[SET COMMENTS]
This set takes more of a late-game approach to Zeraora, taking advantage of its great Speed and coverage to clean up weakened teams after a Bulk Up and bypassing traditional checks like Clefable. Because of these traits, Zeraora can easily find opportunities to set up against common Pokemon such as Corviknight and on forced switches from Toxapex. Close Combat provides crucial coverage for Steel-types such as Excadrill and Ferrothorn as well as Rotom-H. Knock Off cripples checks like Kommo-o, Seismitoad, and Rotom-H, but Play Rough can be run instead to target Kommo-o and Dragapult, two common Plasma Fists switch-ins. Leftovers gives Zeraora extra longevity and is preferred to a damage-boosting item because of Bulk Up.

Zeraora goes great on offense and balance teams as a potential wincon. It struggles greatly to bypass Ground-types such as Hippowdon and Seismitoad as well as other defensive Pokemon like Rotom-H to a lesser extent; as such, wallbreakers like Kyurem, Mamoswine, Conkeldurr, and Dragapult make excellent partners. Kyurem and Mamoswine also appreciate having checks like Clefable and Rotom-H crippled by Knock Off. Since Zeraora can effectively take advantage of Corviknight, pair it with teammates like Excadrill and non-Flamethrower Clefable that enjoy Corviknight being removed. Teleport variants of Clefable can even safely bring Zeraora in against Corviknight, giving it a free turn to use Bulk Up or just fire off an attack. Zeraora also benefits from entry hazards from the likes of Ferrothorn and Seismitoad to break Dugtrio's Focus Sash and chip away at its checks.

Play Rough targets Kommo-o and Dragapult, two common Plasma Fists switch-ins, but Knock Off can be run instead to cripple checks like Kommo-o, defensive Clefable idk how I feel about calling physdef clef a check since if you ever bu against it you're 2hkoing it anyways so it's def worth replacing this w/ seismitoad, which is chipped pretty quickly., and Rotom-H. Leftovers gives Zeraora extra longevity and is preferred to a damage-boosting item because of Bulk Up.

Zeraora goes great on offense and balance teams as a potential wincon. Zeraora struggles greatly to bypass Ground-types such as Hippowdon and Seismitoad as well as other defensive Pokemon like Rotom-H probably worth noting that Rotom-H can't really afford to switch into it more than once somewhere as such, wallbreakers like Kyurem, Conkeldurr, and Dragapult make excellent partners. Since Zeraora can effectively take advantage of Corviknight, pair it with teammates like non-Flamethrower Togekiss non thrower sets are definitely shit; mention something else like Excadrill and Clefable that enjoy Corviknight being removed. Teleport variants of Clefable can even safely bring Zeraora in against Corviknight, giving it a free turn to use Bulk Up or just fire off an attack.

It's definitely worth adding a point on having to break Dugtrio's sash before doing anything.

I think Knock Off should be slashed in front of Play Rough. With Knock Off, Zeraora actually provides some utility throughout the mid-game and can set itself up for success late-game. Hitting Kommo-o, a Pokemon that is worn down and crippled quite easily, especially without its item, is not as valuable as the general utility you gain from Knock Off in my opinion.

Because of these traits, Zeraora can easily find opportunities to set up against common Pokemon such as Corviknight and Jirachi. I'm not the biggest fan of mentioning Jirachi here; you risk being crippled by Trick and can't really safely set up against Calm Mind variants. Either specify if Jirachi's already lost its Choice Scarf, or mention a different scenario, such as a forced switch against Toxapex. Bulk Up also helps Zeraora get by defensive Clefable. This doesn't really flow with the rest of the paragraph, you could probably fit this into the opening sentence instead. Close Combat provides crucial coverage for Steel-types such as Excadrill and Ferrothorn as well as Rotom-H.
