My criteria:
1. The sketch flavor cannot be the main aspect of the design. This thing is getting Sketch via event or egg move, and it's unfair to expect Sketch as the biggest part of the flavor.
This eliminates:
puking_rainbows
2. However, it must look like it could get sketch as an egg move or event. (flavor justifications can be used to evade this.)
This eliminates:
KoA
Paras Hilton
Doran Dragon
Steampowered
gonodactylus
Birkal
3. It must at least vaguely fit the stat spread. The closer, the better.
This eliminates:
T3hB33
KoA
puking_rainbows (looks like too much HP)
Doran Dragon
RitterCat (does not look strong enough for 120 attack.)
Steampowered (looks like too much HP)
This makes suspect:
Mos-Quitoxe
Calad (looks like too much HP)
DougJustDoug (eh, not seeing the base 120 attack...)
Wyverii (the fact that it's Skull Kid makes up for anything bad here.)
mayatraese (seems more special than physical, but I can see it as a physical attacker)
4. It must look like something I'd think GF would make.
This eliminates:

KoA
Paras Hilton
puking_rainbows (a bit simplistic and lacking in a legend/real world basis)
Doran Dragon (too simple)
Tin (but too hilarious to care)
As for why Wyv isn't on the list: Skull Kid. There's a chance that we'll eventually get a Majora's Mask remake on 3DS, and why wouldn't Nintendo want the free advertising?
5. It must pass a "personal like" test.

Or those, I decided to choose my favorite 10. Mos-Quitoxe has the best Sketch flavor balance, while Wyverii's Skull Kid is an okay character. Yilx was good and gave Sketch an interesting twist. tea_and_blues had incredible flavor. paintseagull's, while I don't exactly dig the leg removal, is nevertheless a solid entry and another creative Sketch application. CyzirVisheen (based on some kind of mushroom), mayatraese, noobiess, Kevin Garrett and Aragornbird round the list out.
