Yo, can we have restrictions against buffing widely distributed, already viable moves like Focus Blast? The amount of mons that are being buffed by changes like that go far beyond the singular submission
Ok for sure. Viable moves shouldn't receive changes outside of altering distribution. If you're making a move busted try to keep it a signature move or make sure it's not too widely distributed.

Resubs:

:sm/slaking:
Pokemon: Slaking
Stats: 150/160/100/95/65/100 (670) (Unchanged)
Type: Normal
Abilities: Oblivious / Comatose / Klutz
Added Moves: -Sleep Talk
Explanation: I really only changed the abilities to something that isn’t Truant and also to make more sense. Oblivious is from it being so lazy, with Comatose because it presumably sleeps a lot. Klutz is from it having big hands that are likely unwieldy. It also allows you to run meme Fling sets. Sleep Talk is removed so it cannot run Sleep Talk + Roar and phaze at 0 priority.

:sm/regigigas:
Pokemon: Regigigas
Stats: 110/160/110/80/110/100 (670) (Unchanged)
Type: Normal
Abilities: Iron Fist
Buffed Abilities: Iron Fist boosts punch moves by x1.5 damage. (Basically a Strong Jaw clone for punching moves)
Added Moves: High Horsepower, Rest, Protect, Heat Crash, Body Press, Darkest Lariat, Brutal Swing, Hammer Arm, Double Iron Bash
Changed/Buffed Moves: Double Iron Bash: No secondary effects. Otherwise the same.
Mega Punch: 120 BP, 90% accuracy, 5-8 PP
Explanation: Regigigas gets Iron Fist, Double Iron Bash and Hammer Arm due to its already decent pool of punching moves, Rest and Protect because those are universal TMs, and High Horsepower, Body Press, Heat Crash, Brutal Swing and Darkest Lariat are due to it being common on large Pokemon. Double Iron Bash has no flinch rate because that’s seriously dumb. (Inevitable Virgin uncompetitive vs Chad broken incoming) Mega Punch gets buffed so that Gigas can use an Iron Fist boosted STAB.
:sm/darmanitan-galar-zen:

Pokemon: Galarian Darmanitan-Z
Type: Ice/Fire
Abilities: Gorilla Tactics/Sheer Force/Anger Point
Stats: 105/160/55/30/55/135 (540)
Explanation: Decided to make Zen Mode a stand-alone Pokemon. Gorilla Tactics carries over from regular G-Darm, Sheer Force is if you want to have a good-sized power boost with Life Orb and switch moves, carrying from the regular Unovan Darm, and Anger Point is for flavor because its dex entry says anger reignited its atrophied flame sac.

Move: Tri-Attack
Base Power: 40
Accuracy: 100%
PP: 5-8
Effect: Hits three times. The first hit has a 6.67% chance to burn the target, the second one a 6.67% chance to paralyze, and the third hit a 6.67% chance to freeze.
Reasoning: I thought of it as each status effect being a separate hit, which is where I got the “hits three times” effect from. I also thought of having each hit being a different type, but that might make the move not worth using.

Move: Zap Cannon
Base Power: 100
Accuracy: 95%
PP: Unchanged
Secondary Effect: Has a 50% chance to paralyze the target.
Z-move BP: 180
Reasoning: With this change, Zap Cannon should be usable on sets that do not use No Guard.

Move: Inferno
Base Power: Unchanged
Accuracy: 95%
PP: Unchanged
Secondary Effect: Has a 50% chance to burn the target.
Z-move BP: Unchanged
Reasoning: Special Sacred Fire pretty much. Should be usable now.

Pokemon: Raichu
Stats: 90 HP / 115 Atk / 65 Def / 110 SpA / 80 SpD / 140 Spe
Type: Electric / Dark
Abilities: Galvanize / Lightning Rod | Sheer Force
Added Moves (Optional): Dark Pulse, Sucker Punch, Taunt, Darkest Lariat, Close Combat, Snarl, Pursuit, Parting Shot
Explanation: Raichu gets a sexy Dark typing to be a pretty scary wallbreaker or a powerful revenge killer depending one what you are feeling for. I gave it Galvanize because Raichu has a surplus of Normal type moves and is a powerful electric type. Sheer Force references Raichu's more aggressive nature in contrast to Pikachu. Gave it a bunch of Dark type STABs + utility. Close Combat is also very cool.

