability/(HA)No Guard
Added Moves:Precipice Blades,Sword Dance,Gunk Shot,Poison Jab,
New or Buffed Moves:Dragon Uppercut Dragon type Physical 110BP 100%Acc Has a 100% chance to raise the user's Speed by 1 stage
Explanation:WIP

Pokemon: Octillery
Stats: 110/135/95/135/195/10 (580 BST)
Type: Water/Fire
New or Buffed Abilities (Optional): Suction Cups/Sheer Force | Moody (Lowers enemy SpAtk one stage)
New Move: Tricky Ink (80BP | Water | Special | 20 PP | Hits all mons on the field with watery ink that somehow Sets Trick Room)
Added Moves (Optional): Stealth Rock, Sacred Fire, Fire Blast, Overheat, Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Leech Seeds, Giga Drain, Earthquake, Earth Power, Calm Mind, Nasty Plot, Dragon Dance,
Explanation: Trick Room without losing momentum. While this mon is held back by a low speed, it has a few more issues and that's mostly 4MSS. 135 may seem amazing and it is, but it has coverage issues: Its STABS are great until you run into a water type and a Water Absorber type just prevents you from getting trick room altogether. Do you take Grass or electric Move? Dragons like this! Did you take Ice Beam? Do you go for 4 attacks with either EBelt or Life Orb? Well, you have a limit to your power. In this broken world, 135 Offenses with speed that needs a turn to set up might not cut it.

Pokemon: Smeargle
Stats: 75/45/110/45/120/90 (485)
Type: Normal
New or Buffed Abilities (Optional): Art Imitates Life (Smeargle's type becomes that of type the moves in the first two slots of his movepool)
New Moves: Smeargle has almost everything anyway.
Explanation: Its hard to buff Smeargle, safely, but in this crazy strong metagame, Smeargle can be a defensive glue, and can't do much more than attempt to witle away with non-attack moves. Magic Guardians will laugh at your feeble attempts without Super Fang, Nature's Madness, Night Shade or Body Press/Seismic Toss (which if slotted well, can give you a part-ghost or fight type) If the stats are too much, feel free to balance them out in any which direction.
The basic idea is that Draw dawg here can be any defensive glue type he wants to be. Need a grass/Steel type but want to spread burns instead of having Power Whip/Gyro Ball offenses? This dog can do that! Need a spin blocker that doesn't eat ghost prediction? Go for Glare or Recover with Spirit Shackle to punish annoyingly and get a more than decent defensive type. I know the stat total is a little lower than the 500+ requirements that seem to go around, but Smeargle is... smeargle and 75/110/120 isn't the game breakiest defensive spread ever.

Pokemon: Mareep
Stats: 125/90/75/115/115/70 (590)
Type: Electric/Dark
New or Buffed Abilities (Optional): Fluffy/Static (Can also paralyze when making contact) Magic Guard
New Moves: Dark Pulse, Tail Glow, Nasty Plot, Sucker Punch, Bulk Up, Volt Switch, Energy Ball, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Crunch, Volt Tackle, Nuzzle, Body Press, Slack Off, Snarl, Sludge Bomb. Dazzling Gleam
Explanation: Fluffy Black Sheep! Mareep is a rare defensive electric type who can use a Cotton Guard + Body Press combo for ludicrous defenses. It can instead opt for Tail Glow from its tail that glows like a firefly and hit really hard with dual STAB. Mareep wants duo stab with Cotton Guard Body Press or possibly Tail Glow with stabs and either Dazzling Gleam for perfect coverage, Sludge Bomb to punish faeries, or Fire Blast to hurt Grassy walls.

