Buy In Tournament Idea

So how would a buy-in tournament sound? Of course this gurantees there would be no newbs/nubs since they prob can't join, but if everyone got a paypal account, payed 5 bucks in to like chaos or someone, and have a 32 man tournament like that. That means nobody won't slack off since there's money involved. Winner can get whole pop or we split pot everyone such as winner gets half, second place gets half of whats left and so on.

Thoughts and ideas?!

However, then I'd be forced to learn how to use PayPal, and god knows we don't want that.

Yeah dude when you are living on your own $5 is a lot of fucking money. That is like 2 cans of tuna and some crackers to go with them.

Anyway, on-topic: I don't know about this idea. Oh god, how would it be to lose like $150 on a critical hit.

Yea this really isn't exactly a horrible idea but the concept is a bit effy as well as the fact that zero is correct.
Losing like $200 to a ch would be gay. I mean with other smogon tours you are just normally losing nothing, in this tour you lose $5 minimum and or a much higher amount because someone likes to predict those freezes and fps.

That's way too much of a hassle for me, I think. :( I would join if it were easier for me to pay. I think the money should be more of a symbolism, say, $1, so the people who think $5 is too much would join.
