CAP 37 - Part 18 - Flavor Ability Discussion

I would like to throw some support for early bird and no guard, fit the mon well and have a funny aspect to them which i think adds as flavor abilities.
And i think steadfast could be a cool ability i saw hasn't been brought up. Because not only the flavor factor of the ability which in my opinion fits well. There's also the conditional factor of it which fits well for Obliteryx.
With steadfast being an ability thats sees pretty much zero usage because of how conditional it is, probably worth pointing out.

If possible I would like to nominate Frisk and throw my support behind Sniper, Keen Eye and Unnerve. I'm not so sure about White Smoke because it's not a conspicuous element on Obliteryx's design.

Selected Ability Comments

Early Bird's Rest / Beak Blast interaction is very telegraphed and doesn't move the needle much for an otherwise unimpressive ability on a mon that already has reliable recovery. It's fine here. Sniper and No Guard are similarly not doing enough to be concerning. A number of submitted abilities such as Pressure, Heatproof, Gale Wings, and Hustle are too relevant competitively to be allowed. I consulted with the TLT on Berserk / Flare Boost / Mega Launcher, and we felt these powerful abilities with very limited distribution were too "special" to hand out randomly to a physical attacker as flavor. White Smoke... y'all need glasses

This has been a really cool & unique process to be involved with, so thanks to you all for letting me take a stab at it.