Well you did say every pokemon

Pokemon: MissingNo
Stats: 105/77/60/115/115/115 [587]
Type: Ghost/Normal
Abilities: Spooky Aura/Download/Cursed Body
New or Buffed Abilities (Optional): Spooky Aura: It's an aura ability but it effects ghost moves
Added Moves (Optional): In addition to it's starting moves and tm/hm learnset from red and blue along with bind and pay day, it gets the following: Aerodactyls Movepool, Kabutops' movepool, Shadow Ball, Shadow Sneak, Shadow Claw, Eerie Impulse, Bone Club, Shadow Bone, Bonemerang, Spite, Thunderbolt, Discharge, Volt Switch, Dark Pulse, Sucker Punch, Leech Life, Corruption
New or Buffed Moves (Optional): Corruption is a new Ghost Type status move. It has a max of 8, but is 100% accurate. This target of this move will gain an random status ailment between: Poison, Badly Poisoned, Burn, Paralysis, Sleep, Freeze, or Confusion. They all have a 1 in 7 chance of occurring.
Explanation: "Wow DG this isn't broken at all, what gives egghead?" Well shut up, dingus because this is meant to be the base form, yes I said base form. This is a form changer and well the base form is very comparable to Mismagius is Mismagius had more HP. Also consider it's gigantic movepool that it has at its disposal, and well now it's starting to look really broken. Anyway the base form is again Mismagius but with more HP. It's not winning awards with power, however it has a much larger movepool to play around with, and access to teleport to get out of dodge. However Spooky Aura is a double edged sword ... for its other forms. Base form is immune to ghost moves so it bypasses that. Enough about regular ketsuban though you probably want to see the other forms.

Pokemon: MissingNo Yellow Form
Stats: 105/40/135/117/135/55 [587]
Type: Ghost/Electric
Abilities: Spooky Aura/Static/Lightning Rod
New or Buffed Abilities (Optional): Spooky Aura: It's an aura ability but it effects ghost moves
Added Moves (Optional): In addition to it's starting moves and tm/hm learnset from red and blue along with bind and pay day, it gets the following: Aerodactyls Movepool, Kabutops' movepool, Shadow Ball, Shadow Sneak, Shadow Claw, Curse, Eerie Impulse, Bone Club, Shadow Bone, Bonemerang, Spite, Thunderbolt, Discharge, Volt Switch, Dark Pulse, Sucker Punch, Leech Life, Corruption
Explanation: Alright so MissingNo Yellow is the more defensive form, in reference to its stats being 178 HP, 11 defense, and 23 special, which was more defensive than the RB version since it had 33 hp, 0 defense, and 6 special. Also it's electric type because it's from pokemon yellow. Its second two abilities start a trend, that the other forums will follow when applicable, of having Spooky Aura be the same ability while the new abilities come from the pokemon the form is related to, in this case here I picked Pikachu because pokemon yellow. Also Pikachu's abilities kind of help it out since lightning rod gives it an immunity and static dishes out paralysis to those trying to night slash it. Spooky Aura's risk factor comes into play here as since ghost is weak to itself it presents a double edged sword, but odds are you're gonna go with the other two abilities. Also because it takes from Aerodactyl's moveset it does get roost for recovery, defog or rapid spin via Kabutops for hazard removal, add Corruption or Toxic into the mix and you have the start of a decent stall set going on. While not insane as a Blissey sized HP and Shuckle defenses, it should serve you well. Also the fact that It can hit fairly hard certainly helps.

Pokemon: MissingNo Dome Form
Stats: 105/125/115/65/70/107 [587]
Type: Ghost/Water
Abilities: Spooky Aura/Battle Armor/Shed Skin
New or Buffed Abilities (Optional): Spooky Aura: It's an aura ability but it effects ghost moves
Battle Armor: Is now given the same effect as Solid Rock.
Added Moves (Optional): In addition to it's starting moves and tm/hm learnset from red and blue along with bind and pay day, it gets the following: Aerodactyls Movepool, Kabutops' movepool, Shadow Ball, Shadow Sneak, Shadow Claw, Curse, Eerie Impulse, Bone Club, Shadow Bone, Bonemerang, Spite, Thunderbolt, Discharge, Volt Switch, Dark Pulse, Sucker Punch, Leech Life, Corruption
Explanation: Alright so MissingNo Dome Version is as fast physically oriented pokemon with decent physical bulk. Now with Yellow I solely took from Pikachu's abilities, here I borrowed something from both Kabutops and Pupitar. While the glitchy MissingNo forms have the chance to turn into a whole variety of pokemon, the non glitchy forms can only turn into one in particular. As such I'll make the hidden abilities of those pokemon into the hidden abilities for the other forms. Anyway Spooky Aura is still that double edged sword but with Shed Skin it has a chance to shrug off burns, poisons, sleep, etc. The point is you have two good abilities for sweepers, and Battle Armor. Battle Armor actually makes it more durable than most other sweepers. Combined with its decent defense and the end result is something beefier than most other sweep bois.

