i never expected anyone to actually vote for low base power (it's a neat idea that i knew i could never throw out in a standard concept, but at the end of the day these frameworks are supposed to allow for more creative freedom, whereas low base power adds a restriction more than anything), so i'm super thankful that some people liked it at all tbh
