Blissey is the premier special wall in Series 10 and can sponge hits from special powerhouses like Kyogre thanks to the Utility Umbrella! The Utility Umbrella protects Blissey from all effects of sun and rain, meaning that Kyogre's powerful Water Spout does not receive a damage boost from Drizzle. This EV spread allows Blissey to avoid the 2HKO from even Kyogre's Choice Specs-boosted Water Spout on all but the highest damage rolls. This set also has enough Special Attack to let Blissey 3HKO Urshifu-S and Urshifu-R with Tri Attack, which otherwise commonly check it. Shadow Ball is needed for Calyrex-S, another strong special attacker that Blissey fares well against. While Serene Grace can pair nicely with Tri Attack, Blissey's longevity as a wall comes from its ability to shed status conditions like Toxic poison and sleep, so Natural Cure is a must. Blissey loses handily to strong physical attackers like Zacian-C, the aforementioned Urshifu formes, and Landorus-T, so good teammates include physical walls like Quagsire, Eternatus, and Skarmory.

Sorry for the delay in getting this up, tagging Psynergy, marilli, Theorymon for a QC check.

Only two things I can think of to potentially bring up.

1: You might want to quickly justify Natural Cure, as Serene Grace actually has a bit more usage than it at the moment! Mainly, it being a life saver against the rare sleep, and just generally not being totally screwed by surprise Toxics (though I have to admit, serene grace Tri Attack can be VERY funny, which probably explains the usage lol)

2: I don't know how you can fit this in character wise, but Blissey doesn't do too hot against Toxic users like Eternatus and Quagsire, with the former having Cosmic Power BS to keep up with Calm Mind, and the latter not really caring about your "offense" because of Unaware lol.

Otherwise, looks good to me, so QC Approved!

EDIT: Implemented the GP check myself so we can get this scheduled