Pokemon: MissingNo Amber Form
Stats: 105/137/65/60/70/150 [587]
Type: Ghost/Flying
Abilities: Spooky Aura/Rock Head/Unnerve
Explanation: Alright so MissingNo Amber is just Mega Aerodactyl but with a better tough claws on its ghost moves/brave bird with no recoil/preventing the opponent from eating berries. Yeah you can spam brave bird with this fucker and not feel the pain because you are a ghost glitch thing in the form of a skeleton, you don't have nerves. However again spooky aura has the biggest double edged sword here, because while getting fucking super powerful shadow bones is great, getting fucking rekt by a shadow ball is the price you pay here. You could also use it to set rocks since it'll outspeed most things.

Pokemon: MissingNo Ghost Form
Stats: 105/60/70/132/70/150 [587]
Type: Ghost
Abilities: Spooky Aura/Lightning Rod/Multiscale
Explanation: MissingNo Ghost is the only type to lose its secondary typing, and it doesn't gain another one like the others, despite it being the ghost of a marowak. However Missingno Ghost is a fast special sweeper with the powerful ability of multiscale. Only two other pokemon have it, and yes this means it gets the hidden ability of Lugia. Its second ability however is taken from Marowak and gives it not only an immunity but a potential buff as well. This might be the strongest form there is of MissingNo. With access to ice beam, thunderbolt, a potentially strengthened shadowball, flamethrower, dragon pulse, surf, scald, earth power, volt switch, and psychic among many others it has potential to do a lot of damage. Also like Amber form it too can set rocks. You cannot overstate how powerful this thing is. You cannot beat something like Ketsuban, because the only number missing would be the amount of HP the opponent's team has.

Ohohoho, broken Pokemon? Sounds like a job for me!

Pokemon: Blissey
Type: Normal
Stats: 255/10/70/75/135/55 (600 BST)
New or buffed Abilities (optional): Fluffy
Explanation: Ah. Blissey, but now even physical attacks won't do much to it thanks to fluffy!

Pokemon: Shuckle
Type: Steel
Stats: 115/10/230/10/230/5 (600 BST)
New ability (optional): Magic bounce
New moves (optional): Toxic Spikes, Spikes, Recover
Explanation: Now having the HP to put those defenses to use even in a meta for broken mons, as well as the other two entry hazards, magic bounce for status and taunt, and a nice new steel type for even more resistances? You bet it belongs here!

Pokemon: Toxtricity
Type: Electric/Normal
Stats: 100/50/100/140/100/110 (600 BST)
Explanation: Now having amazing bulk and speed, the sp.attack being buffed and now getting boomburst as stab, this Pokemon's newfound skills is bound to appeal to the audience of this format!

Pokemon: Kartana
Type: Grass/Steel
Stats: 20/255/20/20/20/255 (590 BST)
New moves (optional): Behemoth Blade
Explanation: Taking the idea of it being a glass cannon to the extreme. Now it quite literally has more attack and speed than everything, but in return, it has the bulk of a deoxys attack except 30 less HP (which in case you didn't know, deoxys attack's bulk is godawful), so yeah, it's a glass cannon where it's extremely fast and strong, but ANYTHING kills it. It also gets behemoth blade for even stronger steel stab, and because Kartana is basically a blade.