Pokemon: Dugtrio
Stats: 35 HP / 80 Atk / 50 Def / 50 SpA / 70 SpD / 120 Spe
Type: Ground
Abilities: Arena Trap / Trio Power | Sand Force
New or Buffed Abilities:
  • [NEW] Trio Power: This Pokemon turns its attacks into triple strike moves. Does not effect non damaging nor fixed damage moves. Secondary effects only trigger for the final strike.

Explanation: Dugtrio isn't buffed, you might say. In fact you nerfed its attck, you might say. Then you look at its ability. Not THAT ability. Trio Power. It does exactly what it advertises. Click Earthquake, and Dugtrio will use EQ. Then use it again. And then use it one more time!

Pokemon: Metagross
Stats: 80 HP / 55 Atk / 130 Def / 175 SpA / 90 SpD / 70 Spe
Type: Steel / Psychic
Abilities: Energy Fist / Analytic | Intimidate
New or Buffed Abilities:
  • [NEW] Energy Fist: This Pokemon's punching moves become special and have 1.4x power.

Added Moves (Optional): Cosmic Power, Calm Mind, Nasty Plot, Stored Power, Steel Beam, Psionic Fist, Self Repair
New or Buffed Moves (Optional):
  • [New] Psionic Fist - 80 BP | Psychic | Physical | 10 PP | 100 Acc | Target's user's lower defensive stat
  • [New] Self Repair - - BP | Steel | Status | 10 PP | - Acc | Heals user for 50% of Max HP and raises both defenses by 1 for every stat deduction this Pokemon has

Explanation: Metagross is a super computer, so it having Analytic makes sense. Special nukes aren't common in Pokemon these days, so I decided to go all in with Metagross on that, as its special movepool is pretty great as is. Metagross is also a punching maniac, so to keep them useful I made Energy Fist as an alternative ability for use (special priority Bullet Punch yum). Gave it good Psychic moves that it may get but just in case you know. Psionic Fist means it gets Psychic STAB to abuse Energy Fist with, and Self Repair because a sentient supercomputer should be able to fix itself and bolster its defenses so it can't be hampered again.
Whoops I fucked up this Metagross Sub actually won and I forgot to include it in the post, my baaad

I feel like I'm spamming posts but I've decided to have Megas and Gigantamax forms to also be buffed as individual submissions. Megas that are already busted such as Mega Blaziken or Mega Salamence will have to be reworked to fit in with the meta. What this means in battle is that Megas and Gigantamaxes will immediately be activated on entry and will remain active the entire battle. Gigantamax pokemon will only appear to be gigantamax and will not receive G-Max moves or the immunities provided with Gigantamaxing.

Can we also have a limit on already viable abilities being buffed? (Adaptability and Sheer Force say hello)? For a lot of the same reasons as a limit on buffing viable moves, these abilities, when buffed, buff an immeasurably high amount of other pokemon that have the ability.

OK sure if that's the preferred method, buff abilities that are either low use or minimally distributed. Alternatively just make a new ability for your submission.

Pokemon: Cherubi
Stats: 95/80/110/130/80/100 [600]
Type: Grass
Abilities: Chlorophyll/Flower Veil/Cherry Pick
New or Buffed Abilities:
  • [NEW] Cherry Pick: This Pokemon recovers 1/16th it's max HP at the end of every turn.
Added Moves: Moonblast, Mystical Fire, Psychic, Strength Sap
Explanation: Cherubi now get's built in leftovers recovery because I think it's a funny ability.

Pokemon: Articuno
Stats: Unchanged
Type:
Ice/Flying
Abilities: Snow Warning/Inversion (Snow Cloak)
New or Buffed Abilities:

  • [NEW] Inverse: Reverses weaknesses and resists. Ignores immunities.
  • Snow Cloak: Sets Veil for 3 turns unless the timer has more than 3 left. Doubled and the timer is reset if there are less than 6 left.
Added Moves: Aura Sphere, Energy Ball, Nasty Plot
Explanation: Articuno takes the tanky role well. All of its abilities have great merit. Snow Warning is weather support, Inversion is insane for tankiness that makes enemies need to use Bug or Grass moves, and Snow Cloak works well to keep the Veil going.

This is technically one submission - one Pokemon, two forms and their unique item - but you can split it into three come voting time if group subs aren't allowed. ^^; Anyway: LET'S GET WAK'D.

