Plasmanta is close enough to usable to be fine.
Stratagem being strong usually makes the metagame worse because it has a zillion coverage moves.
Kitsunoh getting buffed is never going to be enough when Pajantom and Dragapult are around.

snaelstrom has been in a poor spot since inception despite the many things going for it, and has a lot of design decisions which i really don't understand

pyroak is bad and has been bad for a long time

plasmanta also has a lot going for it but it held back by a ton of issues

kitsunoh and mollux idrc about too much, former just needs tuning and latter faces a metagame unkind to it imo

smokomodo is a disaster in terms of a product but it like still sort-of functions.

caribolt got screwed by return getting axed and i don't really know what to do about it

stratagem struggles because being a pure rock type is bad, and really this one is on gamefreak more than us given its supposed to be a mono-rock special attacker and nothing has been done since gen 4 to really improve such a concept.