Really cool mod idea! Should be fun breaking some of my favorites :)

Pokemon: Swampert
Stats: 130/120/95/85/100/60 (590)
Type: Water/Ground
Abilities: Muddy Spirit/Sap Sipper (H)
New or Buffed Abilities: Muddy Spirit: When sandstorm is active, gain *1.5 defense. Alternatively, when rain is active, gain *1.5 special defense.
Added Moves (Optional): Shore Up, Spikes, Toxic Spikes
New or Buffed Moves (Optional): N/A
New or Buffed Items (Optional): N/A
Explanation: I really like the idea of a pokemon that can abuse multiple weathers. I also wanted to mess around with defensive weather abilities, which is how I came up with this new broken Swampert. Swampert has an excellent typing with plenty of hazards as well as other great utility moves such as scald, toxic, and now reliable recovery in shore up. Sap Sipper is mainly there because it's fun to not be weak to anything. I also increased Swampert's bulk to further solidify its broken status.

Pokemon: Magcargo
Stats: 90/75/160/110/90/10 (535)
Type: Fire/Rock
Abilities: Sun Deity/Magma Armor (H)
New or Buffed Abilities (Optional): Sun Deity: Basically a fire-type water bubble (2x damage to all fire moves, immune to all water moves, solarbeam only takes one turn to use)
Magma Armor: This pokemon is immune to all types that hit fire super effectively (water, ground, rock)
Added Moves (Optional): Supernova, Power Gem, Fusion Flare, Blue Flare
New or Buffed Moves (Optional): Supernova (250 Power Special Fire Move, kills the user after use) Basically fire special explosion
New or Buffed Items (Optional): N/A
Explanation: Magcargo's skin is truly as hot as the surface of the sun. This gives it incredible fiery abilities reflected in its new ability and in its new move. Sun Deity along with Magcargo's great base 110 special attack make Magcargo truly a force to be reckoned with. Magma Armor is for defensive purposes mainly, as Magcargo also packs impressive physical bulk. Supernova is a simple nuke move that will most likely OHKO every pokemon.

Pokemon: Seedot
Stats: 50/50/210/50/190/50 (600)
Type: Grass/Rock
Abilities: Bulletproof/Overcoat/Poison Heal (H)
New or Buffed Abilities (Optional): N/A
Added Moves (Optional): Stealth Rock, Strength Sap
New or Buffed Moves (Optional): N/A
New or Buffed Items (Optional): N/A
Explanation: He stalls with toxic and leech seed and can get back to full health easily with strength sap. It can also use poison heal for even greater passive recovery.

Pokemon: Carnivine
Stats: 70/170/70/60/70/130 (570)
Type: Grass
Abilities: Puppeteer/Levitate (H)
New or Buffed Abilities (Optional): Puppeteer: bug type steelworker, 1.5x bug attacks
Added Moves (Optional): Fly Trap, U-Turn, Thunder Fang, Fire Fang, Ice Fang, Psychic Fangs
New or Buffed Moves (Optional): Fly Trap: 80 power physical bug move, 32 max pp, traps the opponent on successful hit
New or Buffed Items (Optional): N/A
Explanation: Carnivine seems like a bug type already, but I didn’t want to burden it with the horrendous bug/grass type. Puppeteer is an ability native to Pokemon Clover that basically acts as a bug type steelworker, giving Carnivine all the offensive capabilities of a bug type while not being hampered by having the bug type as a defensive type. Very high attack coupled with a good speed stat makes Carnivine an effective wallbreaker with trapping and setup in swords dance. It can also function as an effective pivot with stab u-turn.

Pokemon: Sobble
Stats: 60/60/70/95/70/245 (600)
Type: Water/Ghost
Abilities: Sobbing Retreat/ Sniper (H)
New or Buffed Abilities (Optional): Sobbing Retreat: When Sobble reaches 50% health or less, it puts up a substitute. (This substitute doesn’t take 25% of health like a normal sub would)
Added Moves (Optional): Nasty Plot, Shadow Ball, Water Shuriken, Shadow Sneak, Ice Beam, Stored Power, Agility
New or Buffed Moves (Optional): N/A
New or Buffed Items (Optional): N/A
Explanation: Baton Pass Mon!!! Best ran with focus sash, as its crazy speed but bad bulk usually means that it won’t survive to put up a substitute. Nasty Plot, Agility, and Stored Power make Sobble potentially very dangerous, and it also has the capability to baton pass those boosts along with a free substitute. Kinda gimmicky, but it’s a fun concept nonetheless.
(added some more because I'm having way too much fun making broke pokes)

The King of Gen 1 deserves a mention.

