In Benjamin Butterfree:

The names of the mons are always the final evolution, although this is an aesthetic thing only.

The real reason I am posting is turn 16 in the attached replay. I had a Shedinja, which died on switch-in and became Nincada. But Nincada had Wonder Guard! This appears to be the same sort of problem jmcbango reported above me.

Also, perhaps this is just me misunderstanding how Download works, but in the battle the stat boost was only applied if the mon with download was sent out; when my Porygon-Z fainted and became Porygon-2, Porygon-2 got no boosts from download. Is this consistent with the behavior for Download when, say, it is traced, skill swapped, or a Pokemon transforms into a mon with Download?

Abilities have not been properly reverting in Benjamin Butterfree.
That might be my fault again.

ROM, on which I originally developed the Benjamin Butterfree code, automatically updates the HP when the Pokemon's forme changes. Normally this is only relevant for Power Construct, but this change made it easy to implement the devolution code.

Unfortunately main doesn't do this and my attempts to fix the devolution code to do this manually have been less than perfect, sorry.

awesome gaming
I was participating in a UU room tour. I got my team ready and was ready to go on to my next match. But when I clicked the "Ready!" button, it didn't start the battle. I clicked it a few more times trying to get it to work and eventually got this message:

I ended up getting disqualified because despite repeatedly clicking the Ready button, I was considered to be idling and was booted out.

Hi, I apologize in advance if this is not the right place to post since I'm not 100% sure if it's a bug, but I couldn't find an answer anywhere in the listed sources.
Anyway, I was playing an ubers battle and mega-kangaskhan used return. The first move did 24, as expected. The second move crit and did 36, this is the regular damage with the crit multiplier, even tho the second hit should do 0.25 of the first moves damage. Is this the intended mechanic how it happens on 3ds or is this a coding bug?

Benjamin Butterfree again:

As seen in turns 6-8 of the replay, disable stays even when the Pokemon devolves. I assume this wasn't intentional? It wasn't just the visual of the disable bubble; Sludge Wave was grayed out and unselectable, as is consistent with disabled moves.

And more disfunctional abilities: It looks like Porygon's trace did not actually trace. It had been out for several turns at this point.

You did make some changes with regards to abilities though, right? Because I noticed things like Haunter/Gastly's levitate working properly, and Gligar having Immunity instead of Poison Heal, as was happening a few days ago.

Two bugs in Benjamin Butterfree. Replay: http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen7benjaminbutterfree-787791309
Turn 10, my Gengar got pursuit trapped by Ttar, but I couldn't switch after getting hit and devolved into Haunter, the switch would've counted as my next turn.

Turn 34, my Blissey got hit by a Sludge Bomb and devolved, but neither the Perish Song nor the Infestation were removed, so that Chansey devolved again in the following turn due to the Perish Song counter reaching 0.

A couple of run in is where for Gen 4 battles, after mon dies to pursuit, you can still switch into it but it locks your game, requiring you to refresh the page.

This was already reported, but I would like to supplement it with screenshots. I wasn't sure if this or technical support (since the bug seems to only be on my end), but information is not being displayed correctly, ranging from issues with teambuilder to not showing the opponent's PP.
Boop 1
Boop 2
Edit- The bug is fixed but I'll still report it.

I'll try and remember to test Pursuit. I don't know what the expected behaviour for Perish Song and Infestation are though, you'd have to ask in the thread.

This kind of an oversight (to me) and a suggestion, but since Arceus is unreleased in gen 4, can /DT arceus, gen 4 say "unreleased" instead of "Uber"

Here to report a text bug regarding U-turn :
http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen7anythinggoes-788749307

Apparently if a mon U-turns against Protect, then switches manually the turn after, the message says that the Pokemon "went back to [insert trainer name]", instead of the usual "Pokemon, come back!" message.

This bug only seems to happen if the mon switches on the turn right after its U-turn was blocked, as waiting another turn and then switching brings up the usual "Pokemon, come back" message.

Benjamin Butterfree:
Turn 14 in the replay. Poliwrath put up a sub, Zubat had Infiltrator so it KO'd Poliwrath without taking down the sub, but then when it devolved Poliwhirl inherited the sub. I assume this is not desired behavior?

Also, to add onto the Zoroark bug:
Zoroark and Ditto. Double whammy, as seen in the mini-sprites on the opposing player. Wormadam and Kyurem show up twice. This bug also appears in the replay.

in Turn 5 my Shaymin uses Dragon Dance through Metronome, the other guy's Gardevoir and Gallade activate Dancer, and instead of using Dragon Dance again they get to use a free Metronome. Not sure if intended, but this doesn't seem like how it should work at first glance.
I just tested this, and for each of Metronome, Assist, Copycat, Me First, Mirror Move, and Sleep Talk, if one of these moves turns into a dance move, the Dancer Pokemon will only use the dance move directly, not the original move that called it (in contrast to the way Sketch works).
