Hi, this tournament has already happened and fsr the signup thread was never closed. As you can see by the date of the OP and prior posts, this tournament took place during the middle of 2019. I have no clue how Reverend B.C found it and decided to bump it months later, but regardless there is an actually active BW OU Seasonal tournament that you can find here (you have the next 2 days to sign-up for it if you are interested).
