I really like Doug's design, I just think Reigaheres' fits the stats much more believably. It charms the heck outta me in other ways, too, but that's the main point of contention for me.

I love the dreamcatcher, but it just looks so much like a special Attacker

I have to say I like the dream catcher lizard better design-wise, but I think Regiaheres' design fits better with what we've already decided about CAP23. I can't see that little thing having 133 attack.