:ss/tauros:
Pokemon: Tauros
Stats: 75/100/95/70/70/110 [505]
  • Essentially the current-gen statline but with SpA buffed back to where it was in Gen 1 when Special Stats were merged. You could probably do all this +20 if you really wanted to break it.
Type: Normal
Abilities: Intimidate / Sheer Force / Crown of Kanto
New or Buffed Abilities (Optional): Crown of Kanto brings back the old Gen 1-2 Stat Exp. Essentially, you can get 252 EVs in every stat. With Natures still around, Tauros will actually be better stat-wise.
Added Moves (Optional): Swords Dance, Bulk Up, Stone Edge, Close Combat, Head Charge, Volt Tackle, Flare Blitz
New or Buffed Moves (Optional):
  • [BUFFED] Hyper Beam, Giga Impact, etc - When defeating a Pokemon, the recharge turn is skipped.
  • [BUFFED] Blizzard - 130 BP, 90% Accuracy, like in Gen 1 JP.
New or Buffed Items (Optional):
  • [NEW] Type Machine - Tauros Only. Reverts all attack types back to Pre-Physical Special Split while the Pokemon is on the field. Fairy moves become Special. Normal is always physical, Psychic is always special. Yes Type Machine is a pun on Time Machine please don't hurt me
Explanation:
I decided to bring back and modernize Gen 1 Tauros. I think this'll be a lot weaker than a lot of the Pokemon already submitted since I'm probably trying too hard to be faithful, but hey. To try and bring back the essence of what made Tauros amazing back then, I gave it the ability to max out all its EVs, as well as an exclusive item that allows it to go back to the pre-split. This would give it a slight edge over Pokemon balanced with the split in mind. I also gave it some moves that it really should have had in the first place such as Swords Dance, which will probably have some hilarious calcs with Giga Impact. I didn't go all the way down to bringing back the crazy mechanics, just the stuff that gave Gen 1 its unique flavour.

Stats: 100/140/120/100/110/30 [BST 600]
Type: Steel
Abilities: Analytic/Filter
Added Moves (Optional): In addition to the moves it already knows how about tyranitar's entire moveset ... plus steel beam and metal burst.
Explanation: MT is mecha-tyranitar so why not make it better. Lowered speed to take advantage of analytic, and of course make it bulkier and have it hit harder. Let's give Tyranitar a mecha-godzilla worth fighting. However if you don't like this, there is another form for it.

:ss/skitty:
Pokemon: Skitty
Stats: 130/110/60/110/60/130 [BST 600]
Type: Fairy
Abilities: Cute Charm/Pixilate/Wonder Skin
New or Buffed Abilities (Optional):
Cute Charm ignores Gender
Wonder Skin makes it so the pokemon is immune to status conditions.
Added Moves (Optional): Moonblast, Dazzling Gleam, Boomburst, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Moonlight
New or Buffed Moves (Optional):
Water Pulse is now 80 base power
Attract now ignores gender
New or Buffed Items (Optional):
Fluffy Tail now takes a hit for the holder.
Explanation: Moon moves for moon stone, fluffy tail buff because it's based on skitty's tail, water pulse buff because why not, and Cute Charm ignoring the gender is to make it more viable, same with attract. No I don't secretly have an agenda to make Pokemon gay, why would you insinuate such a thing. No one will ever know.

:ss/wailord:
Pokemon: Wailord
Stats: 200/100/105/70/105/20 [BST 600]

Thick Fat now prevents Burn and Freeze
Oblivious now ignores stat changes similar to Unaware.
Unaware now ignores taunt, infatuation, and intimidate similar to Oblivious.
Pressure now sets gravity when the user is sent out.
Added Moves (Optional): Recover
Explanation: 200/105/105 with a decent attack stat that can take advantage of avalanche wonderfully. In addition it can't be burned or frozen and has some nice extra resistances to fire and ice type moves. Overall have fun taking this large lad down.