Pokemon: Marowak
Type: Ground
Base Stats: 80 / 110 / 110 / 50 / 95 / 80 (525 BST)
Abilities: Rock Head / Lightning Rod / Battle Armor
New Moves: Head Smash, Shell Smash

Pokemon: Marowak-Alola
Type: Fire / Ghost
Base Stats: 80 / 110 / 110 / 50 / 95 / 80 (525 BST)
Abilities: Cursed Body / Lightning Rod / Rock Head
New Moves: Head Smash, Shell Smash

Buffed Item: Thick Club: Can no longer be removed from Cubone, Marowak or Marowak-A, similarly to most other unique items

Can you imagine how terrifying the Marowaks would be with Shell Smash even with their current 80 Atk and 45 Spe? Yeah, well, now they have 110 Atk and 80 Spe and their Thick Clubs can't be Knocked Off anymore. Both of these monstrosities reach a ludicrous 1400 Atk at +2, so pick your typing and coverage and go wild.

Marowak @ Thick Club
Ability: Rock Head
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Bonemerang
- Head Smash / Double-Edge
- Fire Punch / Knock Off
- Shell Smash

blah blah will add more later click Shell Smash and win

Marowak-Alola @ Thick Club
Ability: Rock Head / Lightning Rod
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Flare Blitz / Fire Punch
- Poltergeist
- Bonemerang
- Shell Smash

blah blah will add more later click Shell Smash and win

Pokemon: Grumpig
Stats: 90/45/85/105/175/100 (BST: 600)
Type: Psychic Steel
Abilities: Gluttony, Thick Fat, Magic Guard
New or Buffed Abilities: None
Added Moves: Thunderbolt, Moonblast, Nasty Plot, Wish, Teleport, Flamethrower, Flash Cannon, Recover
New or Buffed Moves: None
Explanation: Steel type was added because Psychic type alone doesn't make a defensive mon broken. With an enormous 90/175 special bulk and a good 90/85 physical bulk, the new Grumpig can easily take multiple roles into the meta. First of all, access to Thick Fat and Magic Guard can both be useful to make the pokemon broken in its own right (even if the first will probably be preferred, considering Grumpig's immunity to Toxic and resistance to SR). It definitely outshines Clefable as a wish passer SpD tank due to its much better bulk, more damage and more coverage if needed, while it can also shine as a Nasty Plot sweeper despite its low speed compared to the beasts this meta can produce. Flamethrower allows it to hit Corviknight so that it doesn't get walled (even if Corvi will not threaten out Grumpig at all, considering its access to Recover to safely heal off damage); Moonblast allows Grumpig to beat many threatening dark types that don't downright OHKO it, while Focus Blast, that it already has access to, has less accuracy yet always nails a KO on specially defensive TTar after one nasty plot boost, along with beating pokemon like Ferrothorn without resorting to a resisted STAB, in case it doesn't carry Flamethrower. Lastly Thunderbolt is a niche option to OHKO Mantine before haze (Psychic at +2 does NOT achieve this feat), also destroying the rare Assault Vest Gyarados. Lastly Flash Cannon, its other stab, will likely not be used in a Nasty Plot/Recover/2 attacks set because it doesn't beat as many pokemon as the other coverage options this pokemon has, yet it allows more defensive WishPassing Grumpig sets to threaten out fairies that it can so easily switch in on.

I COULD BE BANNED!
This is literally like Super Staff Bros Brawl

Lurantis's head is sort of v shape :D

Pokemon: Lurantis
Type: Grass / Fighting
Base Stats: 70 / 105 / 90 / 80 / 90 / 80 (515 BST)
Abilities: Contrary / Leaf Guard
New Moves: V-Create

Contrary. V-Create. You are just chilling at Showdown. And this appeared. You desperately fought against this beast, but it was all misery. You tried as hard as you can, but Lurantis becomes stronger and stronger every turn, faster and bulkier than ever before. All hopes are loss. Each of your Pokemon slowly faints in front of you. There is nothing you can do...

Of course we will make superpower stab.
Also I increased its speed or else it will get outspeed easily before it got to sweep and get OHKOed by BROKEN attacks.

Lurantis @ Life Orb / Leftovers / Choice Scarf
Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- V-Create
- Superpower
- Leaf Blade
- Synthesis / Leech Life
