Draco Meteor allows Noivern to dent naturally bulky Pokemon such as Slowbro and Hippowdon even without investment. Hurricane can be used over Draco Meteor, however it is less reliable and doesn't threaten Cyclizar as well. Super Fang allows Noivern to make incredible progress against common switch-ins like Jirachi and Registeel. Taunt allows that damage to stick, preventing recovery attempts from Pokemon such as Fezandipiti, Empoleon, and Umbreon while also preventing Thunder Wave from the likes of Slowbro. Defog is excellent team support, preventing teammates from being chipped from entry hazards. Psychic Noise prevents any form of recovery and does decent damage to Pokemon such as Fezandipiti, Galarian Weezing, and Slither Wing, however it is worse into Umbreon in particular. Roost allows Noivern to stay healthy throughout a game to make more progress with a combination of Super Fang and Taunt or Psychic Noise. Tera Steel turns its Fairy-type weakness into a resistance, allowing it to check threats such as Gardevoir and Fezandipiti. Tera Fairy gives it a Dark-type resistance, as well as a Dragon-type immunity allowing it to emergency check threats such as Choice Scarf Krookodile and Choice locked Hisuian-Goodra in a pinch. Tera Water also allows it to check Mamoswine and Alolan-Ninetales as well, while retaining the ability to check Fire- and Water-types such as Volcanion and Barraskewda.

Noivern fits well on balance and bulky offense teams. Working as a crucial defensive piece, checking Pokemon like Slither Wing and Volcanion. It loves partnering with entry hazard setters such as Hippowdon, Krookodile, Chesnaught, and Quagsire to further suffocate the opposing Pokemon with Taunt or Psychic Noise. Noivern also partners well with Reuniclus as both form a core of tough to break Fighting resists that wear the opponent down with entry hazards and Psychic Noise. It also loves partnering with Steel-type Pokemon such as Jirachi and Registeel, checking common Fire and Fighting types like Volcanion and Slither Wing for them while they cover its Ice and Fairy weaknesses. Choice Scarf users like Gardevoir, Krookodile, and Galarian Zapdos enjoy Noivern's ability to chip the opposition so that they can clean up with ease. Fighting types like Mienshao and Galarian Zapdos also pair well with Noivern, enjoying the latter's ability to batter away at Fighting resists like Fezandipiti. Similarly, special attackers like Armarouge, Gengar and Hisuian Zoroark really enjoy Taunt Noivern's ability to shut down Umbreon. Rotom-Heat and Slowbro are great teammates that check Mamoswine, one of the biggest threats to Mamoswine.

[SET COMMENTS]

Noivern is one of the best Pokemon in the metagame with it's unique blend of speed, bulk and utility. It boasts an incredible defensive presence, being one of the most reliable answer to big threats like Volcanion, Slither Wing, and Suicune. It is also one of the few Pokemon with access to the coveted Defog, letting it take the mantle of entry hazard removal. Content wise these three sentences are fine, but they belong in an Overview more than the set description. Consolidate the stuff here to be more about the set than the mon. Draco Meteor as STAB allows Noivern to dent naturally bulky Pokemon such as Slowbro and Hippowdon even without investment. Hurricane can be used over Draco Meteor, however it is unreliable less reliable and doesn't threaten Cyclizar as well. Super Fang allows Noivern to make incredible progress, removing half of its switch-ins HP against common switch-ins like Jirachi and Registeel. Taunt allows that damage to stick, preventing recovery attempts from Pokemon such as Fezandipiti, Empoleon, and Umbreon while also preventing Thunder Wave shenanigans from the likes of Slowbro. Defog is excellent team support, preventing teammates from being chipped from entry hazards. Psychic Noise prevents any form of recovery and does decent damage to Pokemon such as Fezandipiti and Slither Wing, however it is worse into Umbreon in particular. Roost allows Noivern to stay healthy throughout a game to make more progress with a combination of Super Fang and Taunt or Psychic Noise. Tera Steel turns its Fairy-type weakness into a resistance, allowing it to check threats such as Gardevoir and Fezandipiti. Tera Fairy removes its Fairy-type weakness and gives it a Dark-type resistance, as well as a Dragon-type immunity allowing it to emergency check threats such as Bisharp and Choice locked Hisuian-Goodra in a pinch. Tera Water turns it into the sturdiest Suicune answer, bypassing Substitute with Infiltrator and stopping set-up attempts with Taunt. Even resisting the surprise Ice Beam. Tera Water also allows it to check Mamoswine and Alolan-Ninetales as well. The Suicune mention isn't super applicable, since it already eats Scalds without issue. You can elaborate more on the Ice-type resistance and general utility of Water.

It also loves partnering with Steel-type Pokemon such as Jirachi and Registeel, resisting Fire and Fighting for them, respectively while they cover its Ice and Fairy weaknesses. Similarly, special attackers like Armarouge, Gengar and Reuniclus Hisuian Zoroark Reun doesn't care about Umbreon since it has Magic Guard really enjoy Taunt Noivern's ability to shut down Umbreon. Entry hazard removers like Galarian Weezing and Cyclizar are good teammates for Noivern as it is prone to having it's item removed by Pokemon such as Krookodile, Galarian Zapdos, and Chesnaught. Bulky Pivot Noivern is the removal.. elaborate a bit more on it being used to blanket check stuff like Volcanion and Slither Wing for teammates while being very disruptive to balance and bulky offense staples.

Off to an okay start, a few things to implement (like the set credits...) that I'd like to review before it can be moved to QC2.

I would mention Rotom-H and Slowbro as it can deal with mamoswine as well (mamo should be mentioned since it is a threat to vern)
