Entry hazard setters like Heatran, Garchomp, Ting-Lu, and Garganacl benefit greatly from Mega Scizor's Knock Off removing Heavy-Duty Boots from foes like Moltres and Zapdos. In return, their hazards damage those switch-ins, making it easier for Mega Scizor to break through over time. Mega Scizor can also struggle with Skarmory and Corviknight, so teammates such as Zapdos and Raging Bolt can take care of them.