RNG FTW!

Pokemon: Absol
Stats: 100 / 150 / 90 / 90 / 90 / 120 (640 BST)
Type:
/

Abilities: Fur Coat / Justified / Master Of Disaster
New or Buffed Abilities (Optional): Justified now grants an immunity to Dark-type moves and boosts the higher offensive stat.
Master of Disaster: Gains STAB on Fire, Water, Ice and Rock moves, immune to Hail and Sandstorm damage, Water moves' increase and Fire moves' decrease in power in rain, and Fire moves' increase and Water moves' decrease in power in sun, as well as Primordial Sea and Desolate Land's negation of Fire and Water moves, respectively. Speed is boosted by 50% in all weather. Moonlight and clones will always heal 66% HP.
Added Moves (Optional): Moonlight, Spirit Break, Fairy Charge, Close Combat, Fire Lash, Blaze Kick, Pyro Ball, Liquidation, Crabhammer, Surging Strikes, Icicle Spear, Icicle Crash, Triple Axel, Stone Edge, Diamond Storm, Head Smash
New or Buffed Moves (Optional): Moonlight: now 10 PP
Fairy Charge: Fairy-type Double Edge.
Stone Edge: now 100% accurate.
Explanation: Finally giving Absol the love and compassion it deserves! For starters, it finally has the Fairy typing it always deserved ever since gen 6. I gave it some moves to take advantage of it and made a new one due to Fairy's lack of physical moves. It makes sense too, as Absol is genuinely compassionate and tries to warn people of disasters when they come. Fur Coat because what else do you call those white hairs on its body. Justified buff because it irks me how it wasn't like this before. Moonlight and Stone Edge buffs are for the same reason. But the real coup-de-grace is Master of Disaster (This ability name is not negotiable). With it, it not only gains 4 extra STABs, but also does not give a fuck about damage in Hail or Sand, Water and Fire nukes in rain or sun, and outright ignores Primordial Sea and Desolate Land. Oh, and it also gets a Chlorophyll boost in all of them. Anyone still wanna accuse this thing of causing disasters? Cuz I guarantee you, you will regret it.

:ss/zoroark:
Pokemon: Zoroark
Stats: 75 / 100 / 75 / 145 / 75 / 125 (600 BST)
Type: Dark
Abilities: Illusion
New or Buffed Abilities (Optional):
Illusion, in addition to its current effects, now imitates the imitated pokemon's defensive stats (except for HP) and will only break if hit with a super effective hit.
Added Moves (Optional):
New or Buffed Moves (Optional):

Night Daze now has 90 BP and instead has a 25% chance of lowering the opponent's highest attacking stat by 1 stage.
New or Buffed Items (Optional):
None
Explanation:
Stats:
125 speed is pretty darn fast, and although it's fucked against Mega Lopunny, perhaps the Ability section should help. Oh yeah, 145 special attack is going to be REALLY strong (your only "true" checks are going to be Chansey and even then a +2 Focus Blast should probably be enough to fuck it over). So basically, a stallbreaker/choice item (preferably Specs) user that utilizes Illusion to hide itself and then take someone down.

Abilities: Illusion now also imitates the imitated's defensive stats - and on top of this no longer breaks upon being hit with any attack. This basically means you can put a Metagross or whatever you like in the back to be imitated by Zoroark and then live a hit or two from, say, Mega Lopunny. Illusion still works once, but that's because all Zoroark really needs.

Added Moves: I honestly chose not to give it anything because Zoroark's movepool is wide as shit already and the last thing I want is 4MSS to balance it out. We don't want that. I did, however, buff Night Daze. Essentially, it's now a stronger Dark Pulse that can also weaken targets like Mega Lopunny.

Item Buff:
Black Glasses now also grants a 25% damage reduction against super effective hits.
Reasoning:
Although Black Glasses does have some use in SS OU, this is not SS OU. This is NatDex OU. No viable pokemon uses Black Glasses. I buffed it so that even if it doesn't become a staple item, it'll be at least something to consider.
